Absolutely stunning boutique hotel with attentive friendly staff, highly recommend. The property smells of orange blossom as you enter and has the old style 5 star service which seems to have disappeared. Turn down service with chocolate, silk bathrobes, welcome and leaving drinks and snacks. Unexpected breakfast waiter services and beautiful decor even down to the birdsong in the loos. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the construction next door which made us feel we would not be able to use the pool facility. However in the 40 degree heat we went up to check again on the Friday afternoon to find the workman gone throughout our stay and the much needed pool all to ourselves. Fabulous

I cannot fault this hotel. A total treat from beginning to end with the most attentive staff ever. Everyone did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The rooms are lovely and elegant and importantly cool due to the fabulous silent air con! Chocolates on pillows with water at night, bathrobes galore and toiletries to die for. Heaven. Massive shout out to the lovely lady running the bar on the roof too who made our late afternoons so memorable. A gem.

Amazing restaurant staff, excellent breakfast and dinner items, the octopus was my fav. Our rooms with private terrace were stunning. We loved the pool area and deck unfortunately there was so much construction right next door to the hotel that we couldn’t really make use of the beautiful space due to the constant noise. All in all a beautiful hotel.

This property is a Hidden Gem in the heart of beautiful Sevilla! We have stayed in many top tier hotels and I strongly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent the facilities are beautiful and the location is great. We HIGHLY Recommend 👍. Amazing small hotel, rooms weren’t massive but luxurious. Courtyards were splendid, roof top bar, lovely setting. Marco, the door man, super nice guy, very helpful & pleasant. Breakfast is a 5 course feast in one of the courtyards, location into main tourist points is 10min walk tiny street, quite fun to find initially. Really great hotel and service.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in as it ticked every box for us; we were there for four nights. The decor is beautiful, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very nicely furnished, the dining and relaxation areas - including the roof-top terrace - were all delightful. Above all, every member of the hotel team we met was friendly, courteous and provided excellent service. We are re-booking for later this year.

Gorgeous hotel in a very convenient area to see everything there is to see in Sevilla. Front desk staff were very helpful in securing tickets and making local recommendations. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the bathroom was huge and beautifully appointed. I had to take a star off because the housekeeping was delinquent in making up our room, we had to notify the front desk, not something you should have to do in a 5 star hotel. Additionally the breakfast, which was served to your table (nice touch) didn’t have to best offerings and I would not necessarily recommend for the additional cost. Lastly there is no gym on site, again something a 5 star hotel should have. The property has only been open for about a year so perhaps they are still working the kinks out. Overall absolutely beautiful property and rooms just the service needs a little tweaking.

I really liked the staff as soon as you walk in, the concierge, those helping with luggage and doors. Two men in the bar, Jeffer and I did not catch the other one’s name. All fabulous. Cleaning the room, they left a lot of dirty glasses and an open bottle of wine in a bucket of water for three days. Breakfast was delicious but staff seemed short handed and I w ok I’d have to repeatedly ask for a second cup of coffee to which some days I gave up on it. The hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable. Everything else was so fantastic.

I’m still dreaming about this hotel! From the bell boy at checkin to the bag with water and snacks at checkout, staying at Don Ramon was definitely the highlight of our entire trip to Spain. The hotel itself, which just opened a year ago is an architecture and interior design masterpiece: all the clash of colors, patterns and inspirations could easily go as over the top but here every minimal detail makes sense to where it is. The beautiful pool on the rooftop along with sun loungers and clean towels, the good looking people working behind the front desks always greeting us, the nicest and kindest staff we’ve ever met make an unbeatable combination. The turn down service that would makes our bed, put a linen floor mat and slippers next to each side of the bed along with a chocolate and a bottle of water was really special. We’ve been given a room with balcony that faces the street. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea as noises from the streets can come through the windows but we loved it. Location is very convenient as you can walk to the monument areas and to Hercules square as well, with unlimited options for eating and shopping. I’ll be recommending this property to everyone going to Spain, even if Seville isn’t in their plans. I hope I can also stay in the 2 other properties of the same brand in the country side.

The hotel is very beautiful inside and designed in Riad style and in a great location, but that's all it is. The room was very cramped and impractical. There was no space for suitcases, when you put one on the bench in the hallway it blocked the hallway cupboard, behind which there was a safetybox.The toilet/shower room was small, the cup-shaped sinks were too high and close together, 2 people couldn't brush their teeth at the same time. Because the sinks were too high, the water flowed down the elbows into the cupboard, wetting everywhere. The window had a view of the pit/inner courtyard, as if you were at the bottom of a well, you couldn't see the sun. Another downside was the breakfast, which you had to choose from a list, not buffet style. The minibar was large, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were the best I've slept in 20 years! I woke up in the morning in the same position I fell asleep in the evening. Sad that addind pic's is not possible in Hotels.com app.

We loved the pool area and deck unfortunately there was so much construction right next door to the hotel that we couldn’t really make use of the beautiful space due to the constant noise. My husband and I booked the Don Ramon for a four day trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The hotel was beautiful and individual with huge attention to detail and a truly authentic feel. The staff were friendly, unobtrusive and professional.Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.Given the extreme heat at the time of our visit the air conditioning was very effective and silent! My favourite space was the orange room.We will be back again.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. First of all it is very well located to Old Town and all of the sightseeing attractions. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with a very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, with lovely toiletries in a Spanish motif. We were even asked ahead of time what scent we would like in our room for our diffuser. I highly recommend the Don Ramon for your stay in Seville.

Hotel is beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. But… We’ve stayed for 2 nights, but slept only about an hour! Right outside of the hotel were massive road works happening until 3am!! Both nights. It was so bad that the whole building was shaking. We came to have nice rest for the weekend but left completely exhausted as we couldn’t sleep. When you pay over 1000 euros per night the hotel should warn you of such a massive disruption! Every one in the hotel pretended it wasn’t happening. No one apologist . Also right opposite the hotel is huge old building being renovated so lots of noise during a day as well.

If we could give higher scores for this hotel we would. It’s the best place we’ve stayed at by far. The staff were amazing especially José at breakfast and Jairo who made amazing Pina Coladas although everyone went above and beyond. Our room was fabulous and we loved all the little touches. So much thought and care has gone in to making it a special place. It was the highlight of our trip to Seville.

I have to give the hotel staff 5 stars. I was ill and needed a Dr and one was sent to my room, wrote a RX, the hotel staff got me a taxi he took me to an all night pharmacy and waited for me and brought me back to the hotel. The hotel staff brought me dinner.❤️

Breakfast menu was fine, with excellent service. The hotel, although the room was beautiful have a tendency of shutting down all the a/c stating its Winter. With temps in mid 60's room was very uncomfortably warm. Going forward, we will need to call hotels and sort out the hotels that shut a/c off@!

Amazing small hotel, rooms weren’t massive but luxurious. Courtyards were splendid, roof top bar, lovely setting. Marco, the door man, super nice guy, very helpful & pleasant. Breakfast is a 5 course feast in one of the courtyards, location into main tourist points is 10min walk tiny street, quite fun to find initially. Really great hotel and service.

Everything was perfect in terms of the Hotel and location plus the staff couldn’t do enough to assist us. Will certainly stay again. Only negative but got use to it in the end, no Buffet breakfast and you had to order so if your in a rush, not great.

Beautiful historical hotel centrally located within walking distance of shops, cathedral, and other points of interest. Staff were hospitable and helpful. Very nice luxury hotel which could easily be a 5 stars. We had some inconvenience with some hotel service which was solved after some discussion with the management. The hotel is really nicely done, no doubt. Also well located in Sevilla allowing to visit all by foot. When you are a 5 stars GL hotel then you need to take care about all small details including pro active comm with the customers when for example water supply stops for several hours and it is over 40 degrees outside! Really hope the management improves that point because the hotel is really super nice.
