This is a basic hotel used for airport access only and it is cheap. As the saying goes you only get what you pay for. It is fine for 1 night. The rooms are a good size but whole place is tired. No shampoo etc. you need your own. There is no hotel shuttle so my recommendation is to Uber both ways 11E compared to 50 quoted for a taxi. The dining room is open for breakfast (absolutely fine) but there is no ability for dinner at night. Drinks and nibbles available at a high price only. Alternatively reception have an online delivery with someone. Truly it is comfortable for a night stopover.

Great hotel near the airport 10min away. Taxi was around 25euros one way. Very convenient to stay for 1 day or 2. There is a cute village 10min walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a good size with plenty of space. Bathrooms need a make over, a little dirty with mold. This needs to be addressed. They also provide a shuttle, but only goes to on terminal. 5euros a person

Habia pedido un servicio de shuttle que se tuvo que pagar y no era gratis como dice en la web, a 10:30am y resulta que no previeron la cantidad de personas, llego la van y se lleno con otras personas y mi familia y yo no logramos montarnos en el shuttle, nos termino buscando a las 10:50 y llegando a CDG a las 11:10am hemos tenido que correr con niños de 6 años, muy incomodo.

Plusieurs grands groupes sont arrivés en même temps et tous les ascenseurs n' étaient pas opérationnels. Résultats: beaucoup d' attente pour aller du hall à la chambre et inversement. Pareil au bar et ensuite au restaurant. Le personnel est resté agréable et efficace mais plus d'anticipation à gérer cet afflux important aurait été bien venu. C'était notre deuxième séjour et nous reviendrons certainement en fin d' année.

At the beginning, I thought the hotels near CDG airport will have 24/7 airport shuttles, but not the case, and the information on Hotels.com is not clear. The shuttles only run for limited hours and at certain terminals so we cannot make it after picking up our luggage.

The photo online of the room I booked was not representative, in any way, of the room we got. The room, the hallways, the elevator were all VERY dated (1980s). There were stains on the carpet, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were stains on the ceiling and the bathroom had mold and mildew all over the shower/tub. There was a thick layer of dust all around the edge of the tile baseboards in the bathroom which was so noticeable that we are certain there are no standards with their cleaning regimen. We only needed a room for the night before our flight so we sucked it up (other hotels were fully booked or were too expensive). The restaurant service was atrocious. The staff openly ignored each group standing in line to be seated. A little attention goes a long way.. all they needed to do was acknowledge people and say “we will be right with you”. Once we were finally seated, the “waiter” appeared to be so annoyed with his job that we did not get even what I would consider basic service. Other guests were visibly dissatisfied with the level of service for a hotel restaurant & bar. It was only open for 3 hours (7-10 pm), as well. Not a lot of time to service an entire hotel effectively. I would never recommend this hotel or using Hotels.com to book.

La chambre n’est pas propre la moquette est sale des taches sur les taies d’oreillers le papier qui se décolle une lampe cassée qui pend une autre on a du marché dessus la toile est tout cassée. The pictures look better than the actual property. The lobby is run down and leather peeling off couches. The lighting is off and the place smells like stale cigarettes. The room smelled and the bathroom was dirty. The tub could use a good scrubbing. Had to wear flip flops to shower. The towels smelled like cigarettes as well. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Luckily I only stayed the night as my flight left very early the next morning. We will not be staying here again.

The bathroom was not cleaned well there was tissue stuck on the floor. Hair in the tub and it was stained with dirt (thankful for shower shoes). The tub was also very difficult to climb into if you have the slightest mobility issue. The food was HORRIBLE and overpriced. The front desk ladies were very nice - that was the best part of the hotel. Ohhhh, the elevator situation was horrific!

No shops nearby but hotel lobby had a small convenience corner but it was expensive. Shower was not the cleanest and no provisions for shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc. No shower gel in receptacle and no hair dryer.

It was advertised as have a business centre, and both myself and my wife needed to work for the day. We were told by the staff that the sofas in the reception open area were the "business centre". This was false advertising and the staff handled it extremely poorly. We finally got into our room and worked from there. The wifi are not good enough for work. The room itself was clean and tidy, the communal areas of the hotel were a little tired.

Very comfortable fairly spacious room , large bed , window overlooking trees . Corridor’s carpet needs upgrading but inside the room was v clean . Close to a few restaurants in a quiet area , 10min uber drive to airport. Reception staff v helpful . Breakfast included was adequate.

Even though I had already paid in full for the room, the five of us were required to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in. It took about 15 minutes for each person to secure their room keys. Why? No idea - they had one person working- not sure if training or calling other employees to step in to help when it gets busy would improve the situation. There were other employees that could have stepped in to help wandering around but they didn’t seem phased by the inconvenience caused to clients. After traveling for 16 hours that day, we were exhausted and didn’t appreciate the delay when we still needed to go elsewhere to find dinner, drop off rental car, and it was 9pm.

We had an awful experience at this hotel! During our visit, we encountered a security issue that caused considerable distress to our family. We were woken up at 1.20am by a man entering the room turning all the lights on saying "There is someone in this one". The door had been double locked so we have no idea how he managed to open the door. The children, in particular, were quite shaken by the incident. Upon addressing this concern with the hotel staff, we learned that our experience was not unique and that similar incidents had been reported by other guests. This information did little to alleviate our concerns for our personal safety and the well-being of our children. In light of these events, we reached out to our booking platform, hotels.com, to cancel our other upcoming reservation at this hotel. While we were instructed to proceed with the cancellation and were initially assured of a refund for both rooms for our upcoming booking, we were later informed by the hotel that they would not honour our refund request, citing their policy. This experience has left us with a deep sense of unease, and we cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel, especially to those traveling with young ones. The safety and security of guests should be of utmost priority, and unfortunately, we did not feel that our concerns were adequately addressed.

This hotel was perfect for a short stay near the airport. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing me to use the stairs as I am unable to use lifts. Food in the restaurant was also very nice. Walls are quite thin between rooms, I could hear every movement of my neighbour, but other than that rooms are clean and spacious.

Beautiful area-transportation is easy to get to-bus is less than a block from hotel and takes less than 5 minutes to get to metro/bus/train station. Hotel is beautiful but limited access to dining or shopping. You can NOT walk from hotel to airport or vice versa bc of travel accessibility. (We were hoping to walk ) There is a restaurant on site 16 euro for a full breakfast which I found to be quite good. No other amenities were used by us.

The hotel needs a major update. The Roman shad a smell of cigarette smoke, the bathroom is old. The bathtub was rained and there was black hair all Over the bathroom floor. There was even a splatter of either human decides or blood on the wall. The carpets are old and stained. The beds where comfortable and clean. The €25 dinner buffet was very disappointing. The food was tasteless. I do not recommend this hotel.

A good value hotel in a convenient location for us. It's a bit run down in places (pealing wallpaper etc.) but generally it was ok. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but there was something for everyone. Bed was really comfy (and I'm really picky!). The shower was really weak and not very hot, I think it was set to a lower temperature so couldn't really be changed which was a little annoying. It was ok, I would recommend it for a quick stop off but it's not amazing.
