The only thing negative was that it took a good hour for the hotel van to pick us up while many other hotel vans went by us 3 or 4 times. An airline pilot was waiting with us too and made several calls. Maybe they can get a second or larger van? The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. The bed extremely comfortable and room was very clean I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, close to CDG. They offer a shuttle to the airport...nice...BUT the driver only lets you off at terminal 2...if you need to depart from terminal 1, be prepared for an unexpected journey to get there. It's a long walk through terminal 2 to find your way to the shuttle train to take you to terminal 1. I booked this hotel because they advertised airport shuttle service, fully expecting to be taken to at least close to my departure terminal...not even close. If your flight leaves from terminal 1, just be aware that you will need to find your way there from T 2.

The Shuttle only picks you up in one area. Be prepared for walk. Once we arrived at the airport, it took an hour to get to our hotel. The shuttle dropped us off at Term 2a. We needed to go to Term 2e. Be prepared for a 15 minutes walk to get to the terminal you need to be in.

We had to cancel 2 nights stay at our Paris hotel due to protest. We booked this Holiday Inn CDG so we wouldn't miss our flight. Never stay at this area before so I went through many hotels reviews and this hotel has the most positive reviews plus good price point with FREE shuttle to airport! We booked this hotel for 3 of us the beds are very comfortable, the sofa bed was out and ready for us that was a pleasant surprise. The shower was great hot and cold water pressure, quietness of the room, oh and I love the Dove bodywash makes me feel like at home. All the staffs are wonderful they helped us reserve free shuttle to airport after we checked in. It's important you reserve this ahead of time since their shuttle can only fit 6 people. We didn't know there're 2 Holiday INN at CDG airport! our Uber dropped us off at the other one which is closer to airport but NO free shuttle and this one has FREE shuttle to airport which is only 5-7 minutes ride. Our shuttle driver was great my husband gave him big tip. Definitely will stay here again next time go through CDG airport.

Clean, close to airport, and staff professional! Also, wonderful breakfast layout with good coffee!! Only two negatives was one poor worker was trying to handle the whole desk in the morning and the airport shuttle doesn’t start until 7:30 so we had to hire taxi to go earlier.

They say free airport transportation but its not. They booked one for us which was really early than our flight time and still the driver was not there when we went. We had to uber it. Very disappointed.

I chose this hotel as it was near the hotel and they offered shuttle to the airport, however they fail to mention you need that they only go to certain terminals. Which was the purpose for booking here. I think it needs to be listed other than coordinating the shuttle with the hotel.

I only stayed a night for a lay over but the hotel lobby is spacious with a bar and a few amenities that looked great. The room was spacious and clean. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe. I recommend this hotel

Love this location for proximity to CDG airport, as from the inside of the building, you don't hear any jets flying overhead. It's spacious, clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle is nice, just ask beforehand where the drop-off is so you can plan your timing/walk to the proper terminal. The restaurant had delicious food, and service was great. The room was spacious for many suitcases, and the pullout couch is great for kids. We would definitely stay again.

We waited over an hour to check into our room. The staff gave us a room with a used water bottle in the room and the lights were on in the room. We asked for a timeslot for a shuttle to the airport and they said it was full and the hour before and after were full too. Useless and resulted in us paying an additional $25 to get to the airport with an Uber. We were told at check in our breakfast was free, when we went for breakfast, we were told it’s an additional $25€ per personal for a continental breakfast! What a joke! I also gave them my IHG Gold member number, they didn’t input it and never helped me once when we had any of these issues. Won’t be back and won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. At checkout, they couldn’t even find our room reservation and argued with us to say we were in a different room. Complete nonsense! Additionally, there was an entire flight of people sprawled across the lobby with bags in the entrance, and the camped out overnight in the lobby as the hotel was full and only a few of them could get a room. It felt unsafe and disorganized. They were moving bags and dragging them along the floor in our hallway throughout the night. The hotel staff gave free water bottles to those arriving, but when I asked, they refused. I felt very snubbed and did nothing to deserve it. Use the Hilton down the road. It’s worth the extra $100 per night.

I really like the room except that the sink does not work well. The drain system was bad that the water did not go through timely making it hard for me to use several activities in a row: brush your teeth, wash your face. It had to be an interval as otherwise the water was clogged up.

Not a lot of smiles, but plenty of help from staff. Room is spacious, clean, has coffee pot (no cream), and all products necessary if you don’t have your own. The Paris airport is really spread out, and there are 2 Holiday Inns in totally different directions, so careful when asking for directions in the airport.

Our room faced east and was quite warm. I tried to turn the air conditioning on̈ without success. I complained at the front desk and was told the whole building air was turned off as the nights were cooling down. The hotel is right at the end of a runway. If the window was open, the noise from jets taking off was very loud.

They advertised having air conditioning then when we arrived at the property they said they had restarted to 23 c and it barely had air flow. We sweated the entire time. It was cooler outside!

Overall horrible service. We typically have average to great hotel stays and this was by far the least welcoming experience. We were immediately greeted as if we didn’t belong by both evening staff which included a more senior staff member. Our third bed did not have bedding, the hotel phone didn’t work to contact reception. When we finally contacted someone from a hotel for bedding the response was “we will try”. AC didn’t work. Room was fine otherwise. The next morning we were greeted yet again with rudeness by different staff.

Love this location for proximity to CDG airport, as from the inside of the building, you don't hear any jets flying overhead. It's spacious, clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. Having an airport shuttle is nice, just ask beforehand where the drop-off is so you can plan your timing/walk to the proper terminal. The restaurant had delicious food, and service was great. The room was spacious for many suitcases, and the pullout couch is great for kids. We would definitely stay again.

We waited over an hour to check into our room. The staff gave us a room with a used water bottle in the room and the lights were on in the room. We asked for a timeslot for a shuttle to the airport and they said it was full and the hour before and after were full too. Useless and resulted in us paying an additional $25 to get to the airport with an Uber. We were told at check in our breakfast was free, when we went for breakfast, we were told it’s an additional $25€ per personal for a continental breakfast! What a joke! I also gave them my IHG Gold member number, they didn’t input it and never helped me once when we had any of these issues. Won’t be back and won’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. At checkout, they couldn’t even find our room reservation and argued with us to say we were in a different room. Complete nonsense! Additionally, there was an entire flight of people sprawled across the lobby with bags in the entrance, and the camped out overnight in the lobby as the hotel was full and only a few of them could get a room. It felt unsafe and disorganized. They were moving bags and dragging them along the floor in our hallway throughout the night. The hotel staff gave free water bottles to those arriving, but when I asked, they refused. I felt very snubbed and did nothing to deserve it. Use the Hilton down the road. It’s worth the extra $100 per night.

I only stayed a night for a lay over but the hotel lobby is spacious with a bar and a few amenities that looked great. The room was spacious and clean. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe. The Shuttle only picks you up in one area. Be prepared for walk. Once we arrived at the airport, it took an hour to get to our hotel. The shuttle dropped us off at Term 2a. We needed to go to Term 2e. Be prepared for a 15 minutes walk to get to the terminal you need to be in.

Very nice hotel with shuttle service to the airport- back and forth. Clean and modern room and bathroom as well as a very nice bed with cotton sheets.The mattress is good but the pillows are not comfortable. The restaurant is very convenient and offers a nice variety of meals. Take the caesar salad- it is amazing. Another highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the buffet breakfast which is incredibly varied - proteins and carbs galore ! Good value for your money!

We've used holiday inn many times in the USA as budget minded travelers, and were wowed by the place. In particular, the breakfast menu was excellent and diverse and remarkably affordable. Fresh squeezed orange juice on demand, real bakery bread and pastries, etc. staff were friendly. After a long day driving through Paris we were thrilled to sit outside with a glass of wine and ponder what we'd seen.

We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality and selection of food. The staff was exceedingly helpful. Beware of two things: the airport shuttle operates every 30 minutes and only holds six people, so you need to book ahead. And the drinks are shockingly expensive; gin tonic €17, draft IPA €11.

Hotel was nice in most ways; but the room’s thermostats seem to be controlled remotely. After a 14hour travel day, it was frustrating that the air was warm and I couldn’t cool off. I called the desk and they said it would be working shortly. Within a few minutes I could feel a slight cool exhaust from the vent and figured it would keep cooling so I passed out after cleaning up. I woke up 3 times across the night to the warm room and tried to pass back out. I understand having a remotely operated thermostat in hotels with lots of rooms not being used but when someone is in there? Not great

the hotel was great. I chose it because they offered a free shuttle to the airport. Just fyi, they only drop at one location which was quite a walk from my terminal. I had ordered a wheelchair and had to walk a long way to get to it.
