Our stay at the Gifford House was fine. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room in the Annex was clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. (There's always a party downstairs but you are mostly isolated from the noise). One major complaint is that they only have internet TV and their internet signal is inadequate. Could not maintain connection on laptop or TV set. Very frustrating. Coffee offering in the lounge could be improved as well. Otherwise, a fine stay.

Incredible venue, and staff. The place was beautiful and perfect in proximity to events and even doubles as a great night life spot. Tim was the kindest and most welcoming person I've ever met at a hotel. He made sure we were taken care of and made our stay so easy. Cannot speak highly of this place enough. An amazing experience.

It never reached a hot temperature, and the water pressure was nonexistent. This was a major inconvenience for guests who relied on a hot shower. Additionally, the website failed to inform visitors about the nightly main events held at the property. This led to overcrowding and the activation of fire alarms, which resulted in the involvement of local authorities. While the staff were courteous and professional, the property’s presentation on your website is misleading and does not accurately reflect its true features.
