Everything was clean but feels stuck in time. Other than the age showing, it is a fantastic place with the owners living on site. I would highly recommend vs the chain hotel across the street. You will not regret it.

The whole motel was disgustingly dirty. Especially the bedroom and bathroom. The walls, the floors, the bathtub/shower, dressers, head boards, and table was so gross I had to clean it myself so my 5 year old and myself didn't catch anything. It was BAD!!!!! The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold because there is no fan to suck the moisture out. It was awful. Food and trash along the wall on the carpet. It honestly looks like no one has cleaned it in at least 2 years. The towels were dirty with what looked like pubic hair and dirt.

Clean room, good bed, hot updated shower. Good continental breakfast. Quiet, pet friendly Great view of mt shasta Staff was great. Looks like a family run property Not a 5 star resort by any means, but i would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great bang for your buck
