Great, quaint place in perfect new england style. The lake is beautiful, the host is helpful and friendly, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The Sutton House has a very upscale feel but is cozy and inviting. The grounds are well laid out with nice seating areas and a pool on the upper level of the property. Road noise is not too distracting but parking might be a bit tight if other guests have larger vehicles (we did not have this problem, it's just an observation). The breakfast was among the finest we have had with quality items, excellent presentation and prepared with great care! We will certainly stay again when in the Lakes Region.
