Very nicely renovated place. Swimming pool is awesome. Really safe and clean place. I believe that they have just started with a new consept after renovation. That's why they are still a couple of things they should rethink: restaurant is not always open for lunch and dinner - so you have to drive somewhere to eat. There should be a fridge in the room if the restaurant/bar is not open to get something to drink or eat. One evening the restaurant was open and dinner was great

Struttura molto bella ma gestita proprio male. La gestione è approssimativa tanto da sembrare casuale. Struttura pensata più per gli eventi che per i singoli soggiorni. Zona piscina stupenda ma trascurata nel servizio.....impossibile pensare di prendere un aperitivo. Le stanze hanno come unico accesso la porta d'entrata. Di conseguenza la sera è come dormire in un locale senza finestre. Consiglio perlomeno una tenda filtrante perché la parte esterna davanti all'entrata è comune e se ci si cambia può essere imbarazzante. Colazione discreta E non parliamo del wi-fi.....nelle poche aree dove c'è segnale....è pessimo. Direi che la Masseria ha ampio margine di miglioramento.

The property and room in general was nice. The pool area was good but didn’t use it due to weather and time of the year. Plenty of parking space available and a car is a necessity as property is nowhere near any towns/villages However, the staff weren’t very helpful and slow to accommodate our requests. We had to ask several times for an extra blanket for our room. When we tried to check in, no-one was at reception and waited over 20 minutes outside before someone returned. Breakfast was very limited and if you came towards to the end of service, there was next to no food. The breakfast staff themselves made no attempt to engage with you or ask if you wanted hot drinks, they just seemed to be washing up all the time. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to the property.

Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel mais plutôt un gîte, un lieu pour événement type mariage etc.. établissement clairement tourné vers cette activité qui semble avoir abandonné les clients de « l’hôtel », accueil sans sourire et impression de déranger les jours suivants (dévisagé lorsque l’on passe, vraiment très choquant d’être reçus ainsi), équipements défectueux dans la chambre (coffre ne fonctionne pas, le frigo non plus, lunettes des toilettes cassée, chasse d’eau défectueuse qui a goutté sans cesse, pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus, une seule lampe de chevet pour 4, deux tables de chevet pour 4), aucune dosette de café, et un sachet de thé daté. Aucun service, ni aucune salle à la disposition des clients, ménage non fait l’avant dernier jour, nous avons manqué deux jours de papier toilette, nous sommes donc allés en acheter. Petit déjeuner très décevant (rien de frais, très industriel premier prix, il faut réclamer du beurre, pas de fruit, rien de local, rien de fait maison) 4 sortes de gâteaux secs présentés très bas de gamme, deux jus d’orange au couleur fluo improbable. Rien de donne envie. Pas de lait pour les enfants. Plus de Nutella le dernier jour pour les enfants. Nous n’avons pas compris cet accueil si froid, ce manque d’implication, cette absence totale du service client. Les extérieurs sont eux magnifiques, mais c’est le seul point fort (sauf la piscine qui était verte). Nous gardons un souvenir amer de nos vacances, c’est un très mauvais souvenir.

La Masseria è immersa nel verde, e’ ben tenuta. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben tenute. Il personale è disponibile. C’è una bella piscina (come diversivo dal mare). La spiaggia è distante circa 20-25 min verso Capitolo (Monopoli). Il ristorante offre una buona qualità di cibo e bevande.

Välkomnades med en suck i receptionen. Fyra nätter utan städning eller byte av lakan och handdukar trots utlovat. Luftkonditioneringen var ur funktion i en och en halv dag. Åt det ryckte man bara på axlarna trots 35 grader ute. Hela stället bokat av stora sällskap två dagar på raken vilket innebar att poolen och restaurangen stängdes för hotellets övriga gäster. Mycket lyhörda rum. Dånande musik utanför varje kväll. Frukosten katastrof. Det enda positiva var att hotellet låg vackert.

Accueil pas chaleureux, le service ainsi que les équipements sont médiocres (chasse d'eau qui fuie, serrure bloquée). Wifi ne fonctionne pas. Pas de navette pour la plage. Quel dommage car l'extérieur de l'établissement est magnifique mais le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur.

Wenn man die Adresse aus Google in sein Navi eingeben, wird man ins Nirgendwo geführt. Unbedingt mit der Google Map fahren, dann kommt man auch direkt an. Die äußerlich wunderschöne Anlage befindet sich insgesamt noch im Aufbau. Die Unterkünfte sind recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen hier und da noch die praktischen Dinge für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. In der Hochsommerhitze ist es mit der oberen Etage der Zimmer (da direkt unterm Dach) nicht zu empfehlen, da die Klimaanlage aus dem unteren Geschoss nicht nach oben hin ausreicht. Wir haben die Schlafmöglichkeiten oben nicht genutzt und haben uns im Erdgeschoss zusammen getan. Das führte dazu, dass wir täglich unsere Schlafplätze wieder weg gerückt haben, um entsprechende Geräumigkeiten tagsüber wieder herzustellen. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist dies bedingt zu empfehlen, da auch das Geländer an der Treppe eine recht wackelige Konstruktion ist. Es fehlen im Badezimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten als auch entsprechende Garderoben. Einen großen Pluspunkt bekommt die Masseria für das schöne Gesamtbild der Anlage. Vor allem der große Pool, bei dem man wirklich seine Privatsphäre und auch mal Ruhezone zu spüren bekommt, hat uns sehr gut (vor allem als Familie) gefallen. Es kommt ab dem Mittag ab und an jemand vorbei, um kleinere Snacks Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir mit gutem Gewissen diese Masseria, wenn man sich auf die oben genannten Gegebenheiten vor Ort einstellt.

Le cadre du domaine est très sympa, la piscine offre une belle vue et un cadre tranquille Cependant les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos et sont très mal insonorisées (nous entendu notre voisin ronfler) pas le top lors d’un voyage en couple. Nous avons dû également changer de chambre car la chasse d’eau avait une fuite et coulait en continue, le pommeau de douche était cassé et un lampe ne marchait pas. le transfert de chambre s’est bien passé néanmoins avec le personnel de l’hôtel. Globalement il y’a du bon comme du moins bon. Peut être plus adapté pour les familles que pour les couples qui recherchent de la tranquillité.

Worst stay ever! Rooms are very old,not equipped at all, smelly, dirty, toilet was not flushing, not hot water and heater was not working. Staff is ver rude when we approached them about these issues and we left. Avoid this place!

Struttura bella, accogliente, silenziosa e comoda come posizione per poter visitare le varie città, siamo stati molto bene, il ristorante è veramente top!!!mangiato benissimo!!!l’unico inconveniente sono state le formiche in camera, segnalata la problematica e risolto il problema per il singolo giorno, anche se poi il giorno successivo eravamo di nuovo invasi!!considerando che siamo in aperta campagna direi che lo sterminio delle formiche sia difficilmente attuabile, ma magari consiglierei al personale di fare maggiore attenzione. Come alloggio in ogni caso lo consiglio vivamente!!!!

Very nicely renovated place. Swimming pool is awesome. Really safe and clean place. I believe that they have just started with a new consept after renovation. That's why they are still a couple of things they should rethink: restaurant is not always open for lunch and dinner - so you have to drive somewhere to eat. There should be a fridge in the room if the restaurant/bar is not open to get something to drink or eat. One evening the restaurant was open and dinner was great

La struttura è molto bella e la piscina a sfioro davvero suggestiva, è un luogo piacevole dove trascorrere qualche ora di relax. La colazione è buona anche se potrebbe migliorare un po’ l’offerta salata, aggiungendo magari qualcosa di tipico. La posizione è ottima per visitare i principali punti turistici della zona. Note dolenti sono sicurante le camere, brutte e spoglie, ed check in è stato uno dei peggiori che mi sia capitato. Non mi è mai successo di pensare che stessi disturbando qualcuno col mio arrivo e se non avessi fatto io giusto due domande non avrei saputo niente sulla struttura, neanche gli orari della colazione. Il check in è fondamentale, è il primo impatto che un ospite ha con la struttura. Molto gentili invece le signore delle colazioni ed il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check out.

Struttura molto bella ma gestita proprio male. La gestione è approssimativa tanto da sembrare casuale. Struttura pensata più per gli eventi che per i singoli soggiorni. Zona piscina stupenda ma trascurata nel servizio.....impossibile pensare di prendere un aperitivo. Le stanze hanno come unico accesso la porta d'entrata. Di conseguenza la sera è come dormire in un locale senza finestre. Consiglio perlomeno una tenda filtrante perché la parte esterna davanti all'entrata è comune e se ci si cambia può essere imbarazzante. Colazione discreta E non parliamo del wi-fi.....nelle poche aree dove c'è segnale....è pessimo. Direi che la Masseria ha ampio margine di miglioramento.

La Masseria è immersa nel verde, e’ ben tenuta. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben tenute. Il personale è disponibile. C’è una bella piscina (come diversivo dal mare). La spiaggia è distante circa 20-25 min verso Capitolo (Monopoli). Il ristorante offre una buona qualità di cibo e bevande.

Le cadre du domaine est très sympa, la piscine offre une belle vue et un cadre tranquille Cependant les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos et sont très mal insonorisées (nous entendu notre voisin ronfler) pas le top lors d’un voyage en couple. Nous avons dû également changer de chambre car la chasse d’eau avait une fuite et coulait en continue, le pommeau de douche était cassé et un lampe ne marchait pas. le transfert de chambre s’est bien passé néanmoins avec le personnel de l’hôtel. Globalement il y’a du bon comme du moins bon. Peut être plus adapté pour les familles que pour les couples qui recherchent de la tranquillité.

Wenn man die Adresse aus Google in sein Navi eingeben, wird man ins Nirgendwo geführt. Unbedingt mit der Google Map fahren, dann kommt man auch direkt an. Die äußerlich wunderschöne Anlage befindet sich insgesamt noch im Aufbau. Die Unterkünfte sind recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen hier und da noch die praktischen Dinge für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. In der Hochsommerhitze ist es mit der oberen Etage der Zimmer (da direkt unterm Dach) nicht zu empfehlen, da die Klimaanlage aus dem unteren Geschoss nicht nach oben hin ausreicht. Wir haben die Schlafmöglichkeiten oben nicht genutzt und haben uns im Erdgeschoss zusammen getan. Das führte dazu, dass wir täglich unsere Schlafplätze wieder weg gerückt haben, um entsprechende Geräumigkeiten tagsüber wieder herzustellen. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist dies bedingt zu empfehlen, da auch das Geländer an der Treppe eine recht wackelige Konstruktion ist. Es fehlen im Badezimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten als auch entsprechende Garderoben. Einen großen Pluspunkt bekommt die Masseria für das schöne Gesamtbild der Anlage. Vor allem der große Pool, bei dem man wirklich seine Privatsphäre und auch mal Ruhezone zu spüren bekommt, hat uns sehr gut (vor allem als Familie) gefallen. Es kommt ab dem Mittag ab und an jemand vorbei, um kleinere Snacks Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir mit gutem Gewissen diese Masseria, wenn man sich auf die oben genannten Gegebenheiten vor Ort einstellt.

The property and room in general was nice. The pool area was good but didn’t use it due to weather and time of the year. Plenty of parking space available and a car is a necessity as property is nowhere near any towns/villages However, the staff weren’t very helpful and slow to accommodate our requests. We had to ask several times for an extra blanket for our room. When we tried to check in, no-one was at reception and waited over 20 minutes outside before someone returned. Breakfast was very limited and if you came towards to the end of service, there was next to no food. The breakfast staff themselves made no attempt to engage with you or ask if you wanted hot drinks, they just seemed to be washing up all the time. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to the property.

Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel mais plutôt un gîte, un lieu pour événement type mariage etc.. établissement clairement tourné vers cette activité qui semble avoir abandonné les clients de « l’hôtel », accueil sans sourire et impression de déranger les jours suivants (dévisagé lorsque l’on passe, vraiment très choquant d’être reçus ainsi), équipements défectueux dans la chambre (coffre ne fonctionne pas, le frigo non plus, lunettes des toilettes cassée, chasse d’eau défectueuse qui a goutté sans cesse, pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus, une seule lampe de chevet pour 4, deux tables de chevet pour 4), aucune dosette de café, et un sachet de thé daté. Aucun service, ni aucune salle à la disposition des clients, ménage non fait l’avant dernier jour, nous avons manqué deux jours de papier toilette, nous sommes donc allés en acheter. Petit déjeuner très décevant (rien de frais, très industriel premier prix, il faut réclamer du beurre, pas de fruit, rien de local, rien de fait maison) 4 sortes de gâteaux secs présentés très bas de gamme, deux jus d’orange au couleur fluo improbable. Rien de donne envie. Pas de lait pour les enfants. Plus de Nutella le dernier jour pour les enfants. Nous n’avons pas compris cet accueil si froid, ce manque d’implication, cette absence totale du service client. Les extérieurs sont eux magnifiques, mais c’est le seul point fort (sauf la piscine qui était verte). Nous gardons un souvenir amer de nos vacances, c’est un très mauvais souvenir.

Välkomnades med en suck i receptionen. Fyra nätter utan städning eller byte av lakan och handdukar trots utlovat. Luftkonditioneringen var ur funktion i en och en halv dag. Åt det ryckte man bara på axlarna trots 35 grader ute. Hela stället bokat av stora sällskap två dagar på raken vilket innebar att poolen och restaurangen stängdes för hotellets övriga gäster. Mycket lyhörda rum. Dånande musik utanför varje kväll. Frukosten katastrof. Det enda positiva var att hotellet låg vackert.

Accueil pas chaleureux, le service ainsi que les équipements sont médiocres (chasse d'eau qui fuie, serrure bloquée). Wifi ne fonctionne pas. Pas de navette pour la plage. Quel dommage car l'extérieur de l'établissement est magnifique mais le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur.

La Masseria è immersa nel verde, e’ ben tenuta. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben tenute. Il personale è disponibile. C’è una bella piscina (come diversivo dal mare). La spiaggia è distante circa 20-25 min verso Capitolo (Monopoli). Il ristorante offre una buona qualità di cibo e bevande.

Wenn man die Adresse aus Google in sein Navi eingeben, wird man ins Nirgendwo geführt. Unbedingt mit der Google Map fahren, dann kommt man auch direkt an. Die äußerlich wunderschöne Anlage befindet sich insgesamt noch im Aufbau. Die Unterkünfte sind recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlen hier und da noch die praktischen Dinge für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. In der Hochsommerhitze ist es mit der oberen Etage der Zimmer (da direkt unterm Dach) nicht zu empfehlen, da die Klimaanlage aus dem unteren Geschoss nicht nach oben hin ausreicht. Wir haben die Schlafmöglichkeiten oben nicht genutzt und haben uns im Erdgeschoss zusammen getan. Das führte dazu, dass wir täglich unsere Schlafplätze wieder weg gerückt haben, um entsprechende Geräumigkeiten tagsüber wieder herzustellen. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist dies bedingt zu empfehlen, da auch das Geländer an der Treppe eine recht wackelige Konstruktion ist. Es fehlen im Badezimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten als auch entsprechende Garderoben. Einen großen Pluspunkt bekommt die Masseria für das schöne Gesamtbild der Anlage. Vor allem der große Pool, bei dem man wirklich seine Privatsphäre und auch mal Ruhezone zu spüren bekommt, hat uns sehr gut (vor allem als Familie) gefallen. Es kommt ab dem Mittag ab und an jemand vorbei, um kleinere Snacks Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Insgesamt empfehlen wir mit gutem Gewissen diese Masseria, wenn man sich auf die oben genannten Gegebenheiten vor Ort einstellt.

Struttura bella, accogliente, silenziosa e comoda come posizione per poter visitare le varie città, siamo stati molto bene, il ristorante è veramente top!!!mangiato benissimo!!!l’unico inconveniente sono state le formiche in camera, segnalata la problematica e risolto il problema per il singolo giorno, anche se poi il giorno successivo eravamo di nuovo invasi!!considerando che siamo in aperta campagna direi che lo sterminio delle formiche sia difficilmente attuabile, ma magari consiglierei al personale di fare maggiore attenzione. Come alloggio in ogni caso lo consiglio vivamente!!!!

Slechte bedden, slecht ontbijt, best ver rijden van de kust, op de verdieping van de appartementen te warm. Geluidsoverlast van feestjes die georganiseerd worden door de accommodatie. Voor de rest een mooie omgeving en vriendelijk personeel.!

Very nicely renovated place. Swimming pool is awesome. Really safe and clean place. I believe that they have just started with a new consept after renovation. That's why they are still a couple of things they should rethink: restaurant is not always open for lunch and dinner - so you have to drive somewhere to eat. There should be a fridge in the room if the restaurant/bar is not open to get something to drink or eat. One evening the restaurant was open and dinner was great

La struttura è molto bella e la piscina a sfioro davvero suggestiva, è un luogo piacevole dove trascorrere qualche ora di relax. La colazione è buona anche se potrebbe migliorare un po’ l’offerta salata, aggiungendo magari qualcosa di tipico. La posizione è ottima per visitare i principali punti turistici della zona. Note dolenti sono sicurante le camere, brutte e spoglie, ed check in è stato uno dei peggiori che mi sia capitato. Non mi è mai successo di pensare che stessi disturbando qualcuno col mio arrivo e se non avessi fatto io giusto due domande non avrei saputo niente sulla struttura, neanche gli orari della colazione. Il check in è fondamentale, è il primo impatto che un ospite ha con la struttura. Molto gentili invece le signore delle colazioni ed il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check out.

The property and room in general was nice. The pool area was good but didn’t use it due to weather and time of the year. Plenty of parking space available and a car is a necessity as property is nowhere near any towns/villages However, the staff weren’t very helpful and slow to accommodate our requests. We had to ask several times for an extra blanket for our room. When we tried to check in, no-one was at reception and waited over 20 minutes outside before someone returned. Breakfast was very limited and if you came towards to the end of service, there was next to no food. The breakfast staff themselves made no attempt to engage with you or ask if you wanted hot drinks, they just seemed to be washing up all the time. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to the property.

Stod att det skulle finnas spa och restaurang. Båda var stängt och fick inget klarhet i när det skulle öppna tyvärr. Poolområdet var fint men man behövde betala för att få poolhabdduk. Känns som att hotellet inte är färdigbyggt..

Il nostro soggiorno all'insegna della tranquillità è andato ben oltre le aspettative con due cene davvero di qualità. Tutti in struttura sono stati disponibili e gentili. Consiglio il soggiorno infrasettimanale che potrebbe essere più tranquillo ovviamente rispetto al sabato-domenca. Piscina con panorama spettacolare.

Välkomnades med en suck i receptionen. Fyra nätter utan städning eller byte av lakan och handdukar trots utlovat. Luftkonditioneringen var ur funktion i en och en halv dag. Åt det ryckte man bara på axlarna trots 35 grader ute. Hela stället bokat av stora sällskap två dagar på raken vilket innebar att poolen och restaurangen stängdes för hotellets övriga gäster. Mycket lyhörda rum. Dånande musik utanför varje kväll. Frukosten katastrof. Det enda positiva var att hotellet låg vackert.

I went with friends exploring the area and chose this property to stay at. We booked two rooms and had dinner there. The food was wonderful, the wine was good and the rooms were great. I would definitely take friends there again. They had horses, goats and other animals onsite, the 5 year old kid that was with us really enjoyed the stay as well. He had a loft in the bedroom and enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals. Dinner at the property was very convenient since it was off season and many places nearby were closed.

Masseria nel verde che ti da la giusta carica di relax. Peccato la mancanza di attenzione nelle camere. Frigo non funzionante e sopratutto vuoto senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. (in tutte le camere prenotate). Colazione molto scarsa con il minimo indispensabile. Pulizia camere da 8. La struttura é bella e migliorare questi aspetti é il minimo per fare la differenza. Ottimo invece il Ristorante.

It's a beautiful property with a great pool. The rooms a very clean and pretty. The only thing I would say is we were there on the summer and it was extremely hot. They have beds for kids in an attic which is boiling hot. We had to bring the mattress down to the main level in order to sleep. Other than that, it was great

The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. They have different amenities but you do have to pay for everything. The AC didn't work during my entire stay and we had to sleep with the outside shade door open. The beds were also hard. My daughter had a small bed and as soon as she sat down it seems that it broke. The hotel itself looked nice and the view is amazing. It's in a very country place but only a few minutes from most turist destinations.
