Penzion Zámecká Zahrada

The Reception Manager was very rude and told us that they need to charge extra mandatory fees onsite amount whitch is more than 4 time while our hotel.com document statest this is not acceptble for us, The hotel room temperature was set at 18 degrees Celsius which was very cold and there is NO heater. If we need to turn on heater, we have to pay EXTRA cash for electricity per degree which is ridiculous.

Clean room but cold and damp. Difficult to find.

Worst host i have ever meet. I have to call the police to get my passport back. charged me 12 euro, just because i left my car in front of the hotel to do the check in.

I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room. The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside) and we asked the host if it was possible to turn the radiators on but was told it was the warm season and it would be an extra cost for some warmth. We felt we could not be in the room as it was so unpleasant. We did not address this with the host as we felt that previous conversations had not gone too well and after reading other reviews we felt it was pointless. Additionally, the fridge, kettle and glasses were stored in the bathroom with a really unsafe electrical setup. Towels were still damp/wet on arrival and did not dry in the cold damp room thought the entire stay. This is the worst room we've stayed in during our 3 months in Europe and I think this place is a health hazard. Unfortunately not recommending.

Diese Pension ist zwar im Grund günstig für eine Übernachtung, jedoch es ist nichts inkludiert und ist 1,4km vom Zentrum entfernt.. Zum ersten muss man die Taxe bezahlen (das wussten wir), zum zweiten mussten wir für unsere Motorräder Parkplatzgebür zahlen, dann kam noch das Frühstück für zwei Tage und zwei Personen dazu. Grundpreis für 2 Personen, 2 Nächte €87.50 + €74 für Fühstück Parkplatz und Taxe. Für diesen Preis bekommt man im Zentrum auch etwas. Was noch dazukommt, der Besitzer was sehr unfreundlich, kann kein Deutsch und las auch meine Info über die Buchung, die auf Tschechisch war nicht. Es interessierte in nicht und sagte auf Engisch, ich sollte mein Telefon von seinem Tisch nehmen. Die Zimmer waren zum 25.05.2026 sehr kalt (13 Grad). Die Heizung konnte jedoch nicht aufgedreht werden. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht und Handtücher gab es auch nur zwei.
