Mattress and pillows were the worst part about the stay, the mattress was thin and compressed so hard it was impossible to sleep on the side as it was like sleeping on the bed base. Pillows were either hard and lumpy or no substance to them. I’ve left with very little sleep and bad neck and back. On arrival the WiFi was down and the lift didn’t work. Bathroom smelt of urine so strong I was avoiding using it. The carpet was sticky and thread bare in places. General cleanliness and condition of the room left a lot to be desired. There was a power cut during my stay, not the hotel’s fault, but no emergency lighting in the bedrooms. Which meant being sat in the dark for hours, there was lighting in the corridors, this should be expected in the rooms too for safe navigation to the bathroom.

Clean .

Close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Free WiFi and friendly staff. The fridge, microwave and plates and cutlery were brilliant extras.

I have stayed as this hotel many many time and never had problem, but this time the pillows was a little bit on the smelly side from over peoples swet and dribbling, made be buy some new ones.
