Convenient area for our stay. Victoria and Abbey were both very welcoming, and extremely friendly. Only one little mishap with the elevator breaking down and my elderly parent having to hike four flights of stairs. But other than that, it was a great stay.

The pool looks beautiful in photos, but it is actually very dirty. We stay at at least 10 hotels every year, and this one has the dirtiest pool I have ever encountered. We had to switch to another room in the middle of the night because the AC was making a loud squeaky sound, which prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. Breakfast was terrible. I recommend skipping this hotel; we will never stay at La Quinta again in the future.

I really did like this hotel. The front desk lady was very nice. The lobby and entrance was very clean and so are the rooms. The only issue I have is the pool. The pool area was dirty and so was the pool needs a good scrub it looks like there’s some kind of algae growing at the bottom of it.

It was a saturday and the bar was not open, we expressed our interest on how they had a bar at the property and didn't mentioned that it wouldn't be opened even thou it had a sign sayin open from 6 to 10 pm. It is not a cheap hotel we were expecting better.

We stayed in room 224 and were shocked at the overwhelming odor or sewage in our room. When we approached the front desk about it, the gentleman stated that they are well are of the problem but that it continues to be left un-repaired. He was unable to give us another room since the hotel was completely booked.

We checked into our room on a very busy (no vacancy) weekend. There was a very bad odor in the hallway across from our room that eventually worked its way across to ours. The man at the desk overnight told us that the smell had been there since they opened in April and nothing had been done about it. We made a late night run to Walmart to get Febreze spray to help us make it through the night.

Very disappointed with the property Window shade broken, shower dirty, pool was very dirty, outside trash can in pool area hadn’t been thrown out in days maybe longer. All addressed at front desk and nothing was done. Never will stay there again

The people and cleaning crew were top notch! Continental Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. One issue though: There was the weird smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Another couple said the same thing when we were on the elevator. Someone should REALLY look into that! If the first impression is the room smells like SH*T you should make that a top priority!

Fair price however the ac unit was loud and would not stop rattling. When asked to get another room, they offered maintenance service to come and fix it. The rattle did not stop. When requesting another room for the rattle and hair in my bed we were still not able to get another room.

Pros: Nice location, seems like a new hotel, nice rooms with comfortable beds and decent wifi. Breakfast was ok. Cons: Unless you're on the top floor good luck! Everything was fine until midnight when the people above us arrived. I have no other way to explain this other than it sounded as though they had children who were wearing weights for shoes and they were running back and forth for what seemed miles. Dropping things so loudly that it seemed they could've fallen through the ceiling at any minute. It almost sounded as though they were playing in an NBA game. We called the front desk to be told, "I'll see what I can do...." We received a call back saying, "They just checked in and they'll try to quiet down soon." This was not the case. It went on until 2am. My husband and son couldn't sleep. The noise wasn't only an issue with whoever was upstairs. If your a/c isn't going you'll hear any car outside. We went downstairs in the morning for breakfast and there was no regular coffee at the front. Only decaf and hot water. We wouldn't stay again as we had to drive home today and everyone was extremely tired.

We left before midnight. The window was not sealed properly and wind and sand seeped through. There was a loud whistle coming from the window whenever the wind picked up. There was a fine mist of sand and dust all over he took making it extremely uncomfortable and not able to sleep in.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 toddlers. It was roomy enough for us and I loved the kitchen option rooms for convenience for milk storing, bottle warming, etc. Will definitely repeat our stay when visiting family in El Paso!

Showed I had a pet to the front desk and she didn’t give me a pet acknowledgement form so I was charged an extra $250 when I didn’t know I had to sign such form and she saw my cat. Talked to front desk the next day and they checked the cameras and confirmed she saw my cat and that it was their bad. Still waiting on my refund of the unclaimed pet fee.

Our first time staying at a La Quinta. Mostly okay, but we were very annoyed with the afternoon desk clerk working. We had a five night stay with two rooms and four of those days our keys demagnetized. We parked out back close to the door, but had to walk all the way around front in 104 degree temperature. I’m 77 and my husband is 75. Our daughter was in another room different floor. I told the clerk we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and don’t have this happen. She tells us this happens all the time. I know better. Our shower door leaked each day when we showered and a dirty used wash cloth was left in bathroom.

The Queen beds are actually double/full sized beds. I went to walmart bought a tape measure and measured 57" width at most x 77"at most. I have pictures and video I am submitting to corporate as proof. Also the night shift worker Sarah accused myself and 12 year old daughter of stealing while teying to find the gym. Trash

From check in, to check out this La Quinta was absolutely amazing! Every moment of our stay was very comfortable, and extremely satisfying! The employees working here October 24-25all deserve 5+stars. My father cannot walk, and the accessible room was perfect!

Where can I start: 1. 95% of the time you will not find anyone at the reception counter. 2. One of the worst breakfast around the hotels of the area. 3. You need to notify the front desk to clean your room. Even if you leave the door without the sign they dont clean it. 4. When the frontdesk people finally show up (could.take a while) their careless attitude (in most of them) is clear. 5. Arrived at 11:30pm and needed to go back to frontdesk 3 times. 1st time key didint work, second time wrong room, third time new room assigned was dirty. A lot of.room for improvement.

When i arrived to check in, the rep at the front desk said he couldn’t find my reservation. After 10 min he found it but he tried to downgrade me to a queen size bed. I said no cuz i book and paid for a King suite. He said they were out of kings. After arguing with him, he magically found one. After getting to our room, there was a horrible stench of mold!! I asked to be moved rooms but the rep said that they were all of a sudden fully booked. IM NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN

Newer hotel with nice lobby and breakfast. Close to a number of places to eat- walking distance. On the loop around El Paso so nice to avoid heavier traffic. Would stay again.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The potatoes where cut too big the fruit sat out too long there is no waffle maker and not a lot of variety of food. Other than that everything else was great.
