Very clean and spacious. The area is residential and very relaxing. We had to drive to the beach.. Ponguoge beach just south and Meschutt just North, 15 minutes in either direction.

Place was great. Only thing is the backyard isn’t fully fenced in like it states in the listing. Only a small portion of the yard is fenced in. With a toddler and dogs it was kind of hard. But overall a nice place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet street, freshly renovated, top condition, well stocked in the excellent kitchen, all very clean, great beach-gear in the cellar. Everything as decribed, good communications. Fit all of us comfortably! 3 full bathrooms!! Perfect location to pretty much everything you can or want to do! Seamless check in and checkout, absolutely perfect! We cooked or ordered in every night, went to the beach, drove to the city, could've caught the LIRR with the Hampton Bays stop in the neighborhood as well, and we got ice cream from the local Carvel! Just a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!
