The hotel is a Historical building and well maintained. It was a busy weekend for them, multiple wedding. We received undivided attention when Checking in or had questions. Parking can be tough in their shared lot, they have a handful of spots. You can park by the school during off hours.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lititz Springs Inn. It's a very charming property located on Main Street, within easy walking distance of the many shops in the town. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors and there is no elevator - something to keep in mind if one has mobility issues. The showers do not have grab bars which is something that should be rectified. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed two meals outside on the patio. The food was good and the service very friendly.

Parking is a little tricky as there are 9 designated spots for 17 rooms. They give you ample time for loading.(30 min) in front and then you drive down to the light and around to the back of the hotel. But there is a school there and Tenant spaces so gets congested.I had to park on the street and move my car in the morning for lack of spaces. Food was delicious and they give an option to eat in their dining area vs eating at the bar pub, which was nice. Hotel is a great location with walking distance to all the shops. I was surprised at the room decor as this is an old historical hotel. (No elevator) with a beautiful lobby and fireplace… But the rooms were a little cold with steel gray and pictures of singers on the wall. They do offer a kitchen on 2nd floor, although it only had one bowl and spoon... but generously have cereal boxes, granola bars, oatmeal, soda in the fridge. There's also a Day room type area if you have a larger group or just wanted to go and sit. Hotel was clean, shower was great and had heating light. We were in the "backstage" room and it was a nice size with a comfortable bed.

We stayed on the third floor and were impressed with the amenities. The shower was amazing! We enjoyed being able to Pop right downstairs to bulls head and being able to walk to so much in lititz.

The staff at Lititz Springs Inn were great. Each person was attentive, responsive, and eager to make our visit enjoyable. They demonstrated care and apparent pride in their Inn. The parking for Lititz Springs Inn is somewhat limited. Unfortunately, for the time of our stay the main road in front of the Inn was being repaved so there was no nearby street parking available. Also, there was work being done at the Inn so the contractors parked in some of the allocated spacing making parking unavailable during the hours around check-in time. There were a couple of other cars parked in the allocated spaces which did not have parking tags from the Inn. This made it difficult to unload without someone having to stay with the car since the car was blocking cars that were parked. The staff did work to resolve this while we checked in but there was little they could do since the contractors were working and the owners of the cars parked without permits couldn't be located. We had to leave after check-in for an appointment. While we were away, the manager called me and told me she would park her car in the next available space so when we returned, we would be guaranteed a parking space. One other thing that would be helpful for future guests is knowing that there is a guest area (3rd floor guest kitchen) where things like extra coffee pods can be accessed after guest service hours.

I wish I could submit pictures of this property where I could show you old radiators from the 50s that might have been charming at one point but now our caked with dust debris and mold, and you look at it every time you go to the bathroom. Not memorable in a good way. Property was very loud due to an ongoing wedding and the room walls are paper thin booked a room with a couch and got downgraded to a room that is not ADA compliant as we had requested a very cute town with lots of nice shops but definitely stay outside of the main town it is Loud and disruptive.

Our first stay here but definitely not our last. From the moment we walked into this historic building, I knew it was going to be special and we were not disappointed. From the front desk staff and freshly baked cookies, to the bartenders and the amazing craft beer selections, the friendly servers delivering fantastic food. this place is a 5 star gem. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was music themed. It was very cool. My only regret was that we were only in town for one night. But will definitely be back. Kudos to the management and staff. They really do take the customer experience seriously.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very walkable. The room was clean and towels were thick and fluffy. The bed linens were way to big for the bed. especially the comforter hanging to the floor and bed skirt was bunched up on floor. The bed was extremely soft and sagging, very uncomfortable. Pillows were old, flat, lumpy and the cases very rough(from being old). Curtains were difficult to close, need a different curtain rod.

The Inn was cute and clean and historic! Very walkable to shopping and dining areas. Sleeping accommodations…bed was super uncomfortable. Noise downstairs from the pub finally stopped around 1230/1am. Pub was convenient to the Inn, however noise coupled with the hard bed made for a tough nights sleep.

Our room had 2 queen beds. One bed was completely broken down, so maybe 2-3 hours sleep. Lamps were dusty, drapes were difficult to open and close. The bathroom was tiny. The tub was slippery to step into without any handicap bars for safe assistance. Please consider using a fragrance free laundry detergent. The towels and sheets had a strong fragrance which affected our asthma and COPD.

Historic hotel, built in 1764, before the signing of the Declaration of Independence! Gorgeous interior and our room was beautiful and spacious, unlike any modern hotel out there and at a reasonable rate. The bathroom is on the smaller side with no shelf space, like it used to be in the old days, but it was clean and renovated. Enjoyed our stay there if only for one night. Hotel also has a nice bar. Limited parking behind the hotel but during weekdays, no problem.

Stayed in room 312, we had an enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and I liked having a sofa and lounge chair in the room so we didn’t have to just lay in bed to watch TV. The hotel was overall quiet, one small downfall was the gap under the door so you could hear everything going on in the hallway. We were directly across from a full kitchen guests have access to as well as a guest lounge/game room. It’s a historic building that has old time charm but remodeled with a modern feel as well. We had 2 meals downstairs in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. Already thinking about planning a girls trip with my mother and daughter. It’s conveniently located near all the shops and the park. Good selection of coffee shops, places to eat and sweet treats all within a short walk. When we parked our vehicle Friday at check-in, we didn’t need to drive anywhere until we checked out on Monday.

We love this town. Staying here is convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants. We also like visiting the Bull's Head pub downstairs. The one thing that wasn't great was that the mirror isn't well lit for putting on makeup and putting in contact lenses.

We were at a concert in the area, and would not be checking into the hotel until quite late. The employee on that night reached out to us, inquiring if we were still coming. When we told her what time we would be arriving, she made special accommodations to ensure that we received our key since no ine would be at the desk at that late hour!

In my opinion the inn is beautiful and very old and historic. I loved my room however the shower valve didn't work ...therefore i made do. I informed the woman at the desk of the shower problem at my checkout to which she dismissively replied "Its an old building." Im sure the shower valve is 21st century and broken or improperly installed. She seemed unimpressed at my complaint and I'm sure the next guest will suffer for it. Otherwise i enjoyed the Inn

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed in room 204 which was quiet and cozy. Parking was always available in the lot, which may not always be the case in busier times, but definitely a plus given the location and other parking accommodations available in the area. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and charm. Staff was wonderful. They even carried our luggage to the second floor (I admit I am over 80 YO). Room amenities nice. Carpet needed to be cleaned. We hate heavy duvets! Otherwise, bed and pillows were satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay and will probably return, with lighter luggage!

The staff at Lititz Springs Inn were great. Each person was attentive, responsive, and eager to make our visit enjoyable. They demonstrated care and apparent pride in their Inn. The parking for Lititz Springs Inn is somewhat limited. Unfortunately, for the time of our stay the main road in front of the Inn was being repaved so there was no nearby street parking available. Also, there was work being done at the Inn so the contractors parked in some of the allocated spacing making parking unavailable during the hours around check-in time. There were a couple of other cars parked in the allocated spaces which did not have parking tags from the Inn. This made it difficult to unload without someone having to stay with the car since the car was blocking cars that were parked. The staff did work to resolve this while we checked in but there was little they could do since the contractors were working and the owners of the cars parked without permits couldn't be located. We had to leave after check-in for an appointment. While we were away, the manager called me and told me she would park her car in the next available space so when we returned, we would be guaranteed a parking space. One other thing that would be helpful for future guests is knowing that there is a guest area (3rd floor guest kitchen) where things like extra coffee pods can be accessed after guest service hours.

We had a great overnight stay I. Lititz at the Lititz Springs Inn. Great location, everything. Is within walking distance, unless you want a grocery store, or wine store, that is just a short drive down the road. We also drove to the rail trail and had a beautiful walk, run, everyone is SO friendly which was refreshing! Would definitely stay here again.

This is an adorable town and the outside is deceiving but the rooms are great, very cute and thought of everything. We did not enjoy our dinner at the restaurant, but otherwise everything else was perfect, wish we had a little longer there.

Very nice place with English Pub right down stairs. The English breakfast was great. Walk out the door and you are right in the middle of Lititz historical distict.
