Our stay at the Hotel Marriott Courtyard was great! We had a very clean and comfortable room. We appreciated having a comfortable sofa to sit and a super clean bathroom! The only somewhat shortfall was the Parking was a bit of an issue due to part of their parking was closed for upgrades and the hotel was fully booked so finding a place to park was a challenge. I am sure that this is a one-off. Excellent hotel you will enjoy!

We love staying at courtyard hamilton once a year when we visit Canada, and the room was amazing! We will book a suite again for sure! The location is perfect and the staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool weren’t in service again during our stay which was a let down! Our house keeping staff only came one day (the second one) to clean our room (we had a five night 6 day stay) and had to go to the front desk with dirty towels to ask for some clean ones. That wasn’t very nice. We would say housekeeping needs to come more often than one day if we are there more than 3 days.

The bar and lobby were under major construction. The computers were down when we tried to check in. Shipping containers were everywhere. The parking lot was half filled with them. The staff gave us a renovated room which was terrific. Thus the glowing review of the staff. None of this was mentioned on Expedia when we booked. Very disappointed. However the staff was awesome. If you would like to have us back when the work is done we would come. Our grandkids live in Hamilton and we need a place to stay for the night. Feel free to reach out to me. Cheers

The hotel seems very new. Everything was nice and clean, the room was excellent. I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast. As an FYI, the pool is quite small. It was great for just my child and I but if even 2 more families had come in it would’ve been awkward. Not a lap pool if you are someone who likes to do that.

A decent stay, clean facilities, friendly front desk and room attendants. The location off the highway was convenient. Entering the room was clean but the air quality or smell of the room needs to be improved. It smelled a bit of smoke or odor. The shower also had a small hole in its tile where the shower rod may have been moved.and then reinstalled. I had to cover that hole prior to shower use. Overall the stay was adequate.

We stayed due to a wedding event taking place in Ancaster. Perhaps for business guests the rooms would be fine, however, for us not only did each of the three rooms booked have toilet issues (running water due to an intermittant flap problem), there was not adequate space in the extremely tiny closet to hang our garments but the lighting in the room overall was not bright enough and the bathroom lighting for makeup application was poor. However, for business use, if the closet and lighting are taken out of the equation the room was fine. You do need a larger and much taller sign at the entrance to your parking lot.

The room was lacking storage. Nowhere to hang cloths, no suitcase stand, and only one coat hook. My hangup bag took up the seating area, and I had to hang cloths on the tv.

Good- the breakfast destroys typical hotel breakfasts- definitely excellent value to pre-purchase and the food was freshly made from the restaurant and really quite good! The pool was clean and organized and great for families. Not so good- The TV didn’t work- nor did any of the smart features (even though they advised Netflix should). To be fair they offered to send someone from maintenance but we didn’t want to squander time on that and instead used a Laptop tethered off our personal phones as the completely unsecured WIFI was non functioning at all either; and there is no isolated business centre (so if you need to take a work call it’s essentially in the lobby). Place is great for families looking to swim and spend time not watching TV but being out of the hotel for your stay.

Newly renovated and quite spacious. Courtyard gardens are lovely. The only downside in the room itself is the lack of places to put your clothes … no closet (just a small cupboard), no dresser/drawers. We were told that the rooms were designed for business travellers and their short stays. We, on the other hand, had booked a week…attending family reunion gatherings. Inconvenient for us.

I arrived to find all the guests outside due to the hotel being flooded and no power. I had prepaid for this trip and was redirected to another hotel. I was assured that I would be provided with a full refund, I have called and emailed the hotel twice now and have yet to hear back. I’ve also contacted Expedia several times via chat and by phone and I was hung up on repeatedly due to technical difficulties. This was NOT a good experience at all. No due diligence what so ever!! Would not recommend either!!

We stayed at this hotel overnight because we were flying out from Hamilton airport the next day. Nice and close to the airport. Everything was quite simple to check in, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Excellent TV. The room served its purpose for the one night! Also nice and close to other restaurants.

We did enjoy our stay. I suggest that you add small microwave ovens to the service / ice machine areas at the elevators. A continental breakfast should be included in the price I paid for the room. Your restaurant is far, far too expensive.
