I booked through hotels.com because I had gift cards to use. It the hotel they could not process my gift card payment. The clerk needed to call someone and they replied they don't take gift cards. Then when we got to our room the electricity wasn't on, had to change rooms. But they were clean and comfortable. Lastly the hot tub was not hot, but cold. And the water and seats did not look clean. So we did not use it. The breakfast area was clean and the food was ok. Fine place to stay if you prepay and don't want to use the hot tub.

The 3 filters I put in were hot tub/pool, breakfast and parking. Due to lack of staff there was only ONE choice at cold breakfast! Hot tub and pool were not open as they’re not functioning 😡

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. There were two issues we had on our stay. First when we checked in the WI-FI was not working. That fixed after a time. The 2nd was when I tried to call in the issue with the WI-FI turns out that the phone in the room was also not working. Not sure if the two issues were part of the same problem or not.

Room was DIRTY. Handprints all over window. Handprints/grime on interior door of bathroom. Rib had not been cleaned: hair on tub and mold. Bathroom had not been swept. Breakfast: skip it! Coffee was 1/2 coffee 1/2 hot water

The floor in the room and bathroom was dirty. There was food on the wall, dirt on the carpet, an earplug and dog food on the carpet. There was also mildew on the shower curtain and the bed suck in.

We were greeted by the front desk clerk who was dressed very unprofessionally. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been which made us question the entire room. The shower also had mold stains.

Overall lack of housekeeping would keep us away from this hotel. Upon entering room, there was already trash in the can in the living area and bathroom. There was hair in the shower and the shower floor didn’t look clean. During the night, the top sheet came off two corners of the bed. Someone had installed a new shampoo cartridge, but left the hidden cap on the bottom. Housekeeping gets zero stars.

Everything was good as soon as you walked in the doors it was the best comfort suites that I’ve ever been to only problem that we had was that the couch had white spots on it, and we know where the white spots come from semen the cushion covers should’ve been sanitize washed..

Our standard two queen room was spacious and had a comfortable sitting area. The only problem we had was every time the people in the room above us walked back-and-forth we would hear everything and the creaking woke me up early in the morning, besides that it was a very comfortable bed and I would recommend just don’t stay in room 205 because the upstairs creaking will drive you nuts

I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels across the country and this was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had. I was traveling and checked in fairly late (10ish) for 1 night. Got to my room and could hear someone else going to the bathroom, brushing teeth, doing little things (not making a ton of noise), yet I could hear it crystal clear in my room from theirs. Thought these must be the thinnest walls ever. Managed to fall asleep as I assume they did as well only to wake up to them talking on the phone early the next morning. I then realize there is a literal 3” gap at the bottom of the adjoining door to the floor. Absolutely no privacy. Felt like they were in my room, as you could hear EVERYTHING each other did. Went down to front desk as I was leaving to let them know how bad that was and no one there. Stood there for a few minutes, eventually had to yell to the back and ask if anyone was there. I then heard a woman talking to someone else, took her time coming out and then says something like “how can I help you” in a not very friendly or apologetic tone. I mean first thing she should have said is, hi, sorry about that… But no, super rude. I’m a customer, literally paying your salary and that’s how you treat me? Avoid this place, there are tons of other options all around this area!

The hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable in most ways. The beds were comfortable, but very high—as senior citizens about 5’3” we had to use a footstool to get in bed. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom (the room can sleep up to 5) but there was only one hook and no towel bars to hang them up after using. We went to breakfast in the 3rd hour of service both mornings. First day, they were out of coffee. Next morning they were out of milk. The breakfast area attendant said they had more people than expected. (?) The selection was sparse—waffles, a few bakery items, a few yogurts, two cold cereals, and one kind of oatmeal packets.

The air freshener was very strong, almost overwhelming, just be aware of that if you are sensitive to smells. Also, the noise between rooms - both side by side and the floor above - was a lot. I assume we had children in the room above us, and they spent most of the evening running back and forth across their room. We were next to the elevator and it was quite loud, also. For one night, it was fine but I probably wouldn't stay longer.

Really nice property and check in was super easy and fast. Noise from the freeway is a bit louder than other properties I’ve stayed at within about the same distance to the freeway. But not bad. Weird comment, but the light from the thermostat on the wall was pretty bright, even from across the room. But the bed was soooo comfy. But I would stay here again.

After a long day we go upstairs with all the luggage and our keys don’t work. We go back downstairs and get it fixed and go back upstairs to find out the room is occupied. We have to go back down and get reassigned a room. It shouldn’t be that hard to check in. The whole process between check in and room situation was well over 30 minutes.

The young man at the front desk was very nice and very polite. However, the room door would not unlock. He said it had happened the day before, but they had no other two bedrooms to give us. So my grown-up son and myself had one bed and a couch. Next, there was not a bottle of water to be found sold or available in the hotel. Lastly, there was water sitting in the bathtub. All in all, not a great experience at this hotel. But your front desk person last night was a very nice man.

There had been a big snow storm several days before and the parking lot had not been touched. The check in person was a bit less than cordial, he didn't say thanks and appeared rather frazzled. Other then that it was OK.

Upon arrival our reserved room the door was unlocked and open around 11 PM. We were told that the maid service just forgot to shut the door to go ahead and use the room upon entry no soaps, no towels no washcloths I asked for another room. They moved us to a two bed queen room. At first, the AC did not work tenant above us continue to bounce a ball the entire nights we stayed. The room came furnished with two washcloths and two towels for a four night stay. When requested more towel service we were told to come back in two hours which would’ve been 10:30 PM to pick up fresh linens. They were currently out and all were being washed two days later requested more towels I was told we had to bring back all of our towels and washcloths, and those towels and washcloths had to be washed And it would be two hours to pick up when I informed them that I wanted to make a formal complaint and that we would not be back the only answer that was replied back to me was “OK“ I informed them I was not happy. The answer was “OK“ This was my worst hotel experience ever and I travel for a living. No compensation was offered at all and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone living or dead or any animal. it is very sad because this is a small town of 60,000 people with 20+ hotels so the competition is competitive.

Excellent location and easily accessible off the freeway. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The only complaint that there wasn’t any hand or body soap in the room. When I asked at the front desk for some, they said they didn’t have any.

Overall the property was nice. BUT the breakfast was awful..food was cold, some of the fruit was spoiled, no bananas, poor qiality for ssg and gravy, no waffle mix. There was no attendant there. Saw some ppl toss their plates away after a few bites and we did as well. For as nice as the hotel is, the breakfast was a big disappointment. Enough so, to just skip it completely if there's another visit. Also our room didnt have a full supply of towels.

The bed was super comfortable. Easy on/off from the interstate, but quiet. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The breakfast was disappointing. Below average as far as complimentary hotel breakfasts go. We were hoping to get a quick breakfast and get on the road. Instead had to go to nearby Bob Evans and buy breakfast.

The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The lady in the kitchen didn't seem to know how to change the juices, the orange juice was water with a little orange coloring and she was asked to change it and she never did. Another juice was empty and she just put a note on it that they were out of that juice. All she did was open the machine and walk off to do other things.

The room was excellent and clean. the elevator had a bad odor to it and dirty flooring outside and in it. the breakfast suffered f rom lack of help (I THINK) coffee was not working, eggs ran out. Later handled when another person started to work (8am).

We chose this property due to it having breakfast provided plus a good overall price. We arrived at the breakfast area at opening time to find the lights out and nothing ready. The front desk clerk said the responsible staff member had not shown up, and he did not have a key to get in and take care of things himself. I inquired about some form of compensation for the inconvenience in the form of a reasonable adjustment to the room charge, but he said he was not authorized to do it and the manager could not be reached. I left my contact information for the manager but received no call back the following day. Multiple additional calls to the property were unanswered altogether the day after we checked out. This has left us with a bad impression overall for the stay, though the room itself was nice with only a few minor issues.

At first look the property appears nice. There was never anyone at the front desk. The mattress had a dip into the middle. The coffee that is being served at breakfast is terrible. There were several half-filled cups of coffee sitting around the coffee area that apparently had been there for quite some time and there were little natty bugs flying around the coffee area. Fortunately, there were other places nearby to enjoy breakfast.

The front desk person was talking on her phone while checking us in. One of the lamps in the room was missing a light bulb. Breakfast offerings were very limited- out of waffle batter and apple juice. We didn’t see a staff member during breakfast or when checking out. We’d stayed in this hotel 6 months ago and only had good impressions then! I’ll look for a different property for our next trip.
