my day was fine, but all of the issues relate to water. The pressure in the shower was lacking. There was no water in the room when I arrived. Plus the hours for the pool weren’t great. The room is clean and I didn’t interact with staff very much. The person who checked me in wasn’t memorable.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub to use in the off season. Many Cape hotels only have outdoor pools so this is a nice change. Grounds are nicely maintained.

The staff acknowledged our request and booked us 2 rooms together. Check-in was early, quick, and easy. The rooms were spacious and clean. The outdoor pool was nice, and the indoor pool also great on our overcast, drizzly day. The only suggestion would be to reduce the chlorination or use a less pungent chemical for the indoor pool to ease eye burning. The breakfast was great also. Marconi Beach was awesome and only a 5 min drive. Overall, a great stay and value.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Oct 4-9. The room was spacious and clean. The indor and outdoor pools were open and the hot tub was working. We had breakfast at the Hotel, and it was a very good cafe with good service and we were able to enjoy our breakfast and coffee. The CapeCod bike trail was accessible via a path behind the motel. The area has a lot of good dining options, and it was easy for us to get to beaches nad sightseeing spots along the outer Cape. They had homemade chocolate chip cookies at reception, which was a really nice treat after a long drive. We would definately recommend this as an affordable option and would stay again.

Excellent outdoor pool. Indoor pool was a bit cold, but I warmed up in the hot tub. Good green space with beanbag toss. Didn’t have time to check out the bike path. Breakfast was amazing (but not included). We added a second night to explore Wellfleet beaches and ponds. Def do these.

I booked this motel last-minute when it became clear that our family's camping trip at the Mass Audubon sanctuary across the street would be rained out. The rate felt high for a 2-star motel but for my purpose, the location couldn't be beaten--or so I thought. Crossing US 6 was a nightmare by car, let alone walking or biking, so the thoughtful bike racks and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail help little. Our room had a splendid view of a dumpster and the rooms were in shabby condition; visible stains on the blanket and marks on the carpet. Most days housekeeping didn't bother to clean the room at all. Strong gas smell in the stairwell between the floors. The restaurant also smelled horrible and I found an un-mixed chunk of dough in my pancake the second morning I ate there. All in all it's really difficult to understand the positive ratings for this property; I can only assume that people are just happy to find anything in a "reasonable" price range in this location, and the owners know it so they're investing the absolute minimum in upkeep and service.

Not as clean as one would expect. Upon arrival and touring our room we found copious amounts of sand behind the bathroom door. You would only see the sand if/when you closed the bathroom door. This lead me to believe that a deep cleaning of the bathroom does not regularly happen. Frighten.

The room was super clean and well kept, the property was in a beautiful location, it felt serene yet was conveniently located-- whether you wanted to go south to Chatham or north to Provincetown, it was an easy and lovely drive. The service for the rooms was impeccable. We didnt use the breakfast but it was nice to have the option available onsite as well.

Well maintained resort with friendly staff. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Set just far enough back from Rt. 6 that car noise is no a problem. Attractive property. The food and service at Harrigan's (the onsite breakfast eatery) was superb. My only quibble is that our room was too dark. Don't know what could be done to brighten it -- maybe a ceiling fixture?

Our room was just right for us. We booked a room with extra space for 4 adults. The hideabed was pretty thin for a mattress though so our family members chose to double up on the queen as it just wasn't sleepable.

We loved the breakfast cafe on site, and the food was great - coffee was excellent. The pool, particularly the outdoor pool, was really nice and always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful with all of the flowers. Rooms are spacious and light-filled. Only one issue I would identify is that it can be stressful trying to make a left turn out of the motel on Route 6.

Property is right on the Main Road with easy access to area restaurants, beaches and attractions. Also, right across the street from a Wildlife Preserve and also access for the Cape Rail Trail, which is some easy walking. Restaurant on the premises has a great breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great deal on the cape for the price. Very very clean property and thoughtfully maintained. Staff is very courteous and kind. Overall, I would definitely recommend. I wish hotel gave an option for folks who stay in the hotel to get some Breakfast special. The restaurant for breakfast is great but rather pricey.
