Beautiful property with views of the mountains, friendly staff and a nice clean room. I'll be happy to return.

The staff was amazing, property was super cute. We stayed in a pet friendly room which we are always grateful for. With a pet friendly room, often comes an out-dated style and a bit beat up. However, it was still clean but be prepared for that! I did peak at some non-pet rooms and they had updated furniture and finishings. The beds and linens were very comfy. The television was very small and didn't have the best connection and therefore most channels were quite fuzzy and hard to see. The amenities in the bathroom are very limited, you get a bar soap and shampoo/conditioner packets.

Stayed 4 nights

We had a very nice stay for four nights. We had our Boston Terrier with us which was great to accept dogs. Apparently the beds in our room were new. The head board in one bed made awful noises ever time you moved in the bed. First night we shared queen bed. Second night I was able to put pillows between headboard and wall which helped. I did let staff know and she would let owners know so it gets looked at. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean. I'd stay again.

Great spot for affordable (a good deal) hanging out right in the middle of Occidental. Everything nearby. Staff accommodating multiple time. Comfy room. Summertime so had to keep ac running all night - a bit noisy in the room.
