I was incredibly disappointed that the pool was closed. I would not have stayed at this location had I known that. They didn’t say anything. No kind of accommodations were made to soften the blow. Check in was difficult. I don’t know why I received an email offering keyless check in when I had to go in anyway. The hallways had a terrible smell, as did the elevator. Navigating the Hilton app was impossible. The website didn’t work. I ended up having to sit in my car and do a chat with an associate whose directions I found confusing, and I grew up with computers. Breakfast was good, though.

Pool was closed for maintenance, but we didn’t find out about it until checking in. It would have been nice if the hotel had notified us about that ahead of time. They offered to cancel with no charge, and called other locations, but couldn’t find another place with a pool, or room.

Our stay was great went to the water park down the road and the buffet across the street from the water park. Came to the hotel and it was clean comfortable and the gym was fun. Pool is very small but we didn't need to go in because we went to the water park and the free breakfast was a big plus . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Last minute booking and the price was right so I didn’t expect much. I was wrong. Checkin was extremely easy and quick. The woman who checked us in was friendly and pleasant. I could tell immediately that the hotel was clean. Our room was very clean and had full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash and body lotion. This was a big plus. The air conditioner worked great (which we’ve had problems with in other hotels). The free breakfast was also very good. Cheese omelets/sausage/assorted muffins, scones,etc/cereal/waffle maker/fruit/oatmeal/coffee and juices. One of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had in a while! The gym was great and although we didn’t go in the pool, it looked nice as well. The only negative is that we weren’t staying longer. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s also very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Cracker Barrel is right down the road. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had to call front desk to request a roll of toilet paper since ion the 2 roll holders one was completely empty and other had 1/4 left. Took a shower to find out there was no soap in the dispenser. Tissue box was almost empty. Is there a paper shortage in the Hampton inn?

Hotel seemed cleaned upon arrival until we got comfortable & noticed the room had ants. According to rude Ruby at the front desk it’s an issue with the entire hotel. Had to throw away food & disinfect personal belongings because of the ants, was offered a refund by one of the staff that didn’t know how to process it & needed help from another employee. Yet that employee denied being able to give me a refund. None of the front desk employees knew their way around the computer system. Ruby tried giving me a room with one king bed even tho I booked a double queen. She claimed they were sold out even tho I had an reservation but it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing nor cared. When we needed fresh towels/wash cloths we were told we had to bring the used ones down to the front desk. The whole stay was horrible I wouldn’t stay again even if it was free.

We didn’t sleep well when staying here. We could hear the people in the room above us all night; the floor creaked every time someone walked back and forth. However, the staff was friendly, the breakfast included in the reservation was good and we appreciated the 12pm check-out. We also loved the brand of the lotion, shower gel and conditioner! They smelled so good!

The heater didn’t work and was making loud noises that kept us up through out the night. We spoke to the front desk the next morning and they said they would send someone to look at it. Asked to be moved to another room and they said the hotel was sold out.

Hotel itself was very, very nice. Everything was clean and where it should be. A nice selection of foods for breakfast. The internet situation is a disaster. Could not login via my name and room number. Then when I received a pass code it would connect only for a couple of seconds or sit there and give me the spinning wheel of death. Had to get out of there quickly in the am to conduct business

The property was convenient to the attractions we were in town for however, some (not all) employees at the front desk were more concerned with their personal conversations. We had billing issues from the start and kept being told they would talk to their manager to try and fix it ... never happened. Numerous chats with both Expedia and Hilton and Hampton and no one was able to offer resolution or provide consistent answers.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at Hampton Inn [Philadelphia/Voorhees] for the past two months, and it’s been a comfortable and convenient home away from home. My room was well-maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job keeping things tidy and refreshed. Room was clean & comfortable. Ran out of toilet paper day 2 because housekeeping didn’t replace roll/provide extra. I had to go down to desk to get more. 2 days later same issue plus our shampoo & conditioner were empty from day 1. Took 2 days complaining to desk to get shampoo & conditioner and asking housekeeping directly for TP to get more. Also the last 2 nights of my 6 night stay no flat sheet on bed. When checking out so waited at front desk for 5 mins with no staff member, left and came back to find him leaving the breakfast buffet with his food to come to the desk to check me out. In general 3 or 4 staff were observed frequently hanging out at the front desk eating popcorn. 1st world problems but annoying.

We thought the breakfast served at this Hampton Inn in Voorhees, NJ was in need of improvement in comparison to other Hampton Inn places we stayed at. The food was mushy sausage, watery eggs, and the coffee was cold. There was no variety for the 3 night stay we had. At other locations the food was much better. However, the staff were kind and the hotel was very clean.
