The whole reason I booked this property was because of the photos of the pool so imagine my disappointment when I arrived and they said the pool is closed. I understand that pools have to close from time to time for maintenance and cleaning, but that is something that should be told to people when they book. Also, I wouldn't recommend staying in the downtown area. Old Town is much cleaner, less transients, better dining options.

The property was fine. The front desktop and other stuff seemed overwhelmed, and in general they needed more people on hand. The pool is closed the entirety of my day. They claimed it was due to weather issues. But honestly, there was no reason for the will to be closed. There was occasional sprinkles from the sky, but there was never any thunder or lightning or anything like that. So it was really annoying because I stayed here specifically to have access to the pool.

Construction/rennovation underway in upper stories. Epic search for a bucket of ice. Started on 11th Fl, no ice; elevator to 10th Fl, no ice; elevator to 12th floor, no icedecided to walk to next floor via stairs, ALL exit doors locked (Fire Code) with no exit til reaching the underground parking floor below lobby; then a search for an elevator going up, finally found one at an insurance company, took it to lobby: went to front desk and asked for ice. Nice man brought me my bucket full, took elevator back to Room on 11th Fl. By then I needed a drink!

Comfortable beds for stay. Charges daily resort fee for ?. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Limited chaise lounge seats. Excellent work out facility but only 1 treadmill working, no water available and hand sanitizer empty. Downtown convenient location.

Check in was ok, room and bathroom were very large, shower nice, bed comfortable, great gym. But both the bedroom and bathroom were very dark, no microwave or refrigerator. There is a resort fee that includes parking and water. Hot tub was closed and no roof access to enjoy the view.

We didn’t eat at the hotel. They have a very good self-serve area just off the registration area with Salas’s, soups, sandwiches, burritos, and baked goods that are reasonably priced. This is a former Hyatt Regency that has recently been purchased by a new hotel group. I have dinged them a star because of their odd approach to performing upgrades. They have no vending or ice machines on floors 1-16, with ice on 17-20. They are replacing old machines with new, but (1) didn’t let us know when they were checking us in and (2) why remove the old until the new are there to install? We Ubered, so I can’t opine on parking. The 10th floor hallway had an odd, musty smell, but our room smelled OK. The television was disappointing—it frequently showed “station not available, for all stations. I think the problem is too little bandwidth for the number of people watching in their rooms at one time. They charge a $25 “resort fee” each night. That is a bit of a stretch—this is not a resort-caliber hotel. It’s a nice hotel, but the amenities do not justify the added fee. We didn’t feel unsafe walking in the daytime, but know that the hotel is in a neighborhood that has homeless people. We walked back to the hotel from the train station at 8:30 at night and did not encounter any problems. The staff were friendly and competent. We had a good experience overall. I’d rate it a 7.5 or 8 on a 1 to 10 scale.

The hotel has a mold/mildew smell when you walk in and on the 13th floor. The toilet pressure is horrible and the shower runs like a kiddie sprinkler. There is also black mold around the titles in the shower. The staff was nice, but I think the 13th floor needs to be renovated.

Staff were very friendly but the hotel was filthy. There was dirt and dust in every corner. The carpet was disgusting, there were toenail clippings on the carpet in our room. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

The lobby area is beautiful, but parking areas and all elevators had trash all over the floor. Once you get to the room floors, it smells like urine. The room was very musty and did not appear clean. Had cleaning staff come in and when we came back they had taken all of the soaps and shower bottles and left very few towels. Went to the hall to catch cleaning staff but they were gone already, then the key didn’t work to get back in. Had to go down to the front counter to get another key. For the high prices, I think they can figure out a good carpet cleaning or air freshener to make the smell a bit better

Was mostly nice but the rooms were very basic, and the air conditioning did not work very well at all so the room was pretty hot despite being turned down to the lowest setting. However, the tv had both netflix and prime video which was amazing, and most hotels do not so that was something that was especially good about our stay.

Elevators broken. With a convention in town and a Marathon you had to wait in line to get on an elevator which took 5-10 minutes. There was 1 elevator working. Parking validation didn't work. Parking garage smelled like a dumpster and was very dirty. One very rude and unprofessional front desk receptionist. The manager was exceptional, and the other front desk receptionist were very professional. Very slow internet. Place needed major maintenance. Most likely won't stay here again.

The hotel was in the downtown area and if we were to visit Albuquerque again, we would choose to stay in a different area. The neighbourhood didn’t feel very safe. We struggled to find suitable restaurants for evening meals and the hotel restaurant wasn’t open. Our room was comfortable, staff were helpful and the parking facility was good.

The downstairs is beautiful but doesn’t match the outdated rooms. The beds were comfy enough, but it wasn’t anything special. Bathrooms were considerably outdated. The phone didn’t work so couldn’t order room service. Went down to the front desk to ask how I could do it and she said I could call the front desk and she’d transfer me. Tried to do that, but got voicemail the 6 times I tried. Finally got someone in reservations, they transferred me to Carrie’s, anddddd got voicemail.

Hotel room was a fine size and lovely condition. The hotels facilities are limited with limited Opening of coffee shop, shop, bar and restaurants. The reception staff were terrible, failed to answer the phones when called, rude when checking in, incredibly rude when engaging with us and disregarded the fact we were travelling with a toddler - crib was not In the room when we arrived, poor check in service. Downtown area of Albuquerque is grim With nothing to do and uninteresting. Very disappointing all round: we Left a day early due to the hotel service and location as we felt there was nothing to do and staff were Unhelpful.

The valet staff were amazing. Very attentive and helpful. However, we had to ask our room to be cleaned three (3) times and still no one came to provide maid service. This was disappointing at 500USD a night. Very nice outdoor pool and hottub and a great location in the heart of ABQ. I would return for another stay.

The front desk staff was rude at best. We were not able to check-in until 2 hours after the check-in time and the staff was upset that we asked about status of our room. The room itself was okay. A/C didn’t work properly and again, the staff was visibly upset that we asked to have the a/c looked at. Valet parking took incredibly long and I’m almost 100% sure the valet driver was high. When trying to get a seat at the restaurant, multiple staff walked by us and didn’t even try to seat us at a table. After 15 minutes, we went back to our room. For the price we paid….not worth the money

Hotel itself was nice, the area was ok, and there were a variety of restaurants to chose from in the area. Was extremely disappointed in the front desk staff when we tried to leave very early with valet being closed. They were not helpful in finding our car, took us more than 30 minutes to find it. Extremely frustrating very early in the morning. It turned us off a bit, and we would not stay again.

The Clyde is my favorite place to stay but twice I have ordered room service for breakfast and twice I have not received milk with my steel cut oats. The first time, it took almost 30 minutes to get milk and then my oats were cold. This time, the milk never made it. Oats should have milk as a standard and I don't appreciate paying $13 for a bowl of oatmeal and not receiving milk. This should be standard!

The hotel is very nice, but there is not much to do in the area. The hotel restaurant is not open for dinner, but there is a limited menu in the bar. Overall, the hotel and service is very nice with evening music in the bar/lobby area. All of the staff are great, but, kind of a run down downtown area across from the courthouse with a fair number of homeless people wandering the area and asking for money. We never felt unsafe, but we also didnt venture out after dark either. There are things to do within a short drive, but not much if you're wanting to walk. Overall, we would stay again, but only if we had a car or Uber available.

The staff was friendly and the lobby area was cute. They have an upscale food to go store. Unfortunately the halls smell like sewer gas. We had to switch rooms bc the first room we were assigned smelled so bad. The second room was clean but the hotel is a bit run down. The area around the hotel is walkable with lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby. You have to keep your wits about you bc lots of homeless people will approach you and ask for money.

Great stay at The Clyde hotel. I was only there for 2 nights to mostly sleep. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, felt safe overall. The hotel is located a block or so from the major bar strip all though I didn't go. I found ABQ and near the hotel - quiet and clean. Right near the convention center. There is a resort fee of 25 per night which includes self parking or you can pay an additional 10 for valet. The parking garage is connected to the hotel and you can take an elevator right into the lobby. The hotel is 10 minutes (4.9) from the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Clyde. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative! We had two delicious breakfasts at Carrie’s and yummy coffee drinks from the Mercantile Cafe Express. The lobby was a great place to relax during a rainstorm and we especially enjoyed listening to a gentlemen play the piano. We would stay there again if we return!

This has always been a wonderful place to stay - my only disappointment was that the bar closed early. I arrived late on a Friday evening, and by the time I went upstairs, settled my things, and came down, the bar was closing. Given the less than savory bar scene the next block over, I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a cocktail without leaving the property. I didn’t want a room service drink. :(

Ordered room service (Breakfast) I orderd oatmeal, toast and orange juice. First of all i only receive a fork and knife to eat with. NO SPOON. There was no plastic covering my oatmeal and toast. So the meal was cold. The oatmeat was thick and cold.

The room was nice. The bathroom shower was terrible . When you switched it to the shower head very little water came out water continued to pour out the bottom faucet. Hotel has only one dining choice and isn’t open early.

Lovely lobby and pool. Well appointed and spacious rooms. The bar and lounge on the lobby level was very nice for drinks and dinner. But it is the only place for dinner as the other restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. The staff at the front desk as well as the bar staff were all friendly and polite, but, not very focused. When sitting down at the table, it takes forever to get a menu. Appetizers were served after the entrée. Not very organized. When checking in, the front desk person should give you information regarding the pool, the floors it’s on and hours available and same for dining options. It’s a huge place so after checking in, I started walking in the wrong direction. I had to go back to the front desk to ask where the elevators were. The check-in person should at least tell you what direction to walk in as well as information about the hotel. Once I got to the room, I couldn’t reach the front desk with a telephone, or calling them on my cell. My husband had to get dressed and go down to get information. Other than that, we had a very nice day, but I would suggest renting a car to get around the city and see all the highlights.

This hotel was lovely— great vibe at the bar and in the lobby, comfortable bed (the pillows were cozy af), & pool/hot tub. It was great for a night! 1922 had a good wine selection, food menu was limited but everything I had was delicious!
