For the price and being a Heritage Hotel this is the best hotel in downtown Albuquerque. The staff are extremely cordial and helpful from check-in until departure. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities. The beds are very comfortable with nice clean pillows. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries. These are great rooms to relax in. There’s a pool and gym. A restaurant open for breakfast and lunch and a lounge with a dinner menu open at 4pm. Also, a coffee shop and convenient store. I will be definitely staying here again the next time I’m in Albuquerque.

The room they originally assigned us smelled like someone smoked cigarettes. While we went out they attempted to spray the room. When we returned, it was not any better. They moved us to a cleaner smelling room.

I liked the location of the Clyde Hotel. It was so easy to locate, and they provide a parking garage which made it so convenient! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The only concerns I had was that the room was poorly lit, the bathroom had a leaky faucet and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. By the time we checked in it was later in the evening and we had been traveling for over 10 hours and so when we discovered these issues it wasn’t worth saying anything about it that evening until we checked out the next morning. We were exhausted and ready to head to bed and the issues weren’t so big that it disrupted our stay that evening.
