Room and facility was clean. Wish room was a little bigger, but was adequate for a couples getaway birthday celebration! Will return with the kids to use indoor pool ans wish we would have went outside to enjoy the beautiful fire pit and pond!

We have stayed here every year , a group of us - disappointed that you Did not have shuttle running in the past for Backyard Ballantyne Whiskey festival , this was our third year , when they have special functions you should offer shuttle like you have in past . Its normally 20 or so people - we will rethink our stay

pool was closed 3 of my 5 days

The hotel was under construction which complicated check in and parking. I don’t remember that anywhere before I booked it, but I could have missed it. They didn’t clean our room, refill our toiletries (empty when we got there btw) or turnover our towels. They were in our room though because they left a note on our pillows that our water would be out for an hour sometime between 10AM and 4PM that day. Some towels and soap would have been nicer than a note. The construction noise was limited to the hours of 8AM-? Disappointing stay all around.

Finding the hotel was a little tricky. It is on a corporate business campus which has many excellent benefits. For instance, the hotel a variety of eateries near by, quick access to the interstate, in very quiet area, and it has a gas station tucked away across from the hotel. The check in clerk was amazing! The check out clerk and one of the bistro attendant were very curt and gruff. The indoor pool room is heated but not the water. They do supply towels which is a nice touch. The exercise room is adjacent to the indoor pool with a clear window wall which allows a nice view of the pool while you exercise on the tread mill or elliptical. The hotel was recently renovated and clean overall on the inside. The King room I stayed in had a frig but no microwave. The microwave is in the snack area near the service desk. The microwave is the only thing I personally saw that needed cleaning on the inside. There was a lot of dog poo in the grass going towards the water. Once you get through the poo there is a paved path around the water in the corporate business campus, great for walking or running. Inside the newly renovated room everything was modern and clean. I have to say that bed felt plush and I had no problems falling asleep however I wasn't able to stay asleep. I could hear someone's toilet flusing in the early morning hours both nights. I just played relaxing sounds to cancel out the flushing. Despite these irks, I would definitely stay again and recommend.

We specifically booked here because of the indoor pool. When we pulled up we noticed that the whole hotel was under construction due to renovation. The hotel reeked of fresh paint, needless to say the pool was shut down. The front desk was rude and careless. She ended up calling down the street and asking if we could use another hotels pool. The elevators were not properly working. We didn't stay we left and booked down the street. Very frustrated

As an older person with bad eyes I had a hard time reading the words on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower! They were in a light color. Also, what hotel does not at least have coffee available to travelers who just want a quick cup to head out. The door handle to my room was so hard to open both inside and outside that I had to put my whole body weight against it. Will not be back here and will check out amenities more closely next time I book a hotel. Also no microwave, just a no go for someone on a special diet. They made it so you had to go to their on site restaurant. Cheap trick!

Lovely location and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking for our trailer.

HUGE issue with TV! The Remote TV Guide lists HBO channels, but there is no HBO. Only Showtime. SO the Guide is inaccurate and of zero use! Unable to know what programs were available for 4 days/nights. Front desk employees said it was “out of their control” and a “Marriott Issue” they had no control over. Also, Business Center is in an open area in the lobby, so inappropriate for a Zoom call or actual true business dealings.

Staff was very nice and helpful. While room is nicely renovated, AC does not work well. Had AC on 65 and room was atleast 75 degrees. No one notified us that housekeeping was every other day but they did provide towels when requested. However on housekeeping’s expected day for cleaning we arrived at our room at 4p and it still wasnt cleaned. They did clean upon our request. Fire pit is nice. Great location with gas station right next door, many food locations nearby within minutes drive

Front desk people were great and the bar had good drinks. The bed was fine. The room needed vacuuming and there was hair in the shower. The sink needed cleaning, too.

Second time staying here. Always clean as can be and super quiet and safe. 10/10 recommend for the price you cannot beat it!

The facility was under construction. It was still quiet after hours and our stay was short. However the bathroom was not clean and the water pressure was very low in the bathroom sink.

We stayed here for an event at the amphitheater. It was a great walking distance for the concert. The staff was fantastic, and the hotel was wonderful. Very clean and nice.

The room was not cleaned my last night there. I returned at 9:15 that evening and found the room had not been touched. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels.

When we walked in our room the housekeepers lunch n trash was still on the table. Other than that the room was very clean. When you can catch someone at the front desk they are very helpful, you just have to wait until you find one. Overall our stay was nice enough.

I stayed here for one night, and they charged me $170. However, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. This was an unusual experience for me, and I do not recommend this hotel. Please reconsider spending your money here. When I asked the reception lady about this, she was very rude. Additionally, the AC or heater in the room is old and produces significant noise.

I requested a two Queen bed room and was given a King bed with a pullout sofa bed. I was not told about the change, but we made it work. I would have liked to know that beforehand.

They need a little softer beds. If you are on the 1st floor you hear all the cars slamming doors. Other than that enjoyable stay.

The pillow were awful quality. They were like flat bricks.

I was disappointed for a Courtyard stay. The room was very small and it felt sparse over all. In the morning, there was no sign of anyone to order breakfast, the place felt dead. The front counter service was wonderful when we arrived. I will likely not stay at this Courtyard again.

I didn’t like being by the door into the lobby. It was loud hearing the door slam. I had a hard time falling asleep

The bistro needs more staff

It was clean and felt safe. The general manager went above and beyond for us.

Chase checked us in and he was friendly and polite; very professional. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.

Management was terrible

Walkable to so many great restaurants and shops, The Bowl, and the staff was excellent. They easily helped me add another night to my stay and remain in my existing room.

Tried to check in early to save hassle with late arrival. Did not work. Afternoon person swiped my card for incidentals but when i arrived later had to swipe again for incidentals and my earlier check in did not show. Front end staff let the place down.

Zain was an amazing bartender and seemed more like a friend. He made everyone feel welcome and our entire group was so impressed with him. He is an asset to your company and I look forward to seeing him again the next time I’m in town.

Not as nice as it looked online. The guy st the reception wasn't friendly. The lady who cooks breakfast was very nice but the good wasn't that good. The area is not very nice or relaxing. The place was clean. If you just want a place to sleep for one nigjt its ok.

This was amazing and everything is close to you restaurant Bars banks and the airport and also is quite and clean I didn’t have to suffer finding my bank cause is there

Great location to visit with friends and explore The Bowl for Thanksgiving! I was easily able to extend my stay one night with the help of your staff and I truly enjoyed the room and service. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Side door is not accessible b/c lock is not working. Breakfast is fair, not a reason to stay. OJ is like water, very little selection.

The pizza was terrible, i was starving so i ate most of it, lots of cheese and bread.

Great property. At least free coffee in the morning would have been nice. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get 1Cup of coffee. But overall a very nice place to stay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the food at this hotel. The chicken wings were drenched in oil, cold in the middle, and clearly just dropped into a fryer, leaving a thick layer of fat and grease that made them completely inedible. I returned them immediately, saying they were disgusting. The grilled cheese was equally bad, smothered in butter and impossible to eat. Both meals were returned, yet I was still charged at checkout.

Staff is great, food on site if you don’t want to go out. Very clean and convenient location to get around town.

The Bistro was nice. I couldn’t read the bottles in the shower to know which was shampoo & conditioner! I’m not familiar with that brand 39 North. I did like the lamps over the bed & desk. After having eye surgery, it was easy to read phone & computer without any glare of bulbs!!
