Litt hard seng. Døgnåpen servicedisk. Hadde litt problemer med kortene som åpner dører. Men fikk fiksa det greit og fort når de gikk i «lås» når vi snakka med personalet. Ingen heis i bygget. Kameraovervåkning i gangene. Ingen frokost inkludert. Gikk på en restaurant som det er mange av rundt hotellet. Anbefaler å være med på expedisjon på det Irske rocke museet som er rett i nærheten. Mye folk i gatene og mye live musikk hver dag på pubene rundt. Hørte minimalt med støy om natta. Vi var der på noen hverdager, ikke helg.

Great location, easy check in. Rooms a bit small, especially for 4 people but we managed well. Parking was a few minutes walk and a bit confusing, but we got parked and to the hotel. Also no lifts for luggage. Be prepared to walk up the stairs with all your bag!. Enjoyed the area and was easy to get around. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and offered upscale accommodations, as well as the convenience of staying right in the city of Dublin. However the convenience ends there. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful with parking guidance or offering any helpful hints for offloading of luggage. On top of that the room we stayed in required suitcases to be carried up multiple flights of steps and through a maze of corridors, with apparently no shortcut to get to the rooms.

Not clean at all, even walls were filthy , room was exceptionally small for 4 adults and unbelievably hot , requested a fan twice finally got one 2 days later , the desk said if we needed a hairdryer just ask which we did to be told they had none left . Absolute waste of money plus tv did not work never go back would not recommend to anyone

Rooms were nothing like the pictures- The rooms are old, carpet/tile dirty and bathroom had mold in the shower. No AC and very noisy at night. Also- no elevator- had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Left early even tho we had reservations for 2 nights.

The property was in an excellent location. The staff were lovely. The cleanliness of our room was terrible. Covered in dust on wall behind beds, behind beds was thick with dust, ceiling had mould and carpet was a trip hazard by bathroom door. Our friends had another room and their room was lovely. Hotel is going through a refurbishment so I think we just got unlucky. It was shame as on paper it was great and as mentions the staff were all lovely and really central for what we wanted.

Negatives: The room was very small to the point where it was very difficult to get out of the bed. Shower could have used a shelf as there was nowhere to put toiletries and toilet holder was weirdly positioned. The room was also quite dusty and the floor could have done with a better sweep. The coasters were also not in a very clean condition. Positives: Smart TV was great and in a perfect position in the room. We were impressed with how high tech the room was, we loved the electric window and blinds as well as the air con. We loved the modern styling of the room and the furniture. Complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee were a nice touch too. Vending machine facilities were great, we didn't use them but nice to have the option. The staff were very friendly, receptive to our requests and we liked the 24 hour reception. We loved the bag drop and felt our luggage was well looked after.

Our first night here, we had such a small room that one person had to crawl over the other to get out of the bed. However, we asked for a larger room the next morning and were moved to a spacious corner room! Beware that this hotel is in the Temple Bar area. Lots of noise late into the night. No elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

Great location for center of pub area. Quiet room. But very little furniture or surfaces for “stuff.” My room only had skylight windows so could not see anything but sky, but they did open and has blinds. Would recommend, but for short stays only.

Very nice hotel, rooms are VERY small, way smaller then pictures make it look but that’s all of Europe and we didn’t spend much time in it anyway but it was very clean with comfy beds. I will note it’s obvious that it will be loud, I read a lot of reviews stating you can hear some noise but I underestimated just how much. We were kept up everynight by the noise of the bars around us until about 3am so If you’re looking to sleep , not the place to be. But if you’re looking for a lot of downtown and pub , music and food and being up late it’s a perfect location. Everything is walking distance.

It was difficult to find, as we didn't realize the whole area was called Temple Bar. We went to the wrong hotel first. The room was so small that we couldn't open our suitcases together to get items out. Also, you had to leave the bathroom door open when you went because the door rests against your knees when closed, if you are a taller person. This room should be reserved for a single person only.

Absolutely love the 2 ladies at the front desk. They were professional and kind. We stayed in the back side of the hotel so we didn't have much noise. There are no elevators, so carrying large luggage is annoying. Perfect location, 2 doors away from the famous temple bar

We had a great stay! It was a great value, and our room was nice and clean. Not a lot of space, but okay considering the price. The bathroom was very spacious! I was also surprised that I slept through the night and did not hear the noise considering the busy nightlife of the area. The staff was wonderful too and did their best to get us an early check in! They also held our bags for us until we got our rooms which was super helpful. Thanks so much!

When me and my partner arrived to check in to the property, we were greeted by a very rude member of staff who pulled a face when we walked through the door, after a very quick check in (didn’t even ask for my name or details) we went up to the room, there was a broken window blind, which didn’t cover the window therefore light was coming in 24/7 and it was unsafe as there were wires hanging out. I do have pictures of this. There was mold around the windows also. When we checked out the member of staff was actually doing her makeup behind the desk and again didn’t ask how the stay was or any details ect. Very disappointing in my stay here, down to cleanliness and rude staff.

They are very accommodating, about helping with room mix up. But they do kick you out at 11:00 on the dot. It was ridiculous how they are knocking and calling for you to check out at 11:01.

BEWARE, we booked and paid in advance for this hotel through hotels.com but when we arrived we couldn't check in as my daughter didn't have any photo ID with her. It doesn't mention this anywhere on the booking website but apparently the whole party must have ID. We had to find a new hotel. No refund given, just told to contact hotels.com. I've emailed hotels.com but had no response. I will never use them again. In years of staying at different hotels I've never had an issue like this before.

I stayed here for a full week and it was great for my needs-my room was clean, the staff was friendly and always available, it was close to everything I needed. I’m very pleased with my stay. That said if you’re planning to stay here you should know, Temple Bar is a very noisy area. I was on the third floor, and this hotel has AC, which helped a lot with noise, but I still slept with ear plugs in every night. The rooms are quite small, this wasn’t an issue for me, I spent very little time in my room, but I would not recommend it to a couple, there’s no way it would have been comfortable for not me and my partner. Too cramped for two.

This hotel is connected to temple bar which was so convenient! We were able to walk here from the Dublin express drop off, and walk to the train station when we were ready to leave town. Great!

Litt hard seng. Døgnåpen servicedisk. Hadde litt problemer med kortene som åpner dører. Men fikk fiksa det greit og fort når de gikk i «lås» når vi snakka med personalet. Ingen heis i bygget. Kameraovervåkning i gangene. Ingen frokost inkludert. Gikk på en restaurant som det er mange av rundt hotellet. Anbefaler å være med på expedisjon på det Irske rocke museet som er rett i nærheten. Mye folk i gatene og mye live musikk hver dag på pubene rundt. Hørte minimalt med støy om natta. Vi var der på noen hverdager, ikke helg.

I would not stay here again. It was too much money for what I got. No elevator. No breakfast. No other amenities just a vending machine. My room was smaller half the size of a tiny dorm room. I stayed at temple bar in for less money and it was wonderful! Huge breakfast, upgraded big room, elevator, large lobby, round the clock coffee, super clean with lots of amenities and extremely helpful and friendly staff and only a few feet away across from Hard Rock Cafe.

Great location if you don’t mind the noise from Temple bar. Rooms are small and there are no elevators. We paid maximum price for an ok place.

The main pro was fantastic location in the center of Temple Lane - walkable to almost anything or to close by bus routes However: zero amenities, very small place with lots of steep stairs so not for those with heavy bags or mobility issues. Also I took single room. Was on top flor so over 4 flights of steep stairs plus no windows other then small skylight so hear pigeons for most of day plus rook was tiny barely space enough for single bed Plus not cheap Again - location is fantastic right in middle of restaurants, clubs, etc
