Absolutely Gorgeous place, Gabrielle, Shelma, and Antonio made our experience an actual vacation! There are like 5 places to eat, room service, giant pools, private pools, and all you can drink, all included!! Ask for water bottles early though!!

Stayed 5 nights

We had a great time! They had a Family pool and a Adult pool, which we spent a lot of time at the swim up bar. Pedro and Julian were amazing bartenders they took such good care of everyone. The room has turn down service, thick towels, mini fridge/drinks, comfortable beds, blackout curtains and rain shower! Having All Inclusive was really awesome and the food was good with several different dinning options, the Fish Tacos were Amazing! The staff always says hello and has a smile, they really made the trip perfect!

Our concierge Gabriel took care of our romantic dinner and it was awesome!!! a violin lady serenade us while we were eating, they played my hubby's special song, we got pictures taken, and our waitress did a wonderful job taking care of us, he even took us to view the city and the stars from the terrace of the hotel, the food was amazing, we loved this hotel service, food and everything was awesome! Words cannot express our gratitude for a nice stay, our room was cleaned every day, food at the buffet was super and can only hope to comeback with my adult kids and the rest of the family!! I really recommend this place like staying in your own comfy home!!!!

Rated a 5-star hotel. It's 3-star to me. Property is dated, which from my experience can be dated in design, etc. but if it's well maintained, it's still very acceptable. This one is dated AND poorly maintain. Checking in process takes 10 min per room, which explains the long lines, which first makes me think it’s crowded, but it was not crowded. It’s just that the same people are in the same line that’s not moving. They are checking you in based on a pre-printed document prepared for each room. It’s not the online checking process we’re accustomed to. When you approach the check in counter and hand then your ID/passport, they will look for your name from the stack of papers pre-prepared for guests checking in today. One network printer located at the end of the long counter so they have had to run back and forth to the printer. Ridiculous. I am part of a group of 5 rooms. 3 of my friend’s room report the phones as not working; they are NOT functional, they are just for show. All AC outlets in the room has USB-A ports built-in… brilliant idea, very convenient for us. None of these USB port work. They do NOT tell us this at check-in but inside the room there is a QR code directing you to a What’s app number to contact the Front Desk. So you must have Whatsapp installed first before you can have access to their front desk Whatsapp number. My friend had to change room 3 times. 1st room: shower water change from flow to drip. 2nd room: AC does not work. 3rd room: I can't keep up.
