Everything very clean. Bed comfortable. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs outside our door. Stayed 2 nights and used them both evenings. Would have liked two chairs in the room instead of just one, unfortunately that’s common. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice motel for road-tripping or visiting the distillery. Clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was a little low, but we were only there one night, so it wasn't a big deal. This is a great value for the same quality as other economy hotels/motels. Lynchburg is a quiet town, but there are a couple of restaurants for meals.

Close to the square. Room had a bit of a mildew smell and I wish the hardwoods in the room were covered by a few rugs. For the price, location, and overall stay, it was great. Really wish the washer and dryer wasn't just coin since most people don't carry cash any more.

Great parking. AC & Heat were Great. Manager was a little hard to understand but I had no problems. I went on the Jack Daniels Distillery Tour. I got back to the room and figured the room would be cleaned But I was Wrong. So I just got more towels.

Property has obviously been refurbished but it’s really lacking in a lot of areas. Staff friendly on check in and it’s mostly clean. There was an area of mold on the ceiling and the finish on the refurb isn’t great. They’ve put a queen mattress on a double base so it’s floating and isn’t stable. The wifi will only allow web page browsing, no connection to apps or email etc. The cable tv is sporadic and cut out completely in the morning.

Handy location, walking distance to the distillery; and a good opportunity to catch up on laundry. Hint- most of the local shops and food outlets are closed by 5pm but there's a Chinese restaurant and a Subway right next door and a really good Mexican restaurant in the town square that stay open later

The room was overall clean, but the desk chair was stained and needs cleaning or replacing. The toilet location in the bathroom is cramped and the toilet has a very loud and powerful flush. The mattress was a king size and comfortable. Using the tv was rather awkward as it requires 2 remotes and there were no directions in the room on how to operate the tv. Check in was a little strange, there is an alarm to let the owners know that a guest has arrived, but I waited, and no one came out from the back where I assume they live. I called out and still no one appeared. I finally opened and shut the door again and a man came out. He made a rather rude comment about my ID when I presented it to him, which was strange.

The room was ok for what I needed. Didnt care for people fixing their cars in the parking lot right outside our room or the loud music that was playing. Water pressure in room was terrible. Floors in the room were a bit dirty. Flies were also bad killed 7 in our room. Seems like everytime we opened the door the flew in. Would not stay here again.

Beds are comfortable but so high that myself at 5ft. 4inches had trouble getting in it. Provide step stool for access. Also provide tub mat to make using it possible AND bar to hold onto getting in and out.

Staff was super friendly and room was very clean. Only complaint would be the bathroom size and layout. I understand I’m tall. 6’4 but it was nearly impossible to use the toilet with the door closed. The seat was actually already broken likely because other guests had to sit “side saddle” to make it work. Again; super clean, comfortable and convenient location. Absolutely will stay there again!

Ice hotel in an area with limited options. Clean and comfortable but wish floors were carpeted. Room and bath are small. Water pressure non-existent in shower or sink. But I’ll stay there again if thrypu the area.

This was a quick overnight stay while visiting Jack Daniels. The motel is minutes from the JD distillery and the Lynchburg town square. It is actually walkable. Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The manager was very polite and friendly. We had trouble with our TV and he immediately came to our room and fixed it. This a very simple motel at an excellent price. Be aware that Lynchburg is charming but tiny and everything closes at 5 including the restaurants - at least on a Monday!! Luckily Subway is next door to the motel.

They are very conveniently located two minutes away from the Jack Daniel's Distillery. The area was quiet, clean and felt safe. The rooms were very clean. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and welcoming (desk staff and housekeeping.) We asked for a late checkout and they granted with no issue or discussion or price increase. They even called me after I had left to tell me I had left some chargers in my room and I find that honest in today's world. My only constructive criticism would be the need for a separate smaller light in the vanity area for someone to get ready without disturbing the entire room by needing to flip in the overhead large light. We will definitely return here for a repeat stay! Thank you for the hospitality.

Had to wait to check in for about 10 minutes. No one in the lobby. when he did come he was in his sock feet. Also there were hairs on the sheets. It looked like just some that were stuck from the wash but still it was a bid disturbing.

We were delighted to stay here, very close to everything in town!! Front desk was especially helpful on where to eat before sundown, and so kind. Beds were the best we stayed at on this longer TN trip. Remotes for TVs in the rooms could have been a bit more cleanly and showers more pressured, but that's if I'm nit picking. This is the best place to stay in the area, gonna definitely stay again!!

It’s not fancy but very suitable for the little town of Lynchburg. It’s less than a mile from Jack Daniels Distillery and all the shops in town. Understand there is not much in that area except the distillery etc. one of the smallest counties in the state.

people living at the hotel. had a big bunch of them that had a cookout right outside our room and then shot off fireworks! Right outside our room. Their website claims a breakfast, there is no breakfast.

The room was clean. The bed was ok. The A/C works great. The coffee pot still had the last guest's pod in it but it ended up not mattering because the coffee was terrible. Seemed like a favorite place for bikers to stay. There's not even a drug store near by so take everything you need! Hard to find a good place to eat, too.

The room was clean, and the beds comfortable, although they were a bit high so people with mobility issues may find this a problem. At check in you told of the eateries nearby, and their closing times. Most close at 6pm, but some are open until 8. I'd highly recommend both the Mexican Grill in the square and the Barrelhouse BBQ, just round the corner. The Inn is extremely pet friendly, as there is a large grassy area to take your dogs. However, the inclusion of some pet waste station would be a plus as, unfortunately, not all dog owners pick up after their pets.
