Valet parking was convenient but cost to park was very high, in addition to paying for our room plus added resort fee costs. Miami Beach is a huge tourist trap and it’s starting to become too expensive to do anything there. Watch out for service charges added to your restaurant bill.

Rented as a condo. Lots of conditions not included in listing. Obviously an old building that had a minor facelift. Only 1 of 3 elevators worked, long delays for a 16 floor building. Unresponsive property manager. Not worth the hassle compared to a hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The valet parking was so nice and we loved being able to come and go and know our vehicle was safe and sound. The service was fabulous all around and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice a spacious with an amazing view of the pool and ocean, such pretty sunrises and sunsets every day! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our meals and chill time throughout the day and have easy access to the pool and beach. The pools were all very clean and in good condition, the water was warm and perfect even on windy days. The beach area was the best on that whole stretch we felt like, very minimal wakes and such clean soft sand made for easy swimming and the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. There were quite a few really great dining options within walking distance along with shops, groceries and a Walgreens for whatever you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time here and it's perfect, walk to tons of food, daily exercise out front door on Atlantic Way, full kitchens and laundry, view from balcony, excellent pools and hot tub, and included beach service. Cannot go wrong here.

Love the area, amenities, and the corner unit! I was nervous after I booked due to some of the reviews but everything was perfect! The front staff was extremely nice and helpful on checkin. I would have rather not had the valet parking but it wasn’t an issue. Overall wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to come back!

For my work needs I have been required to come to Mid Miami several times in the last two years. After trying several hotels, I can say for sure that the Churchill Suites are the best choice (I have been to this hotel 4 times so far). First of all, the hotel rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Second, there is an excellent gym. Third, fast parking services. Fourth, 2 magnificent pools and Hot tub. Fifth, a clean and spectacular beach. Sixth, there is also a garden near the hotel where you can exercise. Seventh, near the hotel there is excellent pizza, restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and everything you need. Definitely the best value for your money!!!

This was a fantastic room and view! Situated in a great location on North Beach in Miami, close to stores, restaurants, and Publix. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, which was nice. The pool and amenities were fantastic and front desk was more than helpful when we arrived early for checkin. We were provided a key to use the amenities while we waited for our check in time. The beach was very nice, not overcrowded, and there were plenty of complimentary chairs with umbrellas set up for use. The property is well maintained, the hallways and rooms smell fantastic like a spa retreat. Overall, this was a nice, tranquil stay, thar completely met our family's needs! My only complaint is that the jacuzzi did not get very hot, just warm. But, this was jot a dealbreaker for me. We will definitely consider this property to stay in the future again.

The place was not clean, although it had an amazing view. The receptionist told me they just allowed to go in for cleaning after we leave and as long as we are there they won't come in. He told me the property has laundry and we can wash towels and sheets. I washed the sheets, but the washer was too small for blanket. I just folded it and didn't use it. The bath tub may have black mold by the fastener ( I did not tested it ). There was a towel from previous wash in the washer.>>> We got sick. and two days after our return we couldn't go to work.I won't book another trip there.

There were a few positives about our stay but unfortunately they were far outweighed by all the negatives. Positives: Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, provided snacks and toiletries. Lots of soft towels. Right on the beach with easy access and chairs & umbrellas. Communal and pool areas were nice. Negatives: Furnishings & fittings were tired and broken e.g. light switches not working, towel rail broken, dirty stained ironing board cover, broken lamps. Very noisy air conditioning that broke down once. We had cockroaches in our kitchen area and when we tried to communicate with customer services, the communication was very slow and we did not get updated for four days having to spend our holiday time chasing them up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful but could only help so much as they don’t work for Churchill Suites who were only available by phone. Overall not good value for what we paid and we would not recommend staying here.

I cannot emphasize enough how clean the room was, not a speck anywhere. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was great for an afternoon coffee. There are two pools, both heated, which was very nice considering it was the end of October. There is an easy access to the beach which was great too (not much seaweed this time of the year). We requested a late check out and had to reach out to Churchill for that which was also an easy process.

We have stayed at the Monte Carlo several times over the years. The property overall is beautiful and right on the beach with a Publix grocery store a short walk away. The units are individually owned and this is where the big difference comes in. The one we stayed at this time was owned by Miami Vacations. It was spacious and had nice partial ocean views. However, there was black mold in the shower, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a hard bar running down the middle and there were not enough supplies for our stay. For example no dish towels are provided, just one small single ply roll of paper towel for a 10 day stay. The supplies were so minimal it seemed they don’t expect you to use the kitchen or the bathroom and you are responsible for your own replenishments. The part that bothered me the most was we requested additional bedding and pillows on our first night to try and make the sofa bed more comfortable (we are a family of 4 so two people had to sleep on it). They said no, we counted the bedding in that room and you have enough. We had to go out and buy a large comforter to sleep on top of, to make that bed less terrible. The dishwasher stopped working after a few days. A little bit of effort from the owners to accommodate guests would go a long way. The rest of the property is well taken care of and beautiful with two pools and a nice gym. The beach comes with chairs and umbrellas for guests. We might stay here again but not in units owned by Miami vacations.

The toilet did not work and when we called they told us to not flush toilet paper. Ummm. The tv didn't get any channels except one. It was moldy, dirty and old. Front desk was rude. Do not stay here!

Safe did not work, balcony sliding doors did not lock, we had to carry all valuables with us all the time, communication was hard, no one answers phones, we had to send emails and wait for them to respond. In the building there was no cell reception, plus wifi password that was provided did not work. Beach was nice. There were restaurants and stores near by which was convenient.

Everything was excellent about the hotel, but the accommodations weren't very good. I rented a king bed and a sofa bed for three people, but the sofa bed was in terrible condition, very deformed and quite uncomfortable. It needs replacing.

Property was nice and clean. The pools were warm and nice with a nice view of beach from the one in fifth floor. They’re were a few things I didn’t like. There were minimum cooking material and condiment in the room or available at reception even salt and pepper! Cookware were basic. Worst part was the sofa bed mattress which had no cushion and you’d pretty much feel the frame.

Even though it was mentioned the free parking .. they made us pay 20$ per day for parking. Also, we were three, they asked us to pay extra 80$ to open the sofa bed as well as it was included.. they also refused to take cash deposit and asked for an open visa deposit.. worst experience ever!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The valet parking was so nice and we loved being able to come and go and know our vehicle was safe and sound. The service was fabulous all around and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was nice a spacious with an amazing view of the pool and ocean, such pretty sunrises and sunsets every day! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our meals and chill time throughout the day and have easy access to the pool and beach. The pools were all very clean and in good condition, the water was warm and perfect even on windy days. The beach area was the best on that whole stretch we felt like, very minimal wakes and such clean soft sand made for easy swimming and the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. There were quite a few really great dining options within walking distance along with shops, groceries and a Walgreens for whatever you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

Receptionist was busy eating when I greeted her in the morning and was told by her that she didn’t bother greeting since she had a mouth full. Ma’am aren’t you suppose to be working? Communication with monte Carlo was awful . I called the property and emailed 7 times about early check in and was told yes then room was not ready at 2 like I was told.- I was also supposed to have a room upgrade and late check out and was not given those. I would not stay here again- everything was tough and poor communication and the elevator was awful and slow.

Love the area, amenities, and the corner unit! I was nervous after I booked due to some of the reviews but everything was perfect! The front staff was extremely nice and helpful on checkin. I would have rather not had the valet parking but it wasn’t an issue. Overall wonderful stay, and I can’t wait to come back!

For my work needs I have been required to come to Mid Miami several times in the last two years. After trying several hotels, I can say for sure that the Churchill Suites are the best choice (I have been to this hotel 4 times so far). First of all, the hotel rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Second, there is an excellent gym. Third, fast parking services. Fourth, 2 magnificent pools and Hot tub. Fifth, a clean and spectacular beach. Sixth, there is also a garden near the hotel where you can exercise. Seventh, near the hotel there is excellent pizza, restaurants, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and everything you need. Definitely the best value for your money!!!

This is one of the old original hotels built in North Miami Beach during the late 1940s. It has been updated nicely and was pleasant to stay in. There are restaurants and a grocery store close by and it sits on the pedestrian walk along the beach. The location utilized modern security measures for entry and elevator access to the residential floors. I would stay here again.

This is our second time here and it's perfect, walk to tons of food, daily exercise out front door on Atlantic Way, full kitchens and laundry, view from balcony, excellent pools and hot tub, and included beach service. Cannot go wrong here.

I rented 2 units. The ocean view unit with balcony is fantastic! The city view, no balcony unit, has a futon bed in living room which is not as comfortable as a pull out sofa bed. Everything is as described. Decor and kitchen items are tasteful and new. Wish they would provide more than 2 keys per unit; it is a hassle with 4 people. We booked 4 nights at this property for our Miami vacation. Everything about this stay was fantastic. We arrived super early in the morning and the property manager let us early checkin at 8 am without addition cost, this was such a great relief as we were able to sleep a bit before getting started with our vacation. We had a city view apartment with a small balcony with peek a boo ocean views, it was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer n dryer, bath n beach towels, you name it and we had it. We were gifted with a nice bottle of Pinot with 2 water bottles and bag of Milano cookies, it was such a nice gesture. We were at 5th floor right, which is super convenient location to access game room, gym and 5th level pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and amazing ocean views from the jacuzzi. Hotel provides free of charge beach chairs and umbrella which was an added perk for comfortable stay. Overall we were super happy and highly satisfied with our stay and any help needed during our stay. The only issue I would say is the heater didn’t work which made the unit super cold, it just happened to be the coldest day cause of bomb cyclone, but we were given extra blankets right away, that helped a lot. I would highly recommend this property for family vacation!

The experience was very negative and directly affected our vacation, not because of the hotel itself —which is actually very nice— but due to the operator Churchill, who handled the reservation and the issue. During the booking process, I paid the price corresponding to a higher room category. Although Expedia later showed it as if a lower category had been selected, the amount paid clearly matched the price of the higher category. Upon arrival, we were assigned a lower-category room. They may respond by saying that “I received what I selected,” but this is false. When requesting the upgrade to the correct category, the price of the higher category was exactly the amount I had already paid. However, the operator calculated an additional charge by comparing the original price of the lower category to the higher one, instead of taking into account the amount already paid, as if that payment did not exist. This shows a complete lack of commercial logic, transparency, and customer-oriented service. Additionally, Churchill was extremely difficult to contact. It took over a day to get a response, communication is only via email, and there is no fluid or real-time support. This caused stress and negatively impacted our stay. I recommend that Expedia carefully review its relationship with this operator. The hotel itself is very good, and other operators provide a far better and more professional service.
