Nicely decorated rooms. Simple but expedient furnished. Nice roof terrace with amazing view. When the chairs on the roof terrace are moved, it is very noisy in the rooms under the terrace. Hot water in our room didn’t work, so we used the common bathrooms.

I had a single room and it was a basic accommodation but served my purpose. Convenient to everything and considering this was very quiet. Loved the rooftop. You were unable to have the window open and close the blind which was not an issue because it was cool. If it were warmer I think it would be a problem so a fan might be helpful.

Great little hotel/hostel right in the heart of Antigua. I stayed in a small single room with private bathroom. It was simple and cheap but that’s all I was looking for. Great rooftop terrace with amazing views of the volcanos and city. Front desk is staffed 24/7. This is for someone simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep in a prime location walking distance to pretty much everything in the city center.

The property is fairly nice, I personally loved the rooftop. It was quiet. Staff is very nice. My only complaint was the shower. It needs a little deep cleaning and in need of a being repair/replaced; the water never runs consistently cold or hot. I had a solo room and it really was just the dresser, hangar, and a fan which was perfectly fine with me since I was out all day. I would most definitely stay again here in the future.

I booked my hotel stay last minute and I wasn’t expecting the best however it was amazing just for one night. Everything is near by and I was able to grab a bite to eat without worrying of venturing to far. There is no running AC but the humidifier and fan in the room was good and I slept well. I love the rooftop area as well It’s my first solo trip and starting my trip at the why not hotel was a good option for me I highly recommend to book with them

Amazing staff, super kind and sweet. Very accommodating and always have a smile on their faces. Most do not speak English but will happily accommodate you if you don’t speak Spanish. They are constantly cleaning and are just overall amazing! Also the hostal is beautiful and has an amazing rooftop that gives a great view of all three volcanoes and the city, when the weather allows it.

Hay muchas mejoras que realizar a los cuartos. El olor a humedad era muy intenso y se podía observar en varias zonas del cuarto hongo como si no hubiera tratamiento o limpieza en mucho tiempo. De la misma forma, nos entregan la habitación sin cortinas en el baño y sin toallas y tuvimos que esperar hasta la noche para que lo realizara el personal de ese turno; un chico muy amable. En adición, el wifi no llega a las habitaciones de arriba por lo que si no tienes date, tendrías que estar en la recepción. Quienes hacen de la estadía una mejor, son el personal de recpeción el chico que no recuerdo su nombre y estaba en las noches y Leslie que fue muy servicial y dispuesta.

The place is fine I guess. But I came in and the floor looks/feels dirty, the bed cover has an obvious stain on it, and the window into my room leads right to the hallway where there are tons of lights. There is no way to block the lights- it’s frosted glass but no curtains or anything. So the room is bright - good luck falling asleep.

There was mold in my room and it had a pungent smell moist smell. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything. The staff seemed distant and standoffish. I stayed in multiple hotels in Antigua and Guatemala and they were all great except this one. The location is perfect but there are plenty of other hotels that are nearby around the same price.

The location and staff are absolutely amazing. So nice. The accomodations are basic but everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The place has cool character and is surrounded by an endless amount of super cool restaurants, bars, and shopping. Directly in the center of the town.

Till you understand how to use it to get hot water or else you get a at best luke warm to cold shower. Have to keep window close in room if you want privacy. So it can get stuffy Poor lighting. Very dark Wifi password in rooms not clearly marked or updated correctly in the rooms. Tried 3 different rooms. Same issue. Till i went to front desk. “ year was missing” Shower drain blocked. 2 inch water accumulation when showering. Moldy grouts. Mildew on shower curtains base

Avoir du courant de chaque côté du lit pour les branchements . Et faire respecter les heures où ça devrait être silence. Très bruyant après 22:00, dès clients ou employés discutent sans se soucier des autres qui sont couchés.

Petit hôtel mignon avec du personnel très sympathique, bien situé dans Antigua. La chambre était toutefois petite et étouffante pour deux personnes et aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie. Il y a un petit café pour le déjeuner en entrant dans l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique et le café est très bon.

Quick stay and acceptable hotel for the price we paid. Our toilet was missing the seat (weird) but we just chose to deal with it as we were leaving early next day anyway and did not stay much at the hotel. Bed slept good enough. Shower had an attached heater to the shower head which I had never seen. It warmed the water enough so it did not feel cold. Location was also very convenient which is the main reason we chose this location. Staff was friendly.

Staff was rude. Seems like they didn’t give a man that you were checking in. We were in a double room and it was located pretty much in the reception. The “window” In the room opened out to the hallway, not to the outdoors. Walls were paper thin so hearing the receptionist giggling at TikTok’s all night adds onto the inconsiderate attitude of the staff. We had an additional booking with this hotel for returning to Antigua, which we have now canceled. It is really cheap, but you get less than what you pay for.

I like that it was in a convenient location close to every major landmark and for the price it was worth it. Staff very friendly and efficient. Overall I would definitely stay here next time I visit Antigua.

Great little hotel/hostel right in the heart of Antigua. I stayed in a small single room with private bathroom. It was simple and cheap but that’s all I was looking for. Great rooftop terrace with amazing views of the volcanos and city. Front desk is staffed 24/7. This is for someone simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep in a prime location walking distance to pretty much everything in the city center.

Really loved the price and location . There’s a bar in front of stay along with a gelato spot . Everything is walkable distance , front desk staff super friendly . Clean room with a free water . Had a fan on the wall , extension cord to charge phone close to bed . Can’t beat the price ! Super cute entrance and seating area.

Petit hôtel mignon avec du personnel très sympathique, bien situé dans Antigua. La chambre était toutefois petite et étouffante pour deux personnes et aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie. Il y a un petit café pour le déjeuner en entrant dans l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique et le café est très bon.

Rooms can definitely use improvement. Update/remodel furniture (we had a cable for outlet). Nightstand tiny and nowhere to place clothes. Bathrooms and floors could be better and much more cleaner. Wall paint chipped. Fan didn to work too well so our room was always muggy /stuffy which made us sick. terrace was nice but nothing to eat or order from there. You can just go next door for food. DO NOT get shuttle service there (we needed one for the airport) there were overcharging. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 go two doors down and talk to Fernando. Fair pricing. Punctual drivers and friendly staff.

The location and staff are absolutely amazing. So nice. The accomodations are basic but everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The place has cool character and is surrounded by an endless amount of super cool restaurants, bars, and shopping. Directly in the center of the town.

We booked a private room. The room smelled strongly of mold, there was no hot water in the shower, and the cleaning wasn't very good. It is a hostel, not a hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
