Staff were very friendly and helpful. 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel but seems to be new staff working than last time. Breakfast is basic and could do with longer serving times for people that want to get up after 10am. Hotel is ideal location for Sultanahmet and surrounding areas, can be difficult to get a taxi right outside hotel, I found I had to walk to the next street to get one. Only water provided was on the day of arrival should be able to have water more than once for tea/coffee. Tea and coffee was also replaced every other day On occasions the towels were not changed and some had stains on when left in room.

I stay for 2 days and everything was perfect. The personal is really attentive and welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It’s just 3 blocks from the Metro and the neighborhood is really beatiful and safe. I definitely recommend this hotel!
