New Hotel with decent room, nice shower and very good public bath. The downside is that it's inside the shopping street where cars and taxi cannot stop at the front. And only one public microwave, sometimes you need to wait in queue for a long time to use it.

駅からは少し歩きますが、周辺は飲食店も多く、観光や出張後に食事や買い物を楽しむには便利な立地です。歓楽街にあるので夜は少し賑やかですが、ホテル内はとても静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。館内は新しく、とにかく清潔感が素晴らしいです。廊下も広々として明るく、安心して快適に滞在できます。お部屋もゆったりしていて、スーツケースを広げても余裕がありました。特におすすめしたいのはスパ。大浴場は広くてきれいで、旅の疲れをしっかり癒やせます。女性にも嬉しい設備が整っており、観光や仕事で動き回った後にリラックスするには最高の環境です。サウナは有料ですが、その分質の高いサービスを受けられます。エレベーターが2基しかないので混雑時は少し待つこともありますが、それを差し引いても快適性は抜群。大阪梅田エリアで「きれいなホテルでリフレッシュしたい」「観光も仕事も便利に楽しみたい」という方にとてもおすすめです。

We had an exceptional time in this hotel. They had an anniversary card for us on the bed which was so thoughtful. My husband and I loved the onsen in the hotel. It was open 24 hours which was incredible. If I’m ever in Osaka again I will book this hotel. It’s also so close to many different food options

立地は最高です。ただ部屋の清掃が行き届いていませんでした。机の上が明らかに一度も拭いていない様子で、何かしらの食べ物か飲み物の付着物が全体的にあり、かなり気持ち悪かったです。流石にフロントに連絡したのですが、夜遅かったにもかかわらずすぐ清掃に来ていただき、ありがたかったです。シンク前の木製の格子状の飾りも埃が溜まっており、リモコンもベタついていましたし、ポットも水が溜まっていて使う気になれませんでした。机と同様、どれも少なくとも前回から一度も掃除をした痕跡がないと言って良い状態だったと思います。全体的に新しいホテルにしては清潔感に欠けていると感じました。交通の便もスタッフの方の対応も良かったので、とても残念です。

Perfekte Lage und trotzdem war überhaupt kein Lärm wahrnehmbar. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her top super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ich hatte mir von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel deutlich mehr erwartet und war insgesamt sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht sauber – im Teppich befanden sich mehrere Fußnägel, was völlig inakzeptabel ist. Zusätzliche Kissen wurden nicht angeboten, und das einzige vorhandene Kissen war sehr hart, wodurch der Schlafkomfort stark eingeschränkt war. Die Fenster sind extrem schlecht isoliert, sodass der Straßenlärm jederzeit deutlich zu hören war. Zudem tropfte aus der Belüftung eine Art Öl, was nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern auch störend war. Das Wasser im Zimmer war nicht permanent verfügbar, sondern erst nach dem Zimmerservice – ein unverständlicher Mangel für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Der Duschkopf war von äußerst minderwertiger Qualität und hat den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechtert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich der Wellnessbereich mit Onsen und heißen Steinen, der tatsächlich angenehm war. Dennoch überwiegen die negativen Aspekte bei weitem. Insgesamt vermittelt das Hotel nicht den Standard, den man von einem Vier-Sterne-Haus erwarten darf. Für mich war es eine große Enttäuschung und keine Empfehlung.

뷰가 완전 막힌 건물 뷰라 아위웠습니다. 한층에 룸이 많은 구조라 엘버까지 이동거리가 멀어요. 청소 안할시 룸 앞에 물과 수건을 안주시는거 아쉽네요. 조명도 좀 어둡습니다. 그러나 신축이라 깨끗하고 호텔 위치는 맛집과 교통상 아주 좋습니다

The door opens toward the shower and the bed, and I notice it every time I walk out after a shower. It would be pretty embarrassing if someone walked in at that moment. And the little landing area between the TV and the rest of the room feels like a bunker—sleepy, cramped, and not convenient at all.

A lovely hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful organising luggage transfer and with general requests. Laundry facilities were good but only two machines on two floors, would be great to have on every floor. Good location really easy to travel to many places, and lots of shops around the hotel. Only downside was noise from outside roads is quite loud at night, but this seems to be an issue in many Japanese hotels due to lack of double glazed windows.

This was a very nice place to stay for a couple days in Osaka. The hotel was clean and in a good location. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel management is to try to add some shelves or hooks or luggage racks to the rooms. There really is nowhere to put your luggage aside from the floor or on the couch.

Stayed 6 nights and never had a good night’s sleep! It was so noisy from street noise…almost as if the window was open. I’m not sure if being on the 5th floor was the reason but EVERY NIGHT, around 12a-2a, loud motorcycles would blast through on the nearby street. Other than that, the hotel was decent: from the buffet breakfast, the onsen, and the staff were all so nice.

第一次入住此酒店未知位置、比較難搵、知道方向後交通也十分方便、近地鐵及JR站、乘機場巴士（新阪急酒店樓下）也十分方便。酒店各方面不錯、更包日式自助早餐、酒店樓下很多食店、Lawson亦在對面。

Breakfast is only Japanese Breakfast and it never said so when I bought it thru Expedia. Staff was not able to help with calling a taxi even though we had 4 luggage’s. I am a Plaginum member and they could not even provide an extra hour for late checkout. Water. In Spa stinks

The hotel was very nice. Brand new and amenities were very good. We were very un-happy about services that the hotel staff did not provide. My husband asked for assistance in mailing an envelope. It was a pre-paid envelope to mail a wifi router that he had rented. The clerk at the front desk refused to mail it for him. When my husband asked for assistance in how to mail it he was not given very clear directions where to find a mail box. He had to walk a few blocks and got lost trying to find his way. And on the day that we checked out we asked the front desk to call taxis to take us to the train station. The clerk working that morning refused and pointed to were the taxi stand was. We were very surprised that this service could not be provided since at the previous 3 hotels they were very happy to assist us. Up to that moment we were very satisfied with the cleanliness and location of the hotel. Check in and courtesy of staff at that time was excellent. Unfortunately we were not too happy with these 2 incidences of lack of service.

The walking distance from subway station to the hotel could be a challenge, especially if you are lost in the Japanese tunnel...

Good location, walkable distance for bus to KIX airport, close to railway station, shopping, restaurants . Nice, efficient staff, free apps and hot stone available, so relaxing and comfy after a long day fun. Japanese breakfast, delicious. Modern renovation, overall very good experience

整體來說是很好唯獨是每天的早餐是以和式為主，選擇非常少，早餐時間是7:00至10:00，最後入場時間是9:30，有一天我是9:30入場但是80%的食物都是空的，我問服務員他說不會再加的，但當時還有45分鐘才完結，當時還不斷有房客進來，我去問餐廳內其他服務員都說不會再添加，其他客人也有同感，實在太過分了，付了早餐費但沒食物可取，希望管理層要馬上改善及多巡查留意，不要祗坐在辦公室工作，關注細節才是成功之道。其他大致上都滿意，特別是大浴場。酒店地點有點難找，最近的地鐵站是東梅田2號出口，上樓梯後向右轉至看到對面有一個小路口直入才看到。

The hotel is relatively new and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Access to the public bath and sauna is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Schönes gehobenes Hotel, nur sehr laute Umgebung und problematisch mit Google Maps oder ähnlichem zu finden. Frühstück nur japanisch und sehr fischlastig, kein Chicken oder Beef. Schöner Onsen und Spa-Bereich.
