Room was great-/really big and spacious But whole hotel was under construction and very awkward. The breakfast was fantastic//heaps of wonderful bacon plus sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, juices Etc. All in all it was a great stay even though there is an extra charge for parking!!!

Thankfully we were only staying for one night before flying home to the UK. When we arrived at the airport we contacted the hotel to order the shuttle. It would be 10 minutes we were told. 40 minutes later, a neighbouring shuttle took pity on us and delivered us to the hotel which is a building site! The entire atrium is being refurbished. There was dust everywhere, the jack hammers started at 8.40am and continued through the day. When we got to our room. There were workman working at the next window and another on a pole at window height just a few feet away. The lady at reception made no apologies but had to shout to be heard. At no point during booking were we warned about the works. To be honest, I am surprised the hotel could remain open or at the very least offer a discount. The gym and pool were not available and if you wanted to eat in the noise and dust (we didn't) it was in a grubby back room. The atrium is the hotel's USP so we were incredibly disappointed. The only positive point was the comfy bed!

This location is under renovation. Amenities are affected. Construction noise during daytime hours. No warning on Hotels.com about renovations in progress. Room is dated, finishes worn, linens especially pillow's smell old and used. As a business traveler, I would not consider for future stays until renovations are completed.
