The location was great. Access to the patio and beach were excellent. The room we had, had a dirty floor that trashed my new white socks when walking across it. The parking is very tight and when someone swept the deck on the second level they pushed all the debris on top of the hood of my SUV. Breakfast was good but it did not open until 8:00 AM. Would prefer 6:00AM like most hotels. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. We really wish there was an elevator to get to the upper floors dragging luggage and a cooler up and down the steps was a challenge.

Very peaceful and well maintained. Loved the pool, patio and access to the beach! Very clean! The only detractor would be that they didn't have an elevator. If you have an issue with steps you will need to request a first floor, but the property is beautiful!!

Dining options within walking distance were expensive but we found Ninos near the beach that had great food and reasonable prices. As well as outdoor dining. The property itself was clean with a continental breakfast. Groundskeepers were friendly, helpful and very respectful. Very comfortable for a nine day stay. Rooms have full kitchens. Huge sun deck off pool and huge beach in front of the hotel for swimming in the Atlantic or hunting seashells. Definately going back next year

We enjoyed our ocean front room! The beach chairs and umbrellas were free of charge and set up each morning right on the ocean sand. The free breakfast was great! The pool was clean. The rooms were clean and had a kitchenette so we could cook meals. We used the grill on the patio to cook burgers and utensils were supplied at the front desk. We had a great stay! The beds were doable. They could be replaced to make this a 6/5 star hotel. I give it 5 stars!

Overall, 3 1/2. The outdoor area is beautiful! Looks like the picture. Lots of chairs, tables, lounge chairs. Great to have an outdoor shower to rinse sand from the beach. Friendly staff. Free guest laundry from 4pm-9pm! The room was clean, basic, but honestly, I'm not there to spend a lot of time in my room. The AC was effective, but super loud. Mattress was foam and not comfortable. Frame creaked on the left side when you sit or roll over. The biggest pain was that my key card stopped working both days I was there. Had to go to the office and get it reactivated. I was always coming in with an armful of stuff, so that was not good.

Nice quiet location. Great area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was perfect size, very clean. Pool nice and kept clean. Beach was beautiful and they put out loungers everyday and umbrellas if wind permitted. Pool and beach towels provided really great place at a reasonableprice. Our2nd time here, a full week this time. We will absolutely return.

The hotel is great but the parking not in this hotel only but all over Vero Beach is a problem. It’s hard to come as a group that need multiple parking spots. The hotels really need to lobby to solve this issue with the city.

Prestige Hotel is a small, almost private like place, nestled between many elaborate condos and villas. The private beach area, umbrellas and chairs, veranda, and pool were perfect for our family. The endless result of towels is a plus. The only drawback concerned the bathroom. The door handle was on backwards, and the walk-in shower allows a lot of excess water onto the floor, so we had to throw towels down to soak up the water. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay again!

The hotel was filthy, the manager was rude, the ac did not work, we did not get the room we booked and the manager did not care. Although we put out our sign for maid service the room was not cleaned at all the 3 days we were there. Manager just kept saying someone will come. The pool was dirty, the water was green.

The only thing good and as advertised about this hotel is the beach access. The front desk staff isn't very friendly, the pool is pretty sad, didn't see anybody using it all week. The rooms are a bit old and dingy, in particular the draers had a horrible smell, the bathroom was in very poor condition and not cleaned properly, found some hair clumps on the wall even. Also, if you want to leave a day early, even with more than 24 hours notice, that isn't going to work here. I believe their policy was a 7-day notice for any change. So if you get there and you don't like it, you're stuck paying. The view from the ocean-side rooms is very nice, I can say that at least, and the access to the beach is very convenient. But for my money, I would stay somewhere else and simply visit the open beach access park which is just about a block down the road. The price is tempting for the area, but I still think it's far too much for the quality of the rooms and overall hospitality.

Really nice area and staff. There were some maintenance issues that did not adversely effect our stay includung missing and not working light bulbs. There were a pair of dirty socks on the floor and a dirty paper plate in the microwave when we arrived. This is a lovely location with a wonderful atmosphere.

This is a wonderful hotel! My wife and I loved our week here. We had an ocean view room and it was very comfortable. We loved the small kitchenette with a full sized fridge! The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were incredible. The turndown service was exceptional! It was like a new room every day when we got home. The buildings may be a bit dated based on more contemporary styling expectations, but you will be VERY happy here!

We checked in at 8 pm to find different types of hairs in the bed… tried to call room service…no phones in the rooms…reached the manager Who said no one could change the sheets…checked out 15 minutes later…. For 500 plus a night… I would have expected cleanliness. Obviously…they are selling the location on the ocean.

We stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in a very safe and quiet area of town, yet close to everything in Vero Beach. It's just a few steps from a beautiful, serene beach with a very nice terrace. Beach chairs and towels are provided. They also have a nice, heated pool on the property. Parking is a bit snug but very convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious and are throughly cleaned every day. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have the best coffee and the most amazing coffee machine I have ever seen, providing different types of delicious coffee with either real coffee or decaf options. Continental breakfast was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

- The first impression just after I received my confirmation wasn’t the best, honestly. Telling the guest that the room is super small and can be noisy, even though we all appreciate honesty, it’s not something a guest would like to read, especially if there’s no way to cancel and get reimbursed. I guess that was the only thing that wasn’t amazing to go through during my stay. - The room I was in is very small indeed, but enough, since I was only there for the beach. I had a microwave and a small fridge available. Bathroom / shower was decent. The bed was too soft for me and it was hard to go through the first night… but that’s something each person has a different preference. It was really quiet at night… only around 7am you would be able to hear some people talking, but that’s it. - The parking space is small, but since it wasn’t a holiday, wasn’t that busy and I could find a spot easily. - IT IS SUPER WELL LOCATED! - The best part for sure is the beautiful beach you have access to! It’s a paradise, indeed! A must go, even if it’s just for a night. - Staff is SUPER friendly. Shout out to Leticia and Maria (cleaning ladies ❤️) both very kind to guests. - Breakfast is available but it’s a *grab and go” type. Nothing hot will be served (eggs, sausages, etc) or juices. Coffee is really good and tea is available as well. - Beach service (chairs) is wonderful!!! You can enjoy it for free until 4pm. Would definitely go back. :)

The room was nice, the people were nice and welcoming and the lounge chairs and umbrella that were set out on the beach were comfortable. Beach access was great. The machine noise next to us was sounding like a garage door opening and closing and was louder than expected and kept waking us up. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. The shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, and I could have used some counter space, a small cabinet next to the sink would be nice. The breakfast offerings were average. The parking spaces were for compact cars, and the lot was tight and hard to manage when full. The room was clean and spacious and overall; we did enjoy our stay.

It was okay. I think their hotel is overpriced for its condition; it is small, but I guess it's because of the location. My room smelled moldy and bed was more of a pullout couch, not comfy. The pool closed to early, and the breakfast is nothing but a snack and coffee.

Overall, this is a decent property. However, it was not up to the 178.00 a night price that was charged esp since i have stayed in other motels in vero beach that were much nicer at this price point. The pros were that the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good access to the beach as well. The cons: The room was very small. No view at all and zero vetilation in the bathroom which in the summer heat was excruciatingly hot when the door was closed. When getting a shower, we were literally dripping with sweat by the time we dried off which very much defeats the purpose. Room servicing is only every 3 days and only if requested. Towels ect are in a self serve rack in the hallway. Furnishing consist of a bed and one wooden chair. In my opinion, it's not a bad place to stay .. at half the charged rate. Esp considering that my usual lodging in vero consist of a studio with sitting area, kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, dining table and full closet with both a view and balcony space. To be fair, this hotel disclosed all of the above, but with a cancellation time of one week. We booked close to our arrival date, so cancellation was not an option. Had the price been in line with the room, i would not complain, however... For the money and for better lodging at the charged rate that is tpically available in vero, this room was subpar. Had the rate been better in line (ie: less) i would have been satisfied, unfortunately, i was underwhelmed.

Shower in 208 is stupid. You cant turn it on without getting wet or scalded. The TVs are different from room to room and difficult tp figure out how to use. Parking...well..... But rooms are clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here 9 times before. The property is OK (other than the parking) but the beach is incredible. On my trip last week (stay 10) I arrived early and was told I could use the beach, and so I parked across the street until my room was ready. As I walked toward the beach, I was stopped by a male maintenance staff member. I tried to show him the Travelocity booking on my phone and also offered we call the front desk. He refused to do either, really loudly shouted at me, calling me a liar and a trespasser repeatedly. I insisted he go to the front desk, but he drove off. I emailed the general manager, indicating I was a 10x repeat guest, that I do understand they want to prevent trespassers, but I offered to show him proof of stay and was instead treated disrespectfully. I asked that the gentleman be counseled to ask for proof of stay if he is stopping someone. The reply was apologetic, but justified his behavior, that they have a lot of trespassers, etc.--but nothing about how I offered proof of stay which was refused and how I was mistreated as a repeat guest. So I emailed back asking the GM to address those issues, and to confirm a discussion with staff about properly asking for proof of stay when stopping someone. I never received a reply back. As I was checking out, I saw and stopped the maintenance gentleman, showed my key and requested an apology. He did apologize.

Shortly after I booked this room I received a message from the hotel telling me that the room that I had booked is noisy, small and poorly located and that I should pay for an upgrade. This our second time staying here (first time was March 2023). Location is ideal - beautiful beach, access to restaurants and shops, comfy beds. Room was ready early which was a plus. However, the room was disappointing. The toilet did not work well. It did not flush easily and the tank did not refill. We told the front desk immediately, but it was not repaired during our two night stay. There was no housekeeping service provided to our room during our stay. And there was no hot water. We reported it immediately. The front desk told us that the water would only be warm until the boiler could be repaired. It was not repaired during our stay and the water was not warm! No refund or accommodation was offered.

Upon arriving about 8:15 pm we checked into our room and were immediately overwhelmed by bleach fumes. My eyes started watering and I could feel the chemicals in my throat and chest. I am also extremely allergic to mold. I went down to the front desk to ask for another room. I had to pay an additional155.40 for a new room for two nights. That's over 250 per night AND it wasn't our fault we had to change rooms. We were there for a funeral service and I wasn't about to add stress to the already stressful time. I have tried three times to contact management about this and only got one response when they had no idea why I was contacting them. I KNOW they got three messages and they decided to ignore them. Bleach fumes are toxic. Mold is toxic. That room should not be rented. Someone is going to get very sick. That being said, it appears that the staff tries really hard to accommodate guests in a hotel that needs so much. It is nowhere near boutique level, and is not worth the money. There are nicer hotels in the area with hopefully better management.

Prestige exceeded our expectations from the minute we checked in. Front office staff were cheerful and efficient. The back patio is adorable with a great view of the ocean. Beach area was very clean and not too crowded. Loved walking the neighborhood, with Public beach and restaurants close by.

This is a nice motel on the beach. It's right next to the sand and a 3-minute walk to the ocean. Check-in was easy. The hotel staff were courteous although I didn't feel as welcomed as I have in other hotels. This is a motel more than a hotel. It was quiet and 2 miles from the beach downtown. Everything was clean, which is very nice. It has a full-sized kitchen. I wish the bed was softer. I didn't sleep as well. Overall a good experience for a cute motel by the ocean

We stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in a very safe and quiet area of town, yet close to everything in Vero Beach. It's just a few steps from a beautiful, serene beach with a very nice terrace. Beach chairs and towels are provided. They also have a nice, heated pool on the property. Parking is a bit snug but very convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious and are throughly cleaned every day. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have the best coffee and the most amazing coffee machine I have ever seen, providing different types of delicious coffee with either real coffee or decaf options. Continental breakfast was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay! The breakfast is grab and go, but it had great options and the coffee machine is awesome! You are just a short walk to the beach and you basically have the whole area to yourself. Highly recommend getting a room with a balcony - ocean view (picture taken from our 3rd floor balcony). Building itself needs some TLC but our room was clean and everyone was super friendly and the pool was great and always clean. Parking could be an issue but wasnt for us..its tight but our Durango did fine.

The location was great. Access to the patio and beach were excellent. The room we had, had a dirty floor that trashed my new white socks when walking across it. The parking is very tight and when someone swept the deck on the second level they pushed all the debris on top of the hood of my SUV. Breakfast was good but it did not open until 8:00 AM. Would prefer 6:00AM like most hotels. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. We really wish there was an elevator to get to the upper floors dragging luggage and a cooler up and down the steps was a challenge.

This property is right on the beach with a very short walk to the ocean. While located near only a few restaurants, getting around Vero Beach by car is relatively easy. The daily breakfast was convenient but not very interesting and never really changed throughout the week.

Dining options within walking distance were expensive but we found Ninos near the beach that had great food and reasonable prices. As well as outdoor dining. The property itself was clean with a continental breakfast. Groundskeepers were friendly, helpful and very respectful. Very comfortable for a nine day stay. Rooms have full kitchens. Huge sun deck off pool and huge beach in front of the hotel for swimming in the Atlantic or hunting seashells. Definately going back next year

Grab and go breakfast was great. Access to beach was easy and a lovely garden with lots seating and loungers. Unfortunately, when we filled the sink with water it had a green tinge to it! Air-conditioning very noisy and so was fridge, hardly managed any sleep. Staff totally disregared our concerns.
Grab and go breakfast was great. Access to beach was easy and a lovely garden with lots seating and loungers. Unfortunately, when we filled the sink with water it had a green tinge to it! Air-conditioning very noisy and so was fridge, hardly managed any sleep. Staff totally disregared our concerns.
