Todo estaba de acuerdo hasta la ultima noche, cuando alquilaron el ultimo piso para una fiesta que terminó 23:30. El ruído era alto, imposible dormir en mi habitación. Llamé a la recepción y me dejaron saber que el hotel estaba full y que no había cómo cambiar de habitación. Cómo yo estaba en viajen de negocios, necesitaba dormir ya que tenía una reunión temprano el día seguinte. Sin embargo, así que se terminó la fiesta, empezaron con la limpeza, arrastrando muebles hasta casi que 1:00 de la mañana. Desafortunadamente, no me gustaría nunca más alojarme en ese hotel. El staff de la recepción no hizo nada para ablandar el problema, tampoco la gerencia.

Un Hotel ubicado en excelente lugar a 1 calle del Centro Comercial mas grande de Santiago de Chile. Tiene 2 restaurantes en la misma propiedad y en los alrededores a pasos de distancia lo hay todo. Lo malo: Las habitaciones necesitan actualización, lucen un poco viejas y para el nivel de Hotel el agua no era caliente constante, iba de fria a caliente y con poca presion. La pantalla no es Smart y en esta epoca es una desventaja. Fuera de ello, es muy buen Hotel

The hotel was in an excellent position, very close to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants close by. The bus stop for the hop on hop off bus was just 50 m away which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The only drawbacks were not having a comfortable lounge for two people to sit on and the shower took a long time for the hot water to come through (and sometimes it didn’t come through). Would stay here again.

The room was very large and everything was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. Was nice to receive a complimentary drink at the bar, with a pleasant setting for a drink and spot to relax. This hotel is very close to a big shopping mall which we visited just for the food hall. Also nearby was a lovely cafe. Very central.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de varios puntos de interés. El personal del lobby es muy amable y diligente. Sin embargo, todo lo bueno que este hotel tiene se ve opacado en las noches. El restaurante/bar pone música con alto volumen y es perfectamente audible desde las habitaciones. Yo me hospedé 7 noches y en todas hubo música pasada la media noche. No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel por esa situación.

Me hospedei por 5 dias e tive uma ótima experiência. O quarto era bastante grande, com bom aquecimento, garantindo muito conforto durante a estadia. A localização é excelente, meu quarto tinha vista ao Costanera Center, próximo a diversos comércios, restaurantes e também ao metrô. Gostei muito da hospedagem e certamente voltaria em uma próxima oportunidade.

The property was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that our room was on the left wing on the 8th floor and there is a event room on the 9th floor, and we heard all the noise until 2:00am Friday and Saturday. We were leaving on Sunday so I did not ask to be moved to a different room.

All was good with the stay until I had to check out. They said I owed extra for a dinner I did not take in their restaurant. This was their mistake, but the front desk guy asked me to prove I paid showing him the receipt. It was 5am in the morning and my taxi was waiting outside, this was unacceptable, they should check their records first and trust their clients.

The staff are the best. Due to flight delayed in the last-minute we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am early morning and the the staff were waiting for us and checked us in for only 5 minutes. Incredible. The hotel is located in extremely convenient place where you can walk or take public transit.

Staff is not helpful when you left something behind. I’ve booked a room from 7/22/22 - 7/26/24. I’ve checked out on 7/26/24 and leaved behind in room an Apple Airtag. GPS shows that it is at Doubletree by Hilton Santiago - Vitacura. I’ve called them and they said they would check it out and let me know by email. So far up today 8/9/24 still no news from them and GPS slows my Apple Airtag still in their Hotel. Very frustrated.

Inicialmente, no check in, houve um pequeno desconhecimento acerca da reserva que já estava paga, motivo pelo qual foi feita a prévia cobrança do valor da diária no meu cartão de crédito. Assim que percebi a cobrança relatei que havia pago pelo aplicativo e após a confirmação foi efetuado o cancelamento. Logo após entrar no quarto vi que tb não haviam observado os pedidos que sempre faço na reserva: andar alto e longe de elevadores e áreas de serviço. Estava na frente dos elevadores e no 7o andar. Na volta do jantar resolvi falar com a recepção que tinha ficado decepcionada, pq não atenderam nenhuma das solicitações e, muito atenciosamente perguntaram se eu queria mudar de quarto e aí sim, não tenho nada a reclamar. A recepção tb foi muito atenciosa em tentar falar com o serviço de táxi do aeroporto e me ajudou a confirmar o retorno para o aeroporto e o horário. Parabéns ao Juan pelo excelente serviço!!!

Lovely hotel in great location. Front desk staff very good, helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff let the hotel down, lots of them who prefer to congregate and chat rather than clear tables and serve coffee. Also found the same with the between bar, if there was a few of them they just stood around talk, whilst you waved at them for their attention or to place an order. Was ok the day we went early and only one member of staff, she was much better as she had no one to talk to.

Hit and miss. Some staff really made us feel like they did not want to help us. Friendliness and warmth is lacking at times. Requesting room service always seemed unnecessarily difficult. Poor sound insulation in rooms. Probably my worst Hilton experience.

Location of the hotel is perfect! Metro station, Gran Torre Costanera just 5 mins walk from the hotel. A lot of dining options close by. It is a safe neighborhood. Hotel room clean and service was excellent. Can’t comment on the buffet breakfast since I usually skip it. Overall, I will be staying here again if ever I’m back in Santiago.

Dinning options in the area are scarce but it's about 2 blocks walk to the costanera mall that has a wide range of restaurants and food court. The area is more for office space so there's few sightseeing for tourists. The room was very spacious but it could use more lightning especially in the closet. The subway station is 2 blocks away and the bus stop is at the front door of the hotel.

My second time at Doubletree Vitacura and always a great experience. The proximity to all places you can walk to is great, with a huge mall two blocks away and plenty of restaurant options. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with a variety of needs. Excellent breakfast rounds out the package. Will definitely stay there again.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado en una de las zonas más exclusivas de Santiago, sin embargo no volvería. El menú del room service es súper limitado y la calidad de la comida muy mala… adicional súper demorado. El hotel ya tiene muchos años y le falta remodelación. La vista desde la habitación era a dos edificios que quedaban cerca no se veía nada bonito. No volvería!

The hotel is close to a mall and excellent restaurants. Front desk staff and bellmen were all so helpful. My disappointment was with the restaurant staff, especially at breakfast. No one came for my beverage order and as soon as I sat down after getting food from the buffet, a server brought me the bill. No one returned to clear my plate and when I later got up to get some yogurt to take my medication, a server with glasses (Carlos, I believe ) told me the buffet was closed. I was in shock and couldn’t believe the lack of customer service.
