Every part of the experience was incredible- couldn’t recommend enough

The hotel itself is lovely, with a great location, and I always appreciate the breakfast and happy hour offerings. However, my most recent stay was disappointing from a service standpoint. I did not receive housekeeping service, and when I called to ask about it, I was assured that someone would come. No one ever arrived. Since I had a meeting, I later requested fresh towels and coffee instead, but I had to ask three separate times before finally receiving them that evening. What was most frustrating was the response from the front desk. When I asked that my complaint be registered, the staff did not seem particularly concerned and appeared to laugh it off. That is not the level of service I have come to expect from this hotel, or from Hilton properties in general. Overall, while the hotel has many positives, this experience was disappointing and not up to the usual standard.

Everything was great with the staff. Arbuckle's wait staff needs to be way more attentive to customers. The only real issue I have with the room is the lack of outlets for gaming systems. It was a huge obstacle setting up my console not just to the TV, but to the power! I'm not going to waste money on a power strip to use only at hotels.

Everyone was super helpful. Loved Joann at the pool.

the check in was fast and efficient. the attendant was pleasant and informative. The room was clean, quiet and with shades drawn dark for sleep. The breakfast was wonderful especially with the animated chef making the omelets! It was a nice get away from the same old, same old at home.
