The Hotel was under renovation. I stayed at this Hotel because it was not expensive and was 15 minutes from the airport, about TL 325 taxi fare. Upon Check in, I was assigned room on the 5th floor. Elevator was not working, so I had to climb stairs but was offered room service for my carry on bag. The roon was very tiny with low slope ceiling. I was assigned another room upon request. I had to make another request to change the sheets as the sheets had stain and some long hair that clearly was not mine without a dispute. When I made the second request, the front desk staff said "what's the problem now" not very friendly and lack of customer service skills or maybe I am spoiled living in Canada for 30 years and not use to this kind of customer service. I am being generous to give this Hotel 4 star rating because both my requests were taken care even though the staff was not very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay but not for a long stay. I had photo of the tiny room but for some reason the app did not allow me to upload the picture.

Very nice room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. While breakfast is provided there's no restaurant on the property however you can order in and there is a supermarket right next door.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation and really needs some work. My room was clean and comfortable and quite sizable. The bathroom was good sized, too, although the shower plumbing needed updated. It's not a no smoking property, so don't book if you can't stand old smoke smell as well as a neighbor smoking. The restaurant is currently closed so you will need to choose one of the neighborhood alternatives or go to another area. I was fine with my stay at the The Pearl Airport Hotel. Clean, no bugs, quiet except for the guests with loud TVs. If you need a place to crash and keep your stuff between flights, might as well try The Pearl. It should be noted, that other than some expensive hotels right near the airport, you will have to travel about 10 KM from the airport to get a hotel. The going rate was 25€ each way, so your transportation will be more than your hotel stay.

Clean and amenable hotel room for a quick layover. Staff are very friendly. The only con is the location given that there are literally no restaurants around the area. The restaurant in the hotel (really a catering service) has limited options though and is open 24/7.

All in one a mid-good hotel to stay. Clean sheets, clean rooms, soft pillows. Enough amenities in the room. Just.. The hotel has a serious noise issue. The corridors at every level have poor soundproofing. The elevator makes so much noise as it is in your room.

Looks to me the Hotel is new built or the area in general because there was road works ,construction .uneven pavements unfinished footpath . Hotel has basic breakfast ,no Iron or laundry service .but for the price of £24 A night is just okay . Only reason I booked this because it was close by airport .

Things that I liked about the hotel: welcoming personel, great breakfast and the distance to the airport, fairly new room condition. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing but construction (roads and new condos being build), animals- (goats, chickens, stray dogs, etc.), and appartment buildings. I just needed a bed, so it didnt really bother me. What I didnt expect is to hear the rats in the middle of the night. I was staying on the top floor and they would run up and down inside the walls and ceiling. Thankfully, not inside the room but I didnt risk ordering food from the menu. The breakfast was prepared fresh in front of me at 7am :) Also, there is no soundproofing. The whole floor could hear an infant crying in his room.

While it was an ok room, the A/C did not work and in our room the bathroom sink was coming off the wall. It was a bit farther from the airport than I wanted. The staff was super nice.

Hotel is 13km away from IST airport and takes only 10 mins in taxi costing 105 TRY... so great for an overnight transit stay. Hotel is perfect for this and room was good however a few couple of negatives put me off a little. I was disturbed for several hours between 11.30am and 3am by a group intermittently making noise, running, shouting between rooms, banging doors on floor 3 where i was located. I called reception / security but was unable to communicate as he didnt speak English! I suffered on until the party ended i was allowed to sleep. Such a shame and spoiled the experience. Because of the late night i didnt go to breakfast until 8.45am and despite breakfast being served until 10am there was little left. I pointed at the scraps of chips and scrammbled egg in the hot plate and was told none left!

Номер маленький, неудобный со столбом посередине. Очень очень шумный. Было душно. При отъезде портье убеждал, что есть проблемы с такси. Пришлось уговаривать его вызвать такси по телефону. Были в этом отеле первый и последний раз.

Μικρό ξενοδοχείο . Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό . Δωμάτιο μικρό με μια κολώνα στην μέση αρκετά άβολο στην διαρρύθμιση του. Πολύ καθαρό και με μπάνιο μεγάλο με όλα μέσα σωστά τοποθετημένα . Πρωινό δεν πήρα παρόλο που το είχα πληρώσει αλλά μου πρόσφεραν καφέ . Περιοχή αρκετά απομονωμένη και χωρίς τίποτα κοντά .

Our reservation was for 3 people. They forced us to pay for a second room because of the third person. They also forced us to pay for a second airport shuttle because we had three carry ons. Although we had written threads on that. You cannot trust these folks with anything. Two rooms had total of one cup and no Kleenex.

Great value. If you are looking for a short stay near the airport, this is no question the best option at an unbeatable price. Clean, friendly, elegant, great service and free breakfast to name few advantages. They are also very accommodating. I made an error in the reservation and booked the wrong date. When I appeared at the front desk and without any hesitation or any attempt at embezzlement, they changed the date and let me stay over! Any other chain hotel would have milked me to the bones for my error!

It was clean, the pm staff was excellent the am staff no. The taxi service called in the am was supposed to be transit at a $10 price they demanded $20 for a very, very short ride. The wine was too expensive, the local food made me ill.

Things that I liked about the hotel: welcoming personel, great breakfast and the distance to the airport, fairly new room condition. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing but construction (roads and new condos being build), animals- (goats, chickens, stray dogs, etc.), and appartment buildings. I just needed a bed, so it didnt really bother me. What I didnt expect is to hear the rats in the middle of the night. I was staying on the top floor and they would run up and down inside the walls and ceiling. Thankfully, not inside the room but I didnt risk ordering food from the menu. The breakfast was prepared fresh in front of me at 7am :) Also, there is no soundproofing. The whole floor could hear an infant crying in his room.

Beautiful new hotel – 10 minute drive to Istanbul International Airport. Hotel is new and our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little way out from the town centre – you will need to get a taxi. We had a car so it was not an issue. Excellent hotel if you want close access to the airport.

Odalar temiz bakımlıydı. Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş ilgiliydi. Kahvaltının kaldırılmış olması biraz dezavantaj olmuş. Ama otelin 200m ilerisindeki kahvaltıcıda kahvaltımızı yaptık. Genel anlamda güzel bir otel. Beklentilerimizi karşıladı.

Continentally located near IST airport (10 minutes by taxi). We arrived very late, the receptionist waited for us and offered a bit bigger room than booked. Good breakfast with some choices. Our room was clean, quiet, with sizeable bathroom, with complimentary water bottles.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation and really needs some work. My room was clean and comfortable and quite sizable. The bathroom was good sized, too, although the shower plumbing needed updated. It's not a no smoking property, so don't book if you can't stand old smoke smell as well as a neighbor smoking. The restaurant is currently closed so you will need to choose one of the neighborhood alternatives or go to another area. I was fine with my stay at the The Pearl Airport Hotel. Clean, no bugs, quiet except for the guests with loud TVs. If you need a place to crash and keep your stuff between flights, might as well try The Pearl. It should be noted, that other than some expensive hotels right near the airport, you will have to travel about 10 KM from the airport to get a hotel. The going rate was 25€ each way, so your transportation will be more than your hotel stay.

Looks to me the Hotel is new built or the area in general because there was road works ,construction .uneven pavements unfinished footpath . Hotel has basic breakfast ,no Iron or laundry service .but for the price of £24 A night is just okay . Only reason I booked this because it was close by airport .
