The room was smaller than expected. When I entered the room, they must have upgraded someone because there was a welcome card for another guest instead of me. There was a private event going on upstairs, so I didn't get to check out the amenities. Overall, the room and common areas were clean, and the staff were friendly /helpful.

Perfect boutique stay. Great location. Manhattan is easily accesible but this is more friendly neighbour feel. Super trendy. Beautiful stay. Cannot fault it!

Everything was wonderful..if only I could have used the television and cable. It was a total mystery as to how to work it and no one at the desk could help. They suggested sending am engineer to help, but as a woman traveling alone that was. It an option.
