Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was lovely, clean, compact and has everything you need. Love that it is like a mini apartment so you could cook rather than eat out. I only stayed one night so I went out for dinner. Plenty of places within a few minutes walk. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great value and suited what we needed, a place to sleep and shower with parking (£20 extra) after attending a concert. Great location for the arena/stadium approx 10 mins walk.

Hotel was well presented, however we had a few issues: - We got stuck in the lift on arrival and had to prise the doors open - Upholstered seating in room was stained - Next to no water pressure - Messaged hotel via Hotels.com chat and never had a reply - No hairdryer, hand soap or bath mat provided which we would have expected - Bed was uncomfortable but this may just be personal preference - Air conditioning worked but was very loud - When we went to leave the parking garage door was broken and we could not leave, fortunately we had no time sensitive commitments -

Parking in the hotel is convenient, the room and hotel is clean and modern, studio room had great amenities. The kind French lady at reception helped sort out an issue we had with the kitchen hob very quickly. The working space area is fantastic with good broadband, excellent value for a short business trip.

The hotel is like a studio apartment with all cooking equipment. It’s very nice and clean. And it’s one minute walk to Wembley Stadium. The front desk were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back there whenever I go to London. It’s very affordable too

Very nice property in a very busy location with lots of restaurants and shops. The price was very reasonable but I thought the parking was a bit expensive but it is London.

My husband's car was hit whilst in the private and locked car park. The manager still hasn't responded to any of our calls despite us reporting it to staff straight away. Awful customer service - our car was damaged on their property and no one seems to care at all.

Very nice new building and nicely appointed rooms in extremely close proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. Great for the price. Only downside was AC not working, so had to ask for a fan (which I got, though wouldn't be ideal in very hot weather), plus I requested a quiet room on a higher floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the lifts! Still would stay again.

The room was nice, even though a few spots could've been cleaner (the sofa, for instance) and a king size bed is to be preferred to a queen sized one (shave a few useless inches from the sofa), but i can recommend this place, although for no more than 3/4 nights. With a longer stay, the room can be perceived as too little for a couple.

Loved this hotel, was central to Wembley arena. The room was like a little apartment, clean & tidy. Had facilities to cook & wash up!!! The only issue we see was the lampshade above our table was broken which had no impact on a perfect stay. Would highly recommend to anyone going out to Wembley areana/ stadium

Stayed for one night as it’s super close to Wembley and had a show, lovely staff, super friendly and helpful, room was super cool and cute, spacious bathroom, everything was super clean and perfect, currently finding another reason to book again but with a premium studio this time!

It was excellent overall. The check in was quick and friendly. The room was great, really big and well equipped. It was cold when I got in after the concert so I switched off the AC and it was soon fine. I also closed the windows. I loved the welcome drink to celebrate Oasis. I paid about £230 which I was really happy with as I was back after the concert at the stadium in 5 minutes. However a quote for August was £630! My only issue - not enough loo roll! I could have requested more but would have preferred it to be fully stocked on arrival.

Location was superb for Wembley stadium event. Space provided in the room was good. However, or bathroom lights stopped working and the TV gave you sound but no picture. No apology upon reporting this, generally felt throughout the stay that the staff didn't really care about their customers..

There was no one at reception when we first got there and waited an hour before someone finally arrived. It was a very warm night but to my surprise there was no air condition. Was not a comfortable sleep.

The studios are nice and the AC works great. The location in relation to Wembley is exceptional. However, I have NEVER been to a hotel that refused to make extra keys. We came back in after the Taylor Swift Concert and only had one key. My partner and I got separated, so in a sea of 90k people I wanted to wait inside the lobby for them to be safe. They almost refused me entry because I didn't have the key. No offer to show ID (booking in my name, etc). Other women came with similar situations (friends coming in later etc) and they told them they don't make keys at night, come back in the morning and until them WAIT OUTSIDE for their friends (because without the key they wouldnt even be able to access the lobby). The rooms are comfortable but the lobby is kept at an exceptionally warm temp so its almost unusable (nobody was every hanging out down there.)

Very convenient as we had a concert at Wembley Stadium, which is walking distance from the hotel. Check in is at 3pm It took about 20 minutes because it was quite busy to give yourself plenty of time. Room was very clean and tidy however, we had no toiletries like it says in the description you will, we had no kettle or tea coffee making facilities. only had one towel to share between two people and you only get one pillow each so bring an extra with you as the pillow is quite flat! For the price we paid for one night, I would’ve liked these extra little things.
Very convenient as we had a concert at Wembley Stadium, which is walking distance from the hotel. Check in is at 3pm It took about 20 minutes because it was quite busy to give yourself plenty of time. It was excellent overall. The check in was quick and friendly. The room was great, really big and well equipped. It was cold when I got in after the concert so I switched off the AC and it was soon fine. I also closed the windows. I loved the welcome drink to celebrate Oasis. I paid about £230 which I was really happy with as I was back after the concert at the stadium in 5 minutes. However a quote for August was £630! My only issue - not enough loo roll! I could have requested more but would have preferred it to be fully stocked on arrival.

Great base for an event at any of the wembley venues. The parking facilties(additional charge applies, booked 48hrs prior to stay) are a really bonus. We found the staff helpful and everywhere spotlessly clean. The roof terrace is well worth a vist and great view of the london skyline. We did search for a kettle but couldnt find one anywhere in the room despite there being tea and coffee sachets!

Check in was difficult. Make sure you fill out all the preregistration stuff in the email including scanning your ID because they won’t do it there. Room was comfortable and had more amenities than I was expecting like stovetop and dishwasher, and air conditioning! It was very close to Wembly, albeit a little far from trains and shopping district. A little on the pricey side.

The floor was sticky, causing shoes to stick and squeak with each step. The air conditioning did not function properly. The mattress was very firm, with little to no give. Paid £387 for a superior room, bedroom curtains were broken, there was a hole in the the kitchen floor area and the room absolutely stank of heavy smoking. I complained and they were able to move us to a very small room that thankfully did not smell as terrible as the first one. I have messaged the property and received no response at all. The window of the room was open when we arrived so they were obviously hoping it would air out but it was unbreathable in there.
