I didn’t realize I had a Bar here and a great menu. What a lovely place to stay! Loved our bartender, Suzi. Recently stayed at the element Seaport in Boston. Loved it so much we found this Chattanooga. We were thrilled!

Everything was so lovely. Only complementary hotel breakfast I've ever eaten - made-to-order omelettes, and real Greek yogurt with ACTUAL BERRIES. The work out facilities were top notch - everything felt very new and clean. Coffee was sub-par (and the espresso machine seemed to be using the same beans). Rooms were well-appointed - and I very much appreciated the faux hard wood floors on trafficked areas in the rooms. Super clean. Will always be looking for the Element hotels going forward.

The hotel had a smart tv which I liked. Also the room was comfy with the efficient kitchen area by my bed. However the parking was terrible, and the attendant did not explain that the keycard was needed for the elevator .

My husband and I stayed here for the first time it was truly amazing the staff was amazing especially Susie, our bartender and Brad at the front desk they made us feel so welcome like we were at home we’ll definitely be back The rooms were clean. The patio was awesome. We enjoyed that and the pool.

This is a lovely hotel. The lobby area is large and filled with natural light. Checkin was quick and efficient. This hotel has a bar with food and drinks to purchase. We opted to stay in because we had a long day. Jeff, the bartender was a good conversationalist and a good waiter. Bed was comfortable, shower was huge and we had dishwashing facilities. The TV was positioned for watching in bed only even though there was a couch on which to sit. Breakfast in the morning included cooked to order omelets, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, lots of coffee. I would book a room here again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel, grounds clean, great breakfast buffet, hospitable staff, and very welcoming to dogs. Our room had a backed up sink, bathroom door squeaked so loudly that we had to keep it open to maintain the peace at night for bathroom trips, and the refrigerator leaked onto the floor. It was late when we checked in and got settled, and we were staying only one night, so we waited till morning to notify staff.

Very nice and new hotel but the management needs to verify housekeeping all the time. There is mold in the new bathroom and dirty doors. The housekeeping manager and the housekeeping need to do their job Otherwise everything is perfect.

Good area. Facility looks nice at first glance, but room had dirty walls, greasy handprints on door, and some mold around the shower. Beds were too soft and had a dip. Wonder if we were given this room because reservation was via a third party instead of direct reservation. Breakfast included typical food with the addition of fresh eggs cooked to order. Coffee was better than a lot of similar hotels. Employees were nice and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful. I was amazed by the room itself. The bed was very comfortable. It had a huge screen TV, a couch, a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. It also had stocked cupboards with dishes and utensils and pots and pans. The whole experience was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great they had a lot to choose from.

Air-conditioning did not work properly. System could not maintain thermostat setpoint. Room got hot during the night. I had the thermostat set to 65 and the room stayed 74. My understanding is that most large companies nowadays are controlling these room temperatures by a building automation system. So it doesn't matter what you set the thermostat to it's only going to maintain the temperature that they have set it for.

We absolutely loved the concept and layout of this hotel. The rooms were amazingly spacious and felt more like studio apartments than a hotel. The surrounding area is getting a makeover, so parking was tight, but that didn’t detract from thus fantastic stay.

The studio suite is the bomb! Insanely clean. Two queens and a pullout sofa for my family of 5. Kitchenette with a fridge and range and an absolutely beautiful bathroom with awesome shower. Wow....just wow.

We stayed twice and loved the hotel! Both times we were in the manager Brad was excellent. He was talking such good care of the front desk and bar area by himself. He was so pleasant to call with. Part of the reason we stayed again!

The stay at the Element was great and a pleasant experience . I would stay there again, however it’s been 13 days since I’ve made a security deposit at the front desk when I checked in and the hold is still not removed even after I spoke to two members and the manager on the phone and was assured that it would drop off.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Element Hotel and overall had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities, especially the fancy coffee machine, made mornings a delight. Breakfast was a highlight with a well-stocked selection and an excellent omelet bar. However, there were a few small drawbacks. Upon arrival, we had to wait several minutes to check in due to understaffing at the front desk. With a few adjustments, the Element Hotel could be even better!

Hotel failed to keep my reservation (made a month in advance) with no notification. Was told at the front desk I did not have a room after a ten hour drive. This after receiving a text two hours earlier telling me my room was ready. Definitely would not recommend, unless you want to be stranded in Chattanooga with nowhere to stay.

This hotel is beautiful and new. The service, staff and breakfast is wonderful. The bartender Brad is so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He makes a really good strawberry margarita. We stayed four nights to explore Chattanooga and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcome. Five stars!!!

We reserved this hotel over a month ago and when we got there they didn’t have a room for us and said they were booked. I asked if they had our reservation and they said “yes- we have it confirmed but this just happens sometimes- you will have to find another place to stay”. So awesome driving around Chattanooga with two small kids trying to find a hotel last minute on a Saturday. AWFUL experience, if you can even call it that considering we didn’t even get to stay.

Great room and beds, very good breakfast, but now, after 2 days, I leave the hotel they charged my credit card for a couch problem when I checked the room was perfect. I called to complain and they told me that if the couch is OK so maybe because I have a dog with me for 3 nights when I only stayed there 2 nights. So after the agent realized he did not have more arguments, he told me that I had to call tomorrow, January 1, at 8 am to talk with the manager. After 4 consecutive days calling the manager answered my call and told me he would start a research but as of today I don't have any answer or refund. Unbelieve.

Beautiful new hotel with great staff. Other buildings in immediate area under renovation/ new construction causing a little difficulty getting to the hotel due to a road closure, but i would not let that stop me from booking this location again next time im in Chattanooga.

The ingredients were there to make this a decent stay. The hotel interior is beautiful with lovely seating areas and a bright presentation. We were greeted pleasantly enough at 4:30 in the afternoon upon check-in the desk clerk said that the room that was supposed to be mine might not be ready yet. He sent another person to go check and when they came back they said it was currently being cleaned so we were assigned a different room. The new room was not well cleaned at all. There were finger, hand and little nose prints on the window. Someone had left their personal body wash in the shower & the shower had moldy corners. It's hard to tell sometimes when sheets are cotton but they may not have been clean. They were certainly wrinkly. Our view was a parking lot with a dilapidated building in front of it and construction mess. The hotel itself is very far from Chattanooga downtown so make sure you're done with your time in Chattanooga proper because it's a half hour drive away. The neighborhood doesn't have much by way of entertainment or food outside of strip malls. Breakfast was very nice and I think it's cool that they offer bikes for use but the neighborhood is not at all bikeable. Parking was plentiful . I only searched for hotels with nine or better stars for this trip to Chattanooga and I feel this one is grossly overrated. I give it seven and a half at best

We went for a weekend away. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only real complaints we had was that we had about a 20 minute drive to everything we were looking to do (Aquarium, Pedestrian Bridge, Boat House, etc.) and parking felt a bit limited in the lot. It may have just been a busy weekend, though. I'd definitely stay here again!!

Food and drink from the bar tasted horrible. The breakfast was a joke. Breads only, no meat. Waited to have an omelet made but nobody was there. AC didn’t work well in the room, one of the sprinklers in the bathroom was leaking and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. Just a ghetto place trying to be better than they are.

Wow. Just wow. Very nice room, very comfortable bed, very nice staff, fresh made breakfast and lots of other choices. Omelets, good cereal bar, yogurt bar, different breads, juices, coffee, tea. Wish we could stay at Element everywhere we go.

Breakfast was a little lacking. You can get fresh cooked fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes but no sausage or bacon to accompany it. The juices and milks tasted a little spoiled. Overall though it was still pretty good.

Service was amazing! We got in late and the room we were given was not the one we had booked, so they worked with us and got us an extra bed for the night so one of our kids wasn’t sleeping on the floor! Also, loved the shower and Breakfast was AMAZING! There was literally something for everyone and eggs made to order! My family loved it! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!
