Heat seemed to not work but the stay was good overall. Staff was professional and pleasant. They made it good.

My older parent stayed at this apartment, and I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care they received. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained — exactly as described. What truly stood out was the staff. They were kind, patient, and always willing to help, which gave me real peace of mind knowing my parent was in good hands. They went out of their way to make sure everything was easy and comfortable for them. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully maintained, making the stay feel safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families looking for a place that genuinely cares about their guests. We would absolutely choose this place again.

I arrived many hours before check-in. But the staff found me a room, and even gave me a free upgrade. I had arrived after a long flight and appreciated this good service.
