We liked that Julie met us and guided us into the carpark (which is very small), we liked the secure parking, the shower is very spacious with good water pressure and heat. Bed is comfortable. Apartment is located within walking distance to shopping and dinning.

The location was great - close to waterfront and pier area, as well as a large shopping mall. The carpark was difficult to negotiate - even for a small car, with narrow/tight turns, although the actual parking spaces were a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable, however there was only lukewarm water in the shower, and cold water in the kitchen sink. Had to boil the jug to wash the dishes.

Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and well equipped. Nice little outdoor area. Excellent location, can walk everywhere. Very comfy bed. Only downside to the apartment is there are no day blinds. So during the day, people can see straight into your room. Apart from the accommodation, the check in process was messy. I rang the property 3 days prior to arrival to confirm the check in times as the website is not clear on this. Was told that reception is staffed until 7pm each day and to call a few minutes prior to arrival and someone would meet me out the front. On the day of check in I rang 10 minutes before arrival, got the answering machine. On arrival, tried again, still got the answering machine. Had to then pay for on-street parking while I continued to try. Took 20 minutes to get a hold of staff, eventually calling the mobile number on the answering service. Undercover car park is TERRIBLE. Very, very tight, even for smaller cars. Overall our stay was great, just the parking and check-in situations were disappointing and not a great first impression.

The property is very central to everything in CBD and close to ocean. The price is reasonable in comparison to other places in the same area. Check in is meet and shown to room as difficult to get into, good for security, tiny carpark so don't take a big car!!! Hard mattress went to Big W across the road and brought a underlay and soft pillow, made the stay much more comfortable.

Not sure about the other units but 4407 is not fit to be rented in current condition. Freezer not working- took two days to freeze one ice tray. Oven was left dirty from previous use - fat dripping from racks and pan. Extractor fan covered with oil and fat - not cleaned in a while. Unit smelled of fat and oil every time you enter the unit. Only reception for some channels on the TV in the middle of Geelong? Bathroom fan and heat light need replacing as it looks like it was pulled from the unit. Washing and dryer leave your washing in worse shape than before use - need serious cleaning and maintenance. Even dishes and cookware was not clean to use. Unit have much potential just need attention to cleaning and maintenance.

Fabulous waterfront location. Well appointed however the carpet needed vacuuming and had a few stains, the freezer needed defrosting, the glass table and windows needed cleaning. Not sure I would stay again.

Location and views is the only thing that this place has going for it, made the decision to leave a day earlier as it wasn’t a pleasant environment to spend your time in, bed very old and uncomfortable,Cobwebs on windows and very dusty furniture, hallway smells like mould and mildew which required a high pressure dryer going all day and night due to water damage too bad if you suffer from Asthma and allergies, smells also come through into the apartment had to sleep with all windows open to air out the room and avoid feeling sick. Should have be advised of this prior to us arriving.. We would have chosen And alternative accommodation .

Would not stay here again. A lot of street noise and Friday night hoons. Super cheap blinds bedroom. Carpet not vacced properly. Not the cleanest. No toilet paper! Not even a square. We had to go and buy as soon as we arrived. Smart tv would be good. Unpleasant smell in building and room Hair on tiles. Cheap bed and super thin doona. Very old and dated furniture. Need day blinds. I see this has been mentioned before. When you open the blockout blinds the whole place is exposed to the street, even bedroom as it has a glass wall.

The apartment had not been cleaned at all. The door jamb in the bathroom was so warped due to water damage the door could not close, at all. Dusty, greasy, tired, lacklustre and unloved. Fortunately we were able to swap rooms to a room which had at leased been cleaned this year.

Very central place close to everything. Bed mattress was very firm so not very comfortable. Some of our kitchen accessories such as cutlery mugs and pots and frypan weren't cleaned properly from previous people staying so maybe have cleaners check them regularly. Rooms can do with an upgrade only one 2 seater lounge and no tv in bedroom.

Our 2br Apartment was nice with nice water view. Great location and many dining options downstairs within minutes of walk. Guests were expected to take all rubbish downstairs into the bin. This wasn't convenient for us having to herd the kids and bags. Checkin process could be smoother and should be contactless instead of having to wait for someone to give us the keys.

Was great for what we needed, walking distance to Westfield and the waterfront. The apartment had all we wanted inside, including kitchen with oven and dishwasher plus good size fridge for our food. A couple of the powerpoints in the kitchen need fixing but other than that it was a good stay.
