We've stayed here before, and i don't remember it being so run-down. The room was massive, but there was no way to control the temperature, so it was freezing cold. There was water leaking from somewhere in the bathroom making a puddle on the floor. Not a huge leak, but enough to collect into a puddle in 8 hours. We were also disappointed that the pool and gym facilities were closed down.

The hotel location was great being near the university, and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The drawback was there was a lot of construction, so much so that I got lost as I was not even sure if floor 2 was open at first after going up the elevator. Also, I was not aware at booking that the pool and workout room were closed due to construction until after buying the room, which is not reasonable. Everything else was 10/10.

Hotel was nice room was descent. A little pricier than most hotels I’ve stayed at but it was alright. Pool was nice and warm but only half the jets on the hot tub were working unfortunately. Overall I’d give it a 7.5/10

The west wing rooms are small and do not have a fridge or microwave, however the shower was modern and huge, also, the bed was VERY comfortable! Parking is cramped and costs $15/night, but they have a security guard on. Tricky to find the first floor rooms...as I had never stayed in one before.... I wished someone would've directed me when I checked in! Good thing for the map on the doors haha

I really like that the room was completely renovated. I also like the 8$ breakfast voucher, the classic breakfast is 16$ so with the voucher you paid only 8$ and you have two eggs, hashbrown, sausage bacon or ham with some greens and a tomatoes. I also like that there is security 24/7 outside the hotel and in the parking lot. Check in was also great, efficient and the staff polite

This is a wonderful hotel which has been remodeled and is close to city hospital, the university and numerous restaurants. It is spotlessly clean and our room was upgraded without us requesting and no extra charge. We will be back. The price was excellent however a heads up that you are charged $15 for parking on top of the room rate.

I booked this property based on the fact it had airport shuttle services. No time limitations were listed, but I was worried about a 5am flight. I sent a question ahead through the expedia app that was ignored. When we arrived were told no shuttle on holidays or for early flights. Cost $30 to taxi to airport after the noisest night in a room down the way. No security walking the halls as they would have heard. Overall a very bad experience. Staff upon arrival tried to get us to upgrade, and weren't apologetic about shuttle. Friendly staff in morning had to help us with taxi, as well as hear about our bad experience. Nice park nearby.

Went for the jacuzzi/pool. Email upon check in said it was no longer under Reno, but alas it still was. Hotel couldn’t refund my room and I didnt have the time or energy to try this via Expedia; but hotel did upgrade my room and throw in a $8 breakfast voucher.

We booked in for 2 nights. Our room in the West Wing smelled musty, the carpet was very wet around the hvac unit in the room, their was moisture below the television and gum stuck under the edge of the night stand between the beds. We spent one night in that rooom and then approached the front desk about the issues with the room. The young lady at the desk promptly upgraded us to a room in the tower portion of the hotel. We moved and quite enjoyed the remainder of our stay. Thank you to the desk clerk for a prompt resolution to our issue.

When I arrived I was given a room that had stains on the carpet, bed spread and bed skirk and areas of the room were really dusty. Overall it felt dank and gross but I had a very early flight and decided it wasn't worth complaining. A dog was barking non stop for an hour so I finally called the front desk. A half hour later I went to the desk to see if anything was being done. The woman was very nice and apologetic. They moved me to the tower which was so much better. It was newly renovated, clean, had complimentary items not in my other room. I assume they charge the same price for these rooms which is outrageous given how different they were.

Cockroaches found in west wing #256, staff denied it, had to show photos for proof and they weren't aware what cockroaches looked like and stated it was a "maple bug" I proceeded to show the photo next to a cockroach photo and got us switched to a different room.

Unfortunately they placed us in a pet room and the room smelt like wet dog as soon as we opened the door. We had to keep the window open for four days and bought an air freshener. We asked the front desk right after we entered our room is it was a pet room and they said it was. When we told them about the bad smell they offered another room, another pet room, and it smelled just as bad. They offered to freshen the room with an ionizer but we said we would use the window. The room was also quite dated and shabby. It was disappointing and we would not recommend it at all. Pet rooms should be kept as pet rooms only. The staff was pleasant and seemed sympathetic but no better room was able to be provided as it was a busy long weekend. The area is sketchy but there is security outside patrolling the parking area at all times. There is a nice park across the street, however, and a lovely Ukrainian museum as well as the river close by.

I’ve stayed at the park town before and have really liked it, but I’ve never stayed at the west wing portion. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, the only complaint is it’s old and dingy and dated. We were in the second floor but it felt like a basement.

Very well situated. Staff in front desk, shuttle drivers and other staff were very helpful. A very useful feature - guests could ask the shuttle to drop off them at places of interest e.g. restaurants etc. and be picked up later. A good place to stay.

I really do not recommend this hotel. 1. The staff are very rude and snarky 2. The hotel keys stopped working 6 times and the staff kept getting more and more rude everytime I had to go back to get the cards fixed 3. The Irish pub connected to the hotel brings a lot of people not staying at the hotel. Very drunk and obligerant 4. Zero noise reduction. You could hear full conversations from people all the way down the hall. When an outside door would slam closed it would shake the hotel door, hotel doors slam shut, waking everyone up 5. Good luck trying to find parking. I have stayed at lots of hotels and never have they made you pay for parking. $15 a day for outside parking and $25 for inside parking. There is little to no parking outside so if you don’t happen to be lucky and find a spot you have to pay to get the inside parking. 6. They place an extremely large hold on your card. My stay was only $270 for the 2 nights and I got a hold of $500!! That won’t be refunded for 2-3 business days So overall, I would strongly recommend not staying at the park town hotel. The old or new building. I had friends stay in the new portion the same stay as us and they had all the same complaints. Save your money and book elsewhere

Only thing bad about this hotel is the homeless and degenerates hanging around the outside of property. I felt sorry for the poor security gaurd trying to keep a lid on this.

This is a lovely location thst is very convenient to get to places downtown or at the university. The rooms are very comfortable. The onsite restaurant is excellent.

Great hotel located adjacent to the river with walking paths and near many downtown amenities. Secured parking, very good onsite restaurant (staff and food were both fantastic!). Room looked to be recently renovated and bed was comfortable. WIFI signal was strong. I stayed in what appeared to be an older wing. Common areas would benefit from better lighting and new carpet. Only minor issue with loud people in the hall in the middle of the night. Can happen anywhere and not the fault of the hotel but perhaps a posted quiet time might be posted. Overall a great stay and would stay there again!

The property itself is in a beautiful location. The parking is a little sketchy but that is out of their control. Breakfast in the restaurant looking out over the river in the morning is pretty awesome!

Everyone was super nice from check-in to check-out. Room was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. Special shout out for North(bartender/supervisor) in the Riverside Lounge, a true pro!

I really like that the room was completely renovated. I also like the 8$ breakfast voucher, the classic breakfast is 16$ so with the voucher you paid only 8$ and you have two eggs, hashbrown, sausage bacon or ham with some greens and a tomatoes. I also like that there is security 24/7 outside the hotel and in the parking lot. Check in was also great, efficient and the staff polite

Very clean, great beds, accommodating staff, lovely restaurant.. The bathroom fan did not work! Poor tv remote and heating furnace was very loud.

Restaurant is very good, with gluten free options including dessert. Yay! Location near the riverside trails allowed us to walk for hours. Security by the parking lot was reassuring. It is being renovated but we did not need anything except bed and food
