The motel is close to the Savannah Airport. Their website says they have shuttle service. Our flight leaves at 6:40 AM and we needed a shuttle at 4:30, but there is no shuttle service until 6:00. We booked here because of the airport shuttle. The website does not state the hours of operation for the shuttle! We now have to pay an additional $70 to park at the airport!

This property does not offer around the clock shuttle service to the airport. Their shuttle service is from 6am-12 midnight. My flight left at 5:55am. I had to book another room for my parents to make sure I had a ride to the airport this morning an unexpected charge $167. for last minute hotel booking

At check in I set up shuttle service to the airport for the morning. At check out I was told “we don’t offer that her, our sister hotel does. I explained what check in clerk told me, front desk said she was wrong. You will need to call Uber. I asked for help and she said Don’t you have the help….very unfriendly and would not look at me”. My next trip, I will not choose Holiday Inn.

Front desk staff very professional. Room is fine. Beds are soft. Facility is nice although pool not open and many of the workout center equipment not working either. Near Tanger Outlets so convenient for food options and shopping.

Honestly, the hotel isn\'t bad. Its so convenient to the outlet ang lots of restaurants. I have to agree with other reviewers the carpet is absolutely disgusting. The carpet wasn\'t even vaccumed in our room and there was hair inside the shower. Staff was ok but the front desk agent gave us the keys and was like "he\'s not even sure the room is clean. Overall could use a little training in Premier customer service.

Room was dirty ,pillow cases and sheets were filthy we had to get moved to another room ,the second room wasn’t much cleaner the bathtub had a whole in it ,don’t know if it leaked ,going to let the front desk know on the way out.I will never stay here again this hotel is horrible

Lobby and service was excellent. Got off on 2nd floor and hallway smelled like sewage. Room was clean, newly done and smelled fine. AC came on sounded like a plane taking off. Got moved to another room which was old and carpet was filthy.

The appearance of the property from the outside exudes excellence. But once I entered the room it didn’t live up to my expectations. The carpeting throughout the facility and the rooms is old, faded, and need to be changed out. The standard room with two queen beds that I stayed in carpeting was awful. The chair to the desk which is located directly in front of the tv leaving no room to maneuver around was badly stained. My daughters and I had to put a towel over it just to sit. The stand alone chair was stained as well. The gym was nice clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Great Wi-Fi! Disappointed in the room. Wished we had asked for a different room. My fault! But my family was too tired to move everything after unpacking. The room badly needs the a/c repaired and carpet replaced. Smells very musty and moldy. Floor was wet by the a/c. Carpet in the room looked, smelled and felt dirty on your feet. Otherwise room was clean throughout. Room had VERY comfy beds and looked cleaned in all other areas. Very nice staff!! Check in went VERY SMOOTH and FAST. Loved the fact they had a nice bar and restaurant. Would stay here again, but not in the same room…

The room was clean. The room was not stocked well. The elevator and hallway smelled like marijuana. It was excessive and disgusting! Just as we were falling asleep there was incredibly loud music and we couldn’t determine where it was coming from. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone and it didn’t work. In addition the air conditioner made a sound like fingernails on a chalkboard. It was very annoying. I rarely write reviews. I have worked in the hotel industry but I also travel frequently and I know how important it is for people to know what they are getting when they book a hotel. The room was clean and that is the best thing I can say.

The area around the hotel so so loud. We were woken several times with loud music etc. They also advertised an airport shuttle which is why we went with them but they don’t have one. We also had guaranteed a king bed but they hadn’t saved one for us so it was two full beds. Thankful we only stayed for one night.

The interstate had closed down so we were stranded and decided to stay at this Holiday Inn. The customer service was fantastic. In just a few minutes we went from super stressed to laughing and relaxing, thanks to the front desk assistant,Malaysia. She was so sweet, professional, and understanding. The entire hotel was clean and it was obviously staffed with caring employees. Now days that is so hard to find. Things just kept getting better when we went down to the hotel bar and got to enjoy Bree's bartending, wonderful personality, and her naturally caring character. When we went to leave the next morning another fantastic front desk gentlemen named Leroy took the time to say good morning and double checked to make sure we were leaving happy. I even ran into a couple of the housecleaners and they too were warm and friendly. Most of the time I cannot even get the grocery store checkers to say Hi and smile, however this Holiday Inn is finding and training their employees - keep up the exceptional work. I highly recommend this Hotel and I am confident your stay will be as great as ours.

The first time we stayed at this property we didn’t have any issues but this time was not a very good experience at all. The staff (Greg) was anything but helpful, didn’t have any customer service skills or personality and made no effort in resolving our issues. The room was not very clean and the people in the room beside us had very loud music but yet when we tried to get the front desk to address the issue nothing was done. After several phone calls to the front desk AND to the room beside us we finally had to go to the staff to request a different room. We did not have a good experience at all and will not be staying there again in the future.

Because I book thru hotels.com , I was classified as last in line for any services. Requested room service cleaning after two days there and was told they would get to it soon. Soon was two days later !! Even after daily confirmations at the front desk & manager. Hotels.com clients are third rate !!!

Location is near Tanger outlet and Texas Roadhouse. Staff were smiling when we arrived and checked-in smoothly. Bed was comfy. Room and T&B were clean. A little bit far from downtown Savannah. But overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel I think it’s fairly new. The only issue we had was that it is noisy I95 traffic. We put the fan on and that helped. Also it’s close to a lot of things.

The “restaurant” was more of a cafeteria stand. The airport shuttle starts service at 6:30 a.m. so it doesn’t help those with first flights of the day. Front desk said bar is open until 10 p.m. but bartender closed as I sat down at 9:30, saying they close early if she feels like it. Our room had an AC unit that was SO loud and clunky, and the walls had patches throughout.

The lobby was very clean and staff also was courteous but the only thing that I was disappointed in was the breakfast.I had to pay for my breakfast.Amd it was cold when I got it eggs was a little dry so I was disappointed in that area.Didnt know continental breakfast no longer existed
