Absolutely stunning property in the mountains. Room was fantastic and beautiful fire pit out back. Pool was above normal cold for an indoor pool, but the kids still enjoyed. Hot tub seemed to be out of order unfortunately. I would recommend this place!

Beautiful and new, we loved the pickelball area play, very clean everywhere, the spa was brooken so we were disapointed about that. Great place to Chill behind for setting and enjoy gaz fire in the evening.

Everyone we met was great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in very good condition. Pool, spa, and gym were all in excellent shape. The hotel has two grills for use and an outside area with two firepits. The rooms were cleaned daily per our request. The breakfast was good and the staff kept everything stocked despite it being busy.

Over all great stay. New hotel and everything was very nice. Great pool and firepits. Took a very long time to have a room available for check in. Got there at 4pm didn't have a room ready until 7pm. Front desk informed me they were short staffed. Other then that, it was a great stay.

Clean and new hotel. Directly on the side of Mount Cranmore, big outdoor hot tub, bring your room key with you to get back inside. Breakfast was included and delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, make your own yogurt parfait, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, fruit, and coffee. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Plenty of hotel parking.

We loved that there was an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. We also really enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and the complimentary s'mores kits that were offered at the front desk! Every staff member we met was so helpful and respectful. The location was ideal for all the activities we were interested in in North Conway, Jefferson, and Bartlett. The room was very clean and lots of room for our family of 4.

We were on a Roadtrip. We wanted something without the fuss but be a hub for our activities at North Conway. This hotel did all that but also provided a little extra something you knew you could come back to (a bar, pool and free s’mores around the fire pit). Fabulously modern, clean and in just the right spot. Will be returning.

This is a beautiful new hotel. The fire pits outside are fantastic. Breakfast was decent. The kids loved the pool. Hot tub was cold both nights but it’s a great set up. Our room was nice, but wasn’t cleaned properly before we got there. Shared my issues with the front deck staff. They apologized for the issues…that’s it.

The property was okay. The room was very small with only a skinny closet and two bureau drawers. I did like the fact that there was a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. They weren’t consistent with freshening the room unless you asked.

So apparently they don’t do housekeeping unless you ask and even if you ask it’s not guarantee cause they do the rooms that checkout also had a fruit fly issues they were coming up through bathroom sink drain gross

We had an horrible experience at this newer Hotel. 1. The shower was broken and had poor water pressure. 2. Dirty toilet in our room. 3. Air Conditioner/Heater unit made a whistling noise all night. 4. Our Room was next to the stairs annd was extremely noisey from foot traffic. 5. Breakfast was a joke. Ran out of utensils, waffles, eggs, and anything hot. Only option was cereal. 6. Staff seams overwhelmed and does not have the resources to provide great service or a nice stay. With all the great options nearby, I would avoid this Hotel until they get it figured out.

The Fairfield Inn in North Conway is new, bright and clean. It is quietly tucked away at the base of Mt. Cranmore, but only minutes away from everything that North Conway has to offer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alicia at the front desk, and Chloe in the bar. I highly recommend this Fairfield Inn

Very clean and new property. Spacious rooms and brand new bathrooms. The service was super. The hotel extended our checkout an hour due to a marathon in the area so that we could take showers before our travels home. They also made inspirational 'to go' breakfast bags for all the runners who had to leave the hotel at 2:30 am to run the marathon. We felt very well cared for here. The proximity to the Cranmore and the views of the mountain were terrific. I would stay here again and recommend it to others 100%

Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Right next to Cranmore mountain with skiing and tubing. Also not far from snowmobiling. Great breakfast, near all restaurants. All around great place to stay

All the staff were friendly but the manager, Sarah, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We had fun cooking dinner using their grill and finishing the night roasting smores in the fire pits. Would recommend!

This property is amazing. Our King suite room was beyond our expectations! It was very spacious and well laid out! (2 TVs, microwave, fridge, coffee, etc) Very impressive! The bed with its fluffy pillows was very, very comfortable! The couch was also quite comfortable. It was nice and quiet too. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic as was the indoor pool! The breakfast was great too! Another stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were very accommodating from check-in through check-out!! We were here for three days on a very special occasion and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel,, in-fact before we left we made another reservation for our second rendezvous right back here next month!

This hotel is less than 2 years old and in pristine condition. Our room was comfy, quiet and spacious, and equipped with all amenities. Truly impressive. The bathroom facilities were quiet. The TV was larger than most with fantastic picture quality. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet - the classic mediocre chain hotel offerings with limited choices at that. Seemed inconsistent with the rest of the hotel.

The pillows were too soft. There was limited cocktail options at the bar. There was no fan in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub were clean. The shower head in the bathroom could have had more power. The bathroom was large and the shower area was large. It has built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig and a large flat screen tv. Plenty of outlets and counter space and convenient room temperature control. Free continental breakfast, with 2 hots items, waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, milk, juice, engish muffins and bagels. The staff was very friendly.

Overall it’s a nice new hotel so not much to complain about there. The staff isn’t very friendly, actually could use the term cold. Not a single hello, good morning or anything from any one that worked there when you see some one, very unusual for a hotel. No one stationed at that front desk, you have to stand there and wait for some one to come out. I can understand if they are short staffed and doing double duties but they appeared to be strong in back and chatting which can be heard from the outside window. Bar food is ok but it’s obviously cooked in a quick cooker and not an actual kitchen so you want to avoid the burgers, frozen burger that taste microwaved for $14, I’m all set. There are better places to stay in the area, even other places owned by the same group as this hotel and they are much better run.

I love Fairfield Inns! The staff are always so amazing. I mentioned to the front desk girl at check in that we were in the area for my dads funeral, by the time I parked my car, carried in my suitcase and got to my room she had run up a note and a little gift bag saying she was sorry for the loss but to enjoy the memories. Talk about going above and beyond! Outstanding!

A month before my trip I booked and paid for a king size bed non-handicapped room. I had photos of my reservation i took when booking. There were many room types available at the time of my booking. When i arrived at the hotel I was given the handicapoed room. I asked the two young women at the front desk for the non-handicapped room i had paid for. I was told all they had left was the handicapped room as they were fully booked. The handicapped room only had one desk chair for sitting. One of us had to sit on the bed in order to watch the tv. The stay was very uncomfortable. Food service was lax. There were no napkins, spoons, and food service trays were empty, the sausages were cold. It felt like they were trying to save money by only providing the minimum at breakfast. The building is only a few months old so the physical facility is in good shape, but it does not seam to be run very well.

The bun on my burger in the pub was cold (we were the only people in the pub on Thanksgiving Eve), but the chicken fingers were enjoyed by my niece. Eggs were warm and fluffy, in the morning. The walkways and parking lot were slippery in the morning and could have used some sand or salt which I mentioned to the front desk and they went out to address it immediately. Love the location and proximity to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotels hours should go back to old days , check is at 2 and out by noon Their hours are 4 to 11 am Even though I got in as 3 pm. The breakfast is very bad for a nice hotel like that.

Although we enjoyed the clean room and bed. The food at the restaurant was absolutely horrible and left us feeling sick all night. We ordered 2 flatbreads which were cold, the tachos, which honestly tasted horrid and the chicken fingers which were rubbery. We shouldn’t have paid as the bill was $55, but we are not people to complain and it did get busy. All 4 of us were sick all night from the food, which really put a damper on our vacation. We will never be eating here again.
