I had reserved a King room, when I got to the hotel they told me I had a reservation for 2 queens. Then was told there were no King rooms avail. Room was on 2nd floor, no elevator!! When i got to the room in the bathroom on th e wall next to the toilet there was black mold growing about 4 inches above the cove molding along the whole wall. I took a piece of toilet paper and wiped it just to be sure of what it was. The security doors were not locked to the entrances to the building, anybody could have walked in and had access to the rooms. When I checked out the front desk clerk did not ask how my stay was or if there were any issues. I will be making a report to the Osceola dept of health regarding the mold. I feel that myself or my pet should not have been exposed to something that dangerous that there is no way they did not know it was there and I suspect my room was not the only place that could be found. I will not be booking here again, and will tell anyone I can about this visit.

The facility was in fair to good condition. Staff was cordial. It met our traveling needs. It would not be a destination hotel if we were vacationing. Folks should be aware there is no elevator. Towels were pitiful - so it was kind of funny there was a sign in rooms about theft of towels. As if. ;)

Check in was easy. Problem is I reserved a king bed room and was given a double queen room. Was told there was nothing they could do as they were sold out, and I booked months ago! When in fact my sister booked her king bed room a day after I did and she got a king room. If I’m paying $100+ a night for a room I chose I expect to have that room! The hot tub was broke and was stuck with the jets on constantly we couldn’t even sit in it at a casual rest as they were so high, we couldn’t hear each other talk, and it wouldn’t shut off, the timer is broke. The snack machine barely had anything in it, and some items read $2 while other items of the same degree were 34 cents lol the room smelled of BO there was hair in the shower on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable even some parts you could feel the metal framing in the mattress.

Clean. Friendly. Dated;but, I don’t care about that since it is clean, friendly, and safe. Hot tub was a little bit of a disappointment because it’s more of a warm bath water no hard jet not super hot. But it feels good after a long drive.

This hotel was a bit dated but the price was reasonable. These are trying times for businesses and their staff. The staff was excellent. The only problem was their is no elevator to the second level. They did offer to take our bags up. I would have no problem booking this hotel again. The desk personnel was excellent. I will remember to book 1st floor next time. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Bugs were crawling on both beds in the first room we were given. Luckily we noticed before unpacking our stuff. We went straight to the front desk and they gave us a different room. Second room had no bugs…we REALLY checked. Cleaning staff did a good job. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

I took pics of the dirty toilet. Fingerprints on the lamps. Yellow stained pillows. Broken bed. Pubic hairs in the shower. Hair hanging off the blow drier. Toilet paper lent on the floor around the toilet. We stayed for four minuets and thirty eight seconds. The worse hotel I ever seen. Ever.

We selected this property because it was the only one in the area we were visiting. It is obvious that the property is older with minimal maintenance. Broken light fixture, etc. But we were there for 3 nights with no housekeeping service at all. Not changing the bed was fine but no fresh towels or emptying wastebaskets, etc. When we stopped a person from housekeeping to ask, her comment was she already cleaned our room but when we entered-still trash and wet towels. I would have a hard time recommending this location unless, like us, it was your only alternative

My room was on the second floor and my window was above what appeared to be the pool pump or some other large piece of machinery. There was a constant rumble and whine that was very loud in the room making it difficult to sleep. Around 11 PM I talked with the front desk person and complained about the noise. They did not seem surprised about the complaint. I asked to be put in a room away from the pump. The person said the only other rooms available are rooms near the pump. Apparently this is a known issue and they try to fill the rooms away from the pump first. I asked if they could shut the pump off and they said no there is nothing they can do about it. No other solutions were offered like offering a full refund and assistance to find another hotel.

I give staff high marks for working together to do their best at a poorly managed property. Heavy smoke smell in the first room they gave us (no smoking posted everywhere in the hotel with warning of $150 charge for violation); better but still smoky where they moved us. Room and bathroom fixtures falling off. Carpets dirty. Breakfast pretty thin: no fruit of any description and even no milk on second morning of the stay. WiFi laughably bad—and worse luck, that’s how tv is connected, so tv was spotty to nonexistent. We did not expect luxury, generally travel at 2-star level, but this was one sad experience

I paid for a room with a king size bed and got a room with 2 queens. The beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The towels were microfiber, the bathroom had yellow stains on the floor, there was no where to plug anything in at. The shower head was crusty and the air conditioner made a loud noise. Also breakfast sucked.

The staff appeared to not like their jobs very much. Never smiled and did minimal to help us. The room we think was clean, but it sure looked dirty. I think the hotel needs a remodel. The tape holding the carpet together was tacky.

Older hotel which could use some updating but comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive and would go out of their way to assist in any way. Breakfast was adequate and very fresh. Would very easily return for another stay.

Employee at desk was nice. Our room was right over the front door entrance, so you could hear whenever someone came into hotel, even though there were not many guest this is the room we received. Our TV remote didn't work, employee could not get it to work, she didn't offer to move us into another room. We left the AC off when we left the room for a few hours, when we came in the room it was very musky smelling. No elevator even though we checked in with our elderly mom, we were not asked if we wanted a room on the 1st floor and were given a room on second floor.

The cable has like three working channels and there is no elevator… BUT they let me bring my dog, check in early and Hannah at the desk went out of her way to call me when my room was ready early. Would def stay again!

Place was nice but daytime desk person was rude and quite distasteful for me.Everytime I had contact with he stated i dont really care,also tv reote would've workthe afternoon girlbat deak was very courteous and tried to fix yhe problem but it was never rectified in my opinion i should of had some reduction in my final bill ,but there was his statement i dont reallu care again nice place and town but was unhappy with the above reasons. iI bet every other room in the motel had tv that you could change the channels on

The hotel needs to be updated. I would have thought it was much older. The toilet was so low we could barely get up off of it. Telephone didn't even have a cord attached to it. Wifi was very minimal - had to go to front desk to even log in. The bed was similar to sleeping on a bed of rocks. The front desk staff wasn't helpful or very friendly. We would not return here - would rather drive farther.

Counter Imbecile looked and acted like She was loaded on Drugs, On the phone when I entered so I waited patiently only to be finally told”after handing over my ID”, we don’t have a room for you.! Even though was RESERVED AND PAID FOR THROUGH HOTELS.com 10:30pm had to drive south another 35 minutes away to pay for a $215 room which in my mind was so worth it! What price can you put on Having an Excellent night sleep and Not Dealing with Complete Incompetence. That’s Priceless

Check in was easy. Problem is I reserved a king bed room and was given a double queen room. Was told there was nothing they could do as they were sold out, and I booked months ago! When in fact my sister booked her king bed room a day after I did and she got a king room. If I’m paying $100+ a night for a room I chose I expect to have that room! The hot tub was broke and was stuck with the jets on constantly we couldn’t even sit in it at a casual rest as they were so high, we couldn’t hear each other talk, and it wouldn’t shut off, the timer is broke. The snack machine barely had anything in it, and some items read $2 while other items of the same degree were 34 cents lol the room smelled of BO there was hair in the shower on the walls. The bed was uncomfortable even some parts you could feel the metal framing in the mattress.

If booking through Expedia make sure you tell the clerk what you booked! Seems the system automatically gave us a double queen vice the single king we booked online! I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience! Will stay here again.

When I arrived, there was a note stating that they stepped out. I waited twenty minutes. I rang the doorbell twice and called the hotel number. So we left. We came back twenty minutes later. We got a smoky-smelling room with two queen beds. I registered for a king. We did an exchange of rooms and it was better.

It was wonderful to be so close to the Music Festival. Check in and check out was great. The beds could be upgraded, although it was nice to be closer to the floor,rather than raised beds, but the mattresses seem a little out of date. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity too. The cucumber water looked amazing, when you entered the lobby. The interior was attractive and welcoming. We would stay again anytime!

When I requested a King-size bed during my reservation, which was clearly an available option, the hotel claimed it was a third-party reservation and denied having any available, despite knowing this beforehand. I am certain I am not the first to complain, but their attitude was unacceptable. The free breakfast was also terrible, limited to bagels and coffee. The waffle machine was broken, and the coffee was lukewarm. The dining options in the area are very limited to pizza, burgers, and other quick-service items. While the town is laid-back and the people are wonderful, the food quality is not good. I will never go back there again.

It was fine for clean, just not my standard of clean. It's an older hotel and the wear is obvious on walls, carpet and furniture. The Continental Breakfast was all food full of carbohydrates, no meat or high protein options.

Honestly they have been amazing and caring. Even when I just needed simple thing they went beyond what they should. I got stuck in the area and was so helpful with me being there with my son. Thank you to the staff for their amazing work. The owner should be very proud of them.
