Overall okay property, The room was clean but very tiny, no help for luggage was given, so if u have big bags or multiple bags, it’s very difficult because the car doesn’t go all the way, u have to drag ur luggage on ur own.

Really excellent location - you need a map to find it but a lot of restaurants in quaint courtyards even closer than the Cathedral which is about a 3 minute walk away. Tiny issue - you check-in in the restaurant opposite - put a sign on the door. Very good facilities in a lovely period building. Never got around to going up to the roof. Good friendly staff.

Great location in the Barrio de Santa Cruz!! Many cute restaurants and shops! Very close to the cathedral, Giralda, and Real Alcázar. Be prepared to walk a little with your luggage as the area is pedestrian only.

The staff was absolutely amazing for helping when ever we needed. The location is perfectly located in the heart of the old Sevilla city. The parking is only about 300m away and you will walk through very charming narrow streets to reach your hotel. The room was so cozy with lots of European character.

Hotel heeft geen eigen receptie, je moet naar het hotel Halo (om de hoek )gaan als je wat te vragen hebt! De voordeur is van dik metaal en als die dicht gaat maakt het ontzettend lawaai. kamer was oke en wordt netjes elke dag schoongemaakt. Neem het telefoon nummer van het hotel mee als je laat incheckt want het hotel deur is gesloten.

Great place to stay. You don't get any view by staying here but it was a nice pleasant place to stay. when we got there we had to go to another hotel next door to check in and thats also where the breakfast was. Its a good breakfast. Everything is clean and attractions and restaurants nearby. You have to walk a little to get to your taxi or get picked up but its only a short distance.

Located in a prime position in the Santa Cruz district. The hotel is situated on one of the many narrow alleyways in this area, which is fine during off peak season but will be difficult to navigate in the busy tourist season. The available local maps are difficult to use as they bear little resemblance to the street layout. As tourists will be walking virtually everywhere this is a big issue until you become familiar with the layout. That said, Seville is a wonderful city to visit and has plenty of charm and character.

The room smelled really bad because of the pipes. I asked for an air freshener or something and they didn't do it (they said that usually when rains all properties in Sevilla face the problem) When I was leaving the hotel, I looked under the bed to see if I had dropped something and I saw that the floor was really dirty. If you don’t have company and you are coming back late to the hotel, you couldn’t be able to open both door, you need a person to tap the key again so that person can open the second door. Was not the best experience here

Hotel in posizione ottima nel centro storico, struttura pulita, camera comoda e confortevole e personale molto professionale e attento alle esigenze dell’ospite. Un bel soggiorno in una città davvero incantevole. Consigliato!!

Logement très central et bien situé. Chambre plutôt petite, mais plutôt calme la nuit. En revanche la ruelle devient très bruyante à partir de 7h du matin. La salle dd bain est petite, sans fenêtre et pas ventilée du tout. La VMC est bruyante mais fonctionne mal. Ambiance hamman et mur d'eau assurée. Une tres forte odeur humidité dans la sdb, voire d'égout. A réveil ça voys souleve le coeur. Rapport qualité clairement défavorable. On paie l'emplacement davantage que le confort. Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Bref, convient piur un court séjour, en dépannage...

Hotel cuya principal ventaja es la excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de la Giralda, en pleno centro, en una zona peatonal. Habitación sencilla y bonita, un poco pequeña, pero con cama muy cómoda y muy limpia. La ducha un poco pequeña pero en general un alojamiento práctico y cómodo si quieres visitar el centro

Temiz , güzel bir butik otel. Odalar ufak ama kullanışlı, modern dekorasyonlu. Merkezi sistem klima kullanılıyor. Eski bir yapı olduğu için biraz nem kokusu var ve ısıtma yetersiz kalıyor. Ancak ekstra yorgan istedik hemen geldi. Elemanlar her konuda yardımcı. Ancak Kahvaltısı için aynı iyimserlikte olamayacağım. Gerçekten çok özensiz ve yetersiz kalıyor. 4 gün kaldık. Her gün 1-e-1 aynı ürünler. Yemeye içiniz kaldırmıyor. Hiçbir özen yoktu.Masada bitmiş boş tabaklar. Bardaklar, çatal bıçaklar kirliydi. Sadece oda alınacaksa güzel otel. BB için para verilmez

We were in an internal patio room of the hotel. It was very run down and the bathroom was not great and a difficult to use over the bath shower, it had not been updated since the 80's. The room was incredibly basic. The rest of the hotel seemed nice and the location is fantastic, but the hotel is in need of updating.

Me gustó el hotel, la decoración, la limpieza, la ubicación, la atención del personal de recepción fue de primera. Lo único es que la habitación que me tocó era sumamente calurosa, el aire acondicionado no funciona adecuadamente para refrescar el espacio. Lo reporté pero no cambió nada.

Horrible experience. Although the location is great, service is completely pathetic. Upon check in, the staff in reception were rude. After entering my room there was no toilet paper and when I contacted front desk they sent napkins and said “good night”. No customer care whatsoever! The AC didnt work at all so the room was really hot at night, and the bed… oh my god…like sleeping ina the floor. Horrible pillows, horrible mattress. I guess i fell for the trap of “bouitique hotel” which i associated to quality and small details. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The hotel was lovely our room was clean, quaint and beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was a bother. We had complementary drinks on the roof top bar which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here as it is also so close to all of the big sites and just a very comfy lovely place.
The hotel was lovely our room was clean, quaint and beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was a bother. We had complementary drinks on the roof top bar which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here as it is also so close to all of the big sites and just a very comfy lovely place.

The ‘quaint’ old world style and charm of this hotel was authentic and really blended well with the area. It was close EVERYTHING! The staff did a great job every day with our room and I can’t forget ‘Carlos’ who helped us with check in and throughout our 1 week stay. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a classic small hotel with a ‘local’ vibe.

Gorgeous little hotel in the Santa Cruz barrio. Walkable to everything. The room was small but laid out so nicely that it felt fine. Staff was lovely. Shower pressure was good and bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Quando cheguei, o ar condicionado do quarto já estava estragado, o hotel sabia e mesmo assim me colocaram naquele quarto. Precisei pedir 3 vezes para conseguir um travesseiro menor. O café da manhã não é bom, nem queijo oferecem. O quarto não é muito grande, mas limpo e bem decorado. Os atendentes são gentis, não muito eficientes para solucionar os problemas, isso inclui o gerente. Com a questão do ar condicionado estragado, sugeriu que eu abrisse a janela quando não estivesse no quarto (como o apartamento é no térreo, as pessoas passavam olhando para dentro), mas obviamente o problema de não ter o ar quando eu estivesse no quarto,quente e sem ar, pois não era possível abrir a janela. Especial agradecimento ao Mazy, sempre muito prestativo e gentil.

Horrible experience. Although the location is great, service is completely pathetic. Upon check in, the staff in reception were rude. Really excellent location - you need a map to find it but a lot of restaurants in quaint courtyards even closer than the Cathedral which is about a 3 minute walk away. Tiny issue - you check-in in the restaurant opposite - put a sign on the door. Very good facilities in a lovely period building. Never got around to going up to the roof. Good friendly staff.

Great location in the Barrio de Santa Cruz!! Many cute restaurants and shops! Very close to the cathedral, Giralda, and Real Alcázar. Be prepared to walk a little with your luggage as the area is pedestrian only.

Located in a prime position in the Santa Cruz district. The hotel is situated on one of the many narrow alleyways in this area, which is fine during off peak season but will be difficult to navigate in the busy tourist season. The available local maps are difficult to use as they bear little resemblance to the street layout. As tourists will be walking virtually everywhere this is a big issue until you become familiar with the layout. That said, Seville is a wonderful city to visit and has plenty of charm and character.

Great place to stay. You don't get any view by staying here but it was a nice pleasant place to stay. when we got there we had to go to another hotel next door to check in and thats also where the breakfast was. Its a good breakfast. Everything is clean and attractions and restaurants nearby. You have to walk a little to get to your taxi or get picked up but its only a short distance.

Temiz , güzel bir butik otel. Odalar ufak ama kullanışlı, modern dekorasyonlu. Merkezi sistem klima kullanılıyor. Eski bir yapı olduğu için biraz nem kokusu var ve ısıtma yetersiz kalıyor. Bottom line: disappointing. Long version: there is no access to the hotel by car. It is a 6 minute walk with luggage from an expensive public parking lot. The check in spot was unclear from the reservation confirmation and there were 2 adresses provided. The room is very small. Breakfast was embarrassing. One type of cheese. One fruit. Minimal bread. Several serving plates stood empty and we needed to ask several times for them to be refilled. when we asked the staff for cappuccino (there was a cappuccino machine which was working) we were referred to an automated coffee machine and eventually we bought proper coffee in a nearby cafe Last, my partner felt ill. We asked for extra 2 hours but late check out was only possible for an extra fee.
