Room was decent. Bad too hard. Microwave interior was dirty. TV limited. Ice machine broken. No coffee. No hair dryer. No deadbolt on door. Gaps around door allowing light to come through. Office person was extremely pleasant.

I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling over the bed has water damage and part of it is hanging down. I wore my shoes the whole time because the carpet felt crusty. This place needs some serious work done or closed down.

Staff was great, at the check in desk. The room was terrible. Tattered carpeting with multiple pet stains and white tape holding tears in place. Bath towels were like sand paper they were so rough and worn out. The sheets were clean, but I’ll not be back, ever. Way over priced for such a distressed property.
