Room and staff were amazing. Clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall was the parking. We stayed 4 nights and the park at our room was taken for a majority of the time by other patrons with multiple cars for their room. Not really the fault of the property, but possibly implement a one car per room rule. And no visitors parking.

This was a great safe location for me to have a toddler and child by myself. I felt comfortable going in and out and the carpark was convenient to the room door which made it easy with the toddler. There was more room than I expected and the staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

My adult daughter and I loved the Arthur Phillip Motel. The room was a really good size, super clean and there was all we needed to warm up/cook some items in the microwave and not only tea and coffee options provided , but biscuits too. The bathroom had plenty of counter space for our toiletries. The motel has its own lovely grassy area with picnic tables. And outside each unit, a small table and chairs.

Very friendly staff. Toilet was not so clean when we arrived. Smoke alarm missing ... apparently they're waiting for an electrician. WiFi was VERY patchy. They have apparently upgraded their system three times and it's still not working properly. Large room. quiet area.

Very quiet location, grounds are very well maintained. Would be lovely to sit outside in warmer weather. I don’t remember the last time I walked into an immaculately clean room! The facilities were perfect. We will be back!

The place is comfy when we entered. Though we had some difficulty contacting the reception, finally to our relief we are able to contact them. They should have a whatsapp number as we are tourist with a foreign number. However, we were disappointed with their towels and bedding sheets as it doesn't have fresh fragrance but kind of musky smell. Bathroom floor was slippery when wet and hair dryer was not working. We couldn't get it replaced immediately as reception was closed from 8pm. The attending housekeeping staff was friendly and attended to our needs immediately when approached.

This was the worst of a number of properties we have stayed at in Phillip Island. The Hosts on arrival did not show us how to access power or wi fi codes or wish us a nice stay. The reception area supposed to be open 9 to 5 pm but was constantly shut during these times. The most annoying thing however was the water pressure for showers in dribbles out only have never seen as bad. I have never given a review before and due to lack of being able to have a shower we actually left a day early. All our friends will be made aware of our experience. Regards Steve Richards

Property is a scam, messages 20 mins before closing to advise no late check in and would not answer there phone prior to booking, after message was sent and still wont answer there phones since. Would highly not recommend. We were left without accommodation for the night.

Room was great, so was the location. No staff at property for check in at about 4pm not at checkout at around 8.30am. Renovation going on three units up from 7.30am. Tv remote not working well and shower head kept falling down. Spa was wonderful.

Affordable, simple and straightforward motel-type accommodation with a touch of comfort and congeniality in the heart of Phillip Island; property is a short drive to the Esplanade, the Penguin Parade, Churchill Island and other places of interest on the island; Pauline welcomed us warmly and facilitated a stress-free check-in; clean and spacious queen room with spa bath; basic amenities but provided in abundance including fresh towels on a daily basis; we enjoyed our 3 nights stay; I will stay here again if I am on the island again in the future!

This hotel was exceptional! It was one of the best we've ever stayed at! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was wonderful, and the surroundings were so peaceful! We loved sitting at the cafe table outside with our coffee watching all the beautiful birds! Parking was free and easy, there was all the creature comforts provided (microwave, fridge, water kettle, cookies and coffee, etc), and the room was very clean. We were close by lots of fun wildlife activities, and there were lots of dining options. We had a fun and relaxing visit here, and would definitely go back! I highly recommend this place!

I liked that rhe beds were very comfy, there was a toaster and crockery to make breakfast, they provided a whole pack of biscuits to go with a cup of tea and the free water and chocolate were wonderful idea. Nothing we didnt like

It’s easy to access the property. The size of the room was considered large and there’s ample of space for our two big luggages. Room was clean and well maintained. Hotel owner was so considerate, they provided us two bottles of water, a pack of biscuits, a bar of chocolate, tea and coffee and cream for free. There’s also a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster in the room which is quite handy for a simple breakfast. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Owner was very friendly. Will definitely come back next time.
