Great place to stay with great view, but I wish they can put coffee machines in rooms and breakfast could have a few more options, like for example, yogurt with granola, salmon, or something like that. Also, because they do not serve lunch and dinner, rooms should have small refrigerators to store snack and food. Only for those reasons I am giving 4 starts.

Excellent location and very easy to get too. Rooms a very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and danishes were delicious and cooked fresh to order each morning. They do have one of the slowest elevator in the world! We would definitely recommend this place. Great time!

This B&B is located in a beautiful, well kept Victorian Inn. Rooms are large and each one unique. When you register you place your order for your hot breakfast choice for the morning. There are also pastries, fresh fruit, juice, cereal, coffee etc available. There are limited food choices, cereal and fruit, in the evening if you find yourself hungry. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and had a lot of different options. There was a communal fridge in the lounge that was stocked with water bottles. The rooms were very clean and we loved the view from our balcony. The grounds were spacious and quaint, and there was ample parking. Some things we wished were better during our stay: our bed was creaky and seemed a little old, the air conditioner in our original room was broken and we were moved to a different room but our new room had a smaller washroom and no closet to hang our clothes, and we weren’t able to eat in our rooms and would not be able to access the lounge after 10pm. We look forward to staying here again for more than just a night. We didn’t have time to walk from the hotel to the falls (only 15 min!) but we’ll be sure to do that next time

The hotel was quaint and is quite old but well kept. Very convenient to everything especially if you have a car. (5-10min drive to most things). People were lovely, included bfast was amazingly delicious and shower had amazing pressure. Only negatives is under the surface you start to see the issues. Black stuff in the showers (could be mold) , could be cleaned better (bath seat, corners, some part of walls, bottom of shower curtain), on the private balcony lamps could afford a good wash, fences could be cleared of cobwebs and a bit rickety. This was also one of the cheaper places in the area and I think you are getting well within your moneys worth. But I wouldn’t go as far as giving the boutique designation. Still a good stay and pros outweigh cons

Too rustic and Overpriced!! All-in, was ~$500/night. Room as unkept with peeling wallpaper, paint chips, etc. shower area was mouldy including ceiling. Windows did not have screens. The property was noisy with traffic but more so from within; walks are thin so when one family is up, the house is up. We frequent the area and stay overnight often. There is better value for your money elsewhere. We stayed for three nights. On a very positive note, Staff were great as was our daily breakfast prepared fresh.

I hate to start with what we were surprised about but this is the first question. We were shocked at the state of the gardens and the building outside, so much so that we almost wanted to leave. However, we went in and asked to view the room we booked. When we did, it looked lovely so we hesitantly decided to stay. It was lovely and the linens were fresh and clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We were very happy we deciddd to stay. So yes, it’s a work in progress but it will not negatively affect your enjoyment of your stay at this property. Please, get a gardener quick so the outside matches the inside as soon as possible. But, if you concentrate on the inside and your room, you’ll be as happy as can be-just like we were:)

Small parking area. Area around property not well maintained. Rooms recently renovated, but our two queen bed room has faulty floor in part of bedroom that made loud noise and sunk down when stepped on. One of the bed Aalto made loud noise when even making little movements. Daughter did not get well sleep due to the noise. Hotel declined to move us to different room after addressing concerns

Our stay here was amazing! The room was as pictured, spacious, clean with a lot of light. The bathroom was spacious as well boasting a wonderful rain showerhead. We stayed in the King Historic Patio and it had a large patio where we had a great view of the river. The breakfast was amazing and the facility overall was extremely charming. Its a great place to stay if visiting the falls. Will definitely return!

One of the most unique and enjoyable stays my wife and i have ever shared. The room was an amazing collection of antique furniture and the bed was truly unbelievable. Views are beautiful at night and during the day a great view of the Niagara Gorge. Its close to everything in the Falls and minutes from restaurants and Clifton Hill. Breakfast was a surprise, quality everything and coffee, lots of coffee. All our hostesses were terrific, very friendly and thoughtful. Yes we are coming back, and we are bringing our family and friends with us. Highly recommend! Mike and Sue

Room was real good. Washroom and shower were excellent. Balcony was a joke. Basically a door that opened to a 1 foot balcony that you couldnt squeeze onto to enjoy the outside. Bed was rock hard. Could have thrown a quilt on the floor and it may have been softer. If the bed was just average i would have rated the room excellent.

This is a very lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful and quiet area overlooking the Niagara River gorge. It was easily walkable to the falls and to the bustle of Clifton Street and the choice of restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the King suite where we enjoyed the spacious room, balcony, upgraded bath fixtures and an incredibly comfortable bed. The cook-to-order breakfast was top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Location was easy to get to, staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great. Bed was a little stiff and the road was a little noisy at times with cards driving by. Could also hear noise from the hall / elevator during the night. Overall good stay, room was very clean.

This was a great small boutique hotel. We had the Queen Penthouse, which was gorgeous. The view was great, the rooms were spacious and well decorated. The staff were kind and thoughtful. Wish the patio was ready, as the weather was perfect for coffee overlooking the river in the morning, but no complaints.

Inn was quaint. Room was great. Service was amazing. My only complaint was that the hallway outside room 201 was ridiculously loud starting at 7 am. It is across from the elevator. So constant dinging of elevator bells, chatter, and doors slamming as other guests were going to breakfast. I’d go again in a heartbeat. But won’t stay in that room!! Highly recommend some soundproofing on that door!!!

Couple,of suggestions. Use two ply toilet paper. You need some kind of stand in the shower, there is no place to put shampoo or soap except the floor. A large mirror on the back door of closet would help. Mirror in bathroom too small. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. All staff first rate and helpful. A bit pricey but it was the holiday weekend. The gentleman at the front desk Saturday night was great. The woman in the kitchen Sunday morning was so nice and helpful. She helped with the food and reception when everyone’s keys stopped working. But the man/chef in the kitchen on Sunday morning was very rude to her. We could hear him swearing or swearing at her in the kitchen. She didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way.

This was a fabulous place to stay! We thought the staff was highly competent, so knowledgeable about the area and activities, and so willing to accommodate us. Stella, Sarah and Olivia made us feel welcome and well cared for! The chef made breakfast (at the times we requested) that was wonderful. We would highly recommend Niagara Grandview to anyone coming to see the Falls in Canada.

We're locals who were getting away for a night of peaceful relaxation before returning to real life from the holiday break. That said, we've been to the chain hotels before that are closer to attractions but I'll likely choose this hotel or a similar one before going back to those others. For the price - you can't beat the service, hospitality, amazing personal chef prepared food, friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, and free parking to boot! Conveniently located with great Niagara River views, walking distance to the Falls and Clifton Hill, and just resonates with historical charm. Don't sleep on this option .. sleep AT this option. Just wish we had more time to enjoy it all before reality set back in.

Beautiful historic home! Amazing breakfasts! You select your meal the day before and chef will specially prepare it for you. Rooms are VERY clean. Some of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill Street and the falls. GREAT location!!! Also has parking included!!!

I had an amazing one-night stay at this place! The hospitality was incredible, with a wide variety of treats available throughout the day—pastries, corn, coffee, all sorts of tea, milk, cream, and fresh fruits—all complimentary and self-serve. It’s such a thoughtful touch, and it made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was served at a convenient hour, which was perfect for our schedule. The location was great, with parking right next to our place, making it super easy and hassle-free. The air conditioning was fantastic, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay, and the bathroom was spotless and with all kinds of towels. If I had to mention one minor downside, it’s that the TV didn’t offer popular streaming options like Netflix or Prime, which would have been nice for some indoor relaxation. Absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect; an easy 15 min walk to the Falls and did not have to deal with finding parking or being in the crowded more touristy areas We had a late arrival and the inn keeper waited up to greet us and make sure he got our order for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast selection was excellent: Delicious homemade pastries and several entrees to choose from. The room was spacious and clean and the updated bathroom was fantastic. It was one of the best showers I have encountered at any hotel! Highly recommend this very affordable, convenient and lovely Bed and Breakfast

This is an incredible bed-and-breakfast that I’ve always wanted to stay in, but it’s super expensive in high season. We got a great deal to go in January and we loved this place. The service was amazing. The home cooked breakfast in the morning was fabulous and there were just so many other little things that made it such a special weekend. I highly recommend visiting.
