Best hotel to stay at in Greenville with a family. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like is that every morning the breakfast area was crowded and you could not get a great breakfast, along the fact that after some time they took the coffee creamer from the coffee bar because people were taking excessive amounts back to their rooms so couldn’t even enjoy a cup of coffee after that. Other then that the pool was awesome, my kids enjoyed it and I would recommend if your looking for a family friendly place to stay in Greenville nc.

Loved this property! Clean, tons of space, super comfortable beds & pillows and the softest towels I've ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was perfect & 24 hour coffee bar is a plus! Highly recommend!

Check in was smooth- super kind staff! Our room was not as we expected. We reserved a King but received 2 Queen beds. No biggie. The room itself was fairly clean but did have a stale odor. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better around the outside of the tub/floor. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The pool was closed/locked which was disappointing.

Breakfast was awesome!! Our room smelled musty, sewer when you first walked into it. The jetted hot tub didn’t operate and had to call maintenance. The doors in the back that are supposed to be locked and opened with the card key opened regardless..

We stayed in Room 127 this morning after arriving at 0230 hrs. At check in, the gentleman pronounced my name incorrectly and proceeded to tell me he was close enough when I corrected him. I expected proper DEI etiquette when working with customers with unique names. Then when we entered the room, there was a dead bug on the floor, a used plastic knife at the desk, hair all over the bathroom floor and on the pillows, black smudges on the pillows, both beds had dirty /stains on the covers, the sheet on the bed closest to the door had rips and tears in the sheet. This was a filthy room and we could not call the front desk because the phone was not working. I told Nadine this morning all my concerns and dissatisfaction.

Staff was friendly and overall first impression was a decent one. Sadly, I woke in the night feeling itchy and told myself I was being silly. But my daughter woke me up an hour later experiencing the same thing. After looking through the bedding, we indeed found bugs. We are traveling home as I type covered with bites.

Could use more detailed cleaning in corners and baseboards in common hallways. Be prepared I reserved a jacuzzi suite tub was dirty with ring around the tub and hair. I always clean those tubs regardless before I get in was disappointed that detail was missed. Checked for bugs initially nothing was found. Went to lay down for the night and a random cockroach ran across the bed. Seemed to be a incidental moment upon rechecking nothing was found again. Not a bad place just mediocre as I expected for Greenville.

It's just ok. The room was clean enough.. The a/c heating unit was extremely noisy..when it turned on it had a terrible rattling and screechy noise that settled down after about a minute. But this happened every single time it turned on...all night long. The breakfast would keep you from starving to death but wasn't very good. Id only stay there again if there were abs no other options.

We had a great stay! We loved that there were 3 beds in our room, the room was quiet and clean, decent breakfast (eggs, sausage, real oatmeal, waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, etc.), and the 24-hour coffee bar had AMAZING coffee! We would definitely recommend BW Plus Suites and would stay there again.

Rooms are spacious, and well maintained. Only negative was that the beds are so soft, you end up rolling into a middle of the bed bowl, that you have to climb out of to turn. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was a basset hound just down the hall from us that was noisy at times. Obviously that not a regular occurrence. Front desk was very nice. It was easy to get around Greenville from this location.

The host was arrogant and defiant about my dog being a service dog and having to pay for a former retired police dog. I mean extremely arrogant energy. Didn’t need it. After a 8 hour drive.

We have stayed here numerous times. They must have new staff as everyone was not welcoming. The lady at the front said the bare minimum when checking us in. On checkout day, before we could step out of the elevator, the housekeeping lady rudely asked what room we were in. Literally before we got off the elevator. I just felt rushed and unappreciated. ALSO before we left our room, someone came busting through the door. Thankfully we had it latched, but they didn’t knock, didn’t say housekeeping, just used their keycard and busted through. It was only 9AM, so there was no need for that.

Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The breakfast was awesome! My daughters loved the waffles. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly. We will certainly be back.

My stay at the Best Western in Greenville was EXCELLENT!!!!! First, Ricky at the front desk was great. If there was anything I needed he was on top of it. For example, I needed extra pillows for my fiance. At other hotels I have to explain why I need extra pillows and its always a hassle. However, Ricky said give me a sec and then he delivered the pillows. This is just one example of the type of service he provided for our stay. Second, the continental breakfast attendant Bobby. He was great, he made sure everything was sanitary and clean. Plus, he provided great conversation. Overall, the service was excellent and I recommend anyone staying in Greenville to book with Best Western.

Property was clean. Good location. Staff efficient. Very comfortable beds. We met family for breakfast so we didn't eat at the hotel. It looked nice from what we could see. We were in town for a wedding. Several people we met, mentioned this hotel is where their out of town family and friends always say. We would stay here again.
