Lovely boutique hotel . The breakfast on the roof terrace was worth every penny. Would stay again when we go back to Seville. The staff were all so friendly and gave us some great tips.

Great location, right in the heart of the old city. Nice room, we had a room right at the top with a terrace/balcony. Bathroom could no with a refresh/update but otherwise everything was great. Very helpful pleasant staff

Charming hotel in a great location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and good hospitality. Really cute rooftop with tables and chairs. The only complaint is that from our room we could hear everything happening in the lobby and constantly heard the front door opening and closing. Also you can hear the cathedral bells every hour.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. It is an older property and the room is a little aged, but has a nice charm to it. The bathroom was tight in a couple of spots and the shower was small. The internet worked well and it had a nice rooftop area. The hotel was OK as far as accommodations but great as far as location.

The property was very comfortable and the staff was very helpfull and friendly. The location has easy access to all attractions and great bars and restaurants. Being in the city centre right on the road it was noisy from the traffic. I would not recommend the location if you are driving parking was hard to find and we had to opt in for another parking garage as we missed the closest and it would make us go around the city centre again as it is a one-way street. Overall we had a great stay at this place.

We chose this hotel because of its location. It is a small hotel in the heart of Sevilla. You can walk almost anywhere from it to most of the popular sights. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and comfortable. The rooftop is nice to have a drink or breakfast. There is a view of the cathedral.

Location of property is excellent. The property itself is a little tired and in need of some love. The floor in our bedroom was dirty which we found out after dropping water on it and having to clean it up. The towel was black after mopping up the water. The staff are indifferent - not good or bad. The services were non existent.

Great location and nice staff. Property is not well maintained. In my room, TV was hung almost on the ceiling and it don’t work. Phone did not work. Mini fridge did not work. No A/C and no windows. Bathroom sinks were coming off the wall. Bathroom mirrors were rusty.

What a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Seville. My room was spotless , the bed so comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had breakfast on the terrace and in the lobby …both were delicious. A wonderful place to stay

We were upgraded to a penthouse. I would hate to think what the superior was like that we had booked. Stains, broken floor tiles, aircon that took an hour to work and was noisy all night.

When we checked after a long day the wifi and tv were not working. The person on call didn’t know how to correct the issue, it was corrected the following day. I highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location and within walking distance to everything! The room was huge and had very high ceilings which was nice. The bed was large but could have been more comfortable. We booked a grand deluxe room with a balcony that was supposed to have a view of the cathedral but the balcony was quite tiny and the windows were dirty so we couldn’t really see outside or stand on the balcony, so it wasn’t really worth it for that upgrade, although the size of the room made up for it. Breakfast was good and nice to have the option to be served in our room! The rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the cathedral. Service was excellent. Shower had great water pressure. Overall a good stay.

So I booked what was described as a “Penthouse Room” and decided to pay a premium and splurge on a nice room for a few days in Seville only to find that the room was not the one pictured at all. Presumably the one in the photos is 302. 301 is a very small, very plain room and absolutely not worth the money. On top of that the safe did not work and the AC was out the whole time I was there and it was 90 degrees plus each day and and the room faces west and gets a ton of light and heat in the afternoon. I was told it wouldn’t be fixed until after I left. To remedy the situation I was given a portable unit powered by ice cubes. On the positive side, the lobby is beautiful and the hotel is centrally located which makes it easy to get everywhere you want to be but also means you are tripping over tourists every time you step out and there’s a lot of noise and activity. If I had it to do over I would have stayed in Santa Cruz or even Triana.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check in was easy. Neighborhood is great. The deluxe king room was amazing. Spacious with a good bed and balcony, it was worth the additional cost. I'd get at least one breakfast on the terrace, you have a great view of the cathedral.

Very nice family run hotel. Easy walking to everything, in middle of restaurants, bars and very near the Cathedral. Hotel itself was very quite to have siesta in the midday away from the heat. The rooms have lovely aircon and really comfortable beds. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Stayed 4 nights the last week of March 2025. The service was excellent. Marco, the person who checked us in and gave us a Marco was so helpful throughout or stay. Every morning he was there to give us free coffee, call us a taxi or just give us tips. The hotel was very nice (old but nice). The bed was comfortable and being able to control the room temperature was key (March in Spain can still be warm). The bathroom was fine and came with all the shampoo and soap you need. The door was hard to open so maybe watch out for that. We did not partake of the breakfast so can not comment on that. The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to most sights, a great bar steps away from the hotel and plenty of food around. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

Casa de Colon is a nice boutique hotel within convenient walking distance to many shops & restaurants. The Cathedral and Alcazar are plaza are short walks away. Marco and the hotel staff are warm and welcoming and he provided recommendations to places to dine. They offer a continental style breakfast which we enjoyed on our room patio terrace. You can hear the church bells ringing which is a nice touch however they ring all night long on the hour, so I would recommend bringing ear plugs to help you get uninterrupted sleep. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Colon and loved our visit to Sevilla!

Muito bem localizado e limpo. Tirando isso, muitos problemas. Colchão e travesseiros de baixa qualidade, quarto com cheiro de umidade e com praticamente nenhuma luz natural e, o pior de tudo, as moças da recepção bastante rudes. Fiquei 5 noites e no check out sequer perguntaram se havia corrido tudo bem.

A notre arrivée on nous a proposé de réserver nos billets pour les visites en nous disant que c'était sur les sites officiels. Nous avons payé 55.40 € 2 entrées avec audioguide (en réalité appli qui ne fonctionnait pas sur un des 2 tel) pour l'Alcazar, non par sur le site officiel mais par l'intermédiaire de Ponchotour. Nous avons payé 55.40 € 2 entrées avec audioguide (en réalité appli qui ne fonctionnait pas sur un des 2 tel) pour l'Alcazar, non par sur le site officiel mais par l'intermédiaire de Ponchotour. I loved my stay at the hotel! When I arrived there was a cycling race that was going to make getting to the hotel harder, but the manager was constantly giving me real time updates to keep me updated and help me with my arrival. This made me a lot less stressed, and I really appreciated his extra effort in making my stay easier. The room itself was also very nice, and the location is great! I would recommend this place to a friend!

This small hotel is an absolute gem. Its location — between the Sevilla Cathedral and Plaza de San Francisco — can’t be beat. It’s close to everything, including the tram and an EA bus stop to/from the airport. Although there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the same street, it was very quiet.

The property was very comfortable and the staff was very helpfull and friendly. The location has easy access to all attractions and great bars and restaurants. Being in the city centre right on the road it was noisy from the traffic. I would not recommend the location if you are driving parking was hard to find and we had to opt in for another parking garage as we missed the closest and it would make us go around the city centre again as it is a one-way street. Overall we had a great stay at this place.

Perfect location and within walking distance to everything! The room was huge and had very high ceilings which was nice. The bed was large but could have been more comfortable. We booked a grand deluxe room with a balcony that was supposed to have a view of the cathedral but the balcony was quite tiny and the windows were dirty so we couldn’t really see outside or stand on the balcony, so it wasn’t really worth it for that upgrade, although the size of the room made up for it. Breakfast was good and nice to have the option to be served in our room! The rooftop terrace had a wonderful view of the cathedral. Service was excellent. Shower had great water pressure. Overall a good stay.

Casa de Colon is a nice boutique hotel within convenient walking distance to many shops & restaurants. The Cathedral and Alcazar are plaza are short walks away. Marco and the hotel staff are warm and welcoming and he provided recommendations to places to dine. They offer a continental style breakfast which we enjoyed on our room patio terrace. You can hear the church bells ringing which is a nice touch however they ring all night long on the hour, so I would recommend bringing ear plugs to help you get uninterrupted sleep. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Colon and loved our visit to Sevilla!
