The Bell & Stuart House

Lovely stay, the staff were fantastic and the room was lovely and they looked after us and our pooch!

The Bell is nice but our room was in a different house and quite a walk from the pub. That was not disclosed in my booking. The room did not have a safe and the door was not fireproof, the light from the hallway came both over and under the door. Old and quirky indeed. The decor was cute and the mini bar well stocked. The breakfast was excellent and I recommend the lamb for dinner. The service is good, would have stayed for a drink at the bar if my room hadn’t been so far away.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The room was good, can tell it's an old building as the floor was not level, which effected the bed, but was still okay. The amenities were good, our coffee machine wasnt working, but when i saw one of th The hotel has very little parking, enough for 5/6 cars, however there is a public car park right next to the hotel, which is free for an overnight stay. Check in was smooth.

the room was nice and cozy. we booked late that same day and we received the stuart house room. great location. the staff in the morning were so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was really nice.
