Very charming boutique hotel with renovated rooms and bathrooms that still maintained great historic character. A little difficult to get to by taxi since it’s in the heart of the Piazza town center with pedestrians only allows but that’s what made it very cool and safe to walk everywhere. 5 minute walk to the Riva waterfront. I recommend taking the hotel up on the complimentary golf cart pickup where the taxis drop you or reserve the hotel car from airport to hotel for a seamless arrival. They also gave us a complimentary ride to the ferry terminal for our trip to Hvar. Excellent complimentary breakfast and coffee. Sandra at the front desk was very knowledgeable of the area and the restaurants and very helpful! We will be back for sure next trip.

We were met by the hotel staff at our arrival at the gate to the old town and escorted to our hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was beyond helpful in every aspect. Have even arranged a golf cart to drive us and our luggage to the bus depot!

Brilliant hotel. Great location surrounded by amazing restaurants & close to the waterfront. The staff were beyond brilliant, very helpful setting up the parking and restaurant reservations and generally helpful and courteous! Comfy beds & great water pressure in the shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

The staff at the hotel were amazingly hospitable. They actually sent someone to the ferry to chauffeur our car inside the city giving us celebrity drop off service since the hotel is in the middle of pedestrian only zone filled with any and everything you could want. The hotel fit and finish rivals and possibly exceeds the White House! - right-sized for the historical city square but very upscale inside with new renovation. Well worth the cost of straying and since we actually just staged our return flight back to the US we’re actually sorry we just did a “touch & go” and didn’t stay longer after several weeks on Brac. I personally think Split can’t be more charming than from a stay at the Piazza!

I like the location of this property . It’s walkable to all areas you need to go , dining options are abundant and the staff are nice and helpful . You must call the hotel staff upon arrival to meet you outside . The area is pedestrian only but it’s not that far , highly recommend

I will run out of superlatives to describe how well we were treated during our stay in this very lovely hotel. The hotel was right smack in the middle of the best plaza by the Palace. We were picked up by Mario from the airport and he also brought us to the airport when we left — and I cannot appreciate enough the fact the he walked so far just so that he can carry our bags for us, especially since I have elderly parents. We were very grateful to him. We then had the pleasure of meeting Mira — who took care of us the entire time. First she upgraded us to the best room of the hotel overlooking the square, then she allowed us to leave our luggages with her when we went to Dubrovnik for a few days. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and beautiful like a movie star! She is the spitting image of Linda Fiorentino from Men in Black. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful with an amazing balcony. The bathroom was equally lovely. I can’t wait to go back to Split just so that I can see Mira and Mario again. Thank you for everything!

The location is great. Take advantage of the parking assistance too. They will help you park the car and bring you back to the hotel. We even left the car there for 2 days while we went out to one of the islands and they met us at the dock with our car. Wonderful wonderful staff.

Very luxurious and large rooms. Common areas of property have high end feel and well decorated. Right in centre of old town which is convenient except getting luggage to and from hotel. 5-10 min walk to closest road for taxi, etc

We booked 3 king size rooms and they were fantastic! The front desk arranged airport transportation as well. Then got our luggage for 6 adults to the yacht! It doesn’t get any better than this!!!

At times there was an odor of sewage in tge bathroom. The proprty uses centuries old sewage systems so ofor .ight have been expected. We bought a soy candle which took care of the situation. The staff was amazing and especially helpful to two older travelers on their first trip to Croatia

Extremely welcoming staff. The hotel is within the walled old city so it is pedestrian only. The desk staff went above and beyond and escorted us to the uber stop outside the walls to catch a very early ride to the airport. The room was very nice and extremely clean, and in a great location within the old city.

Large room with high ceilings. Plenty of space. Very convenient location as your right in the walled city. The staff was most accommodating in all manners. Had to leave early morning for flight out, so they prepared a box breakfast for us, and the hotel staff even escorted us to the taxi pickup area at 5:00 AM to ensure we found it outside the walled city. Would stay again if in Splt.

Perfect location in the center of everything. Easy to get to from the water and the staff went above and beyond. They provided help with luggage from our arrival point and gave us a packed breakfast on our long tour day and towels to take on another excursion.

We were picked up by Mario from the airport and he also brought us to the airport when we left — and I cannot appreciate enough the fact the he walked so far just so that he can carry our bags for us, especially since I have elderly parents. We were very grateful to him. We then had the pleasure of meeting Mira — who took care of us the entire time. First she upgraded us to the best room of the hotel overlooking the square, then she allowed us to leave our luggages with her when we went to Dubrovnik for a few days. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and beautiful like a movie star! She is the spitting image of Linda Fiorentino from Men in Black. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful with an amazing balcony. The bathroom was equally lovely. I can’t wait to go back to Split just so that I can see Mira and Mario again. Thank you for everything!

The location is great. Take advantage of the parking assistance too. They will help you park the car and bring you back to the hotel. We even left the car there for 2 days while we went out to one of the islands and they met us at the dock with our car. Wonderful wonderful staff.

We booked 3 king size rooms and they were fantastic! The front desk arranged airport transportation as well. Then got our luggage for 6 adults to the yacht! It doesn’t get any better than this!!!

The hotel is located in the center of the Old town in Split. It was a perfect location that was central to Splite Old Town and also to the front seaport area. The staff was very friendly and helpful! 10 Plus!! I recommend it to anyone staying in Split! It also had a kitchen area that was really nice.

Very charming boutique hotel with renovated rooms and bathrooms that still maintained great historic character. A little difficult to get to by taxi since it’s in the heart of the Piazza town center with pedestrians only allows but that’s what made it very cool and safe to walk everywhere. 5 minute walk to the Riva waterfront. I recommend taking the hotel up on the complimentary golf cart pickup where the taxis drop you or reserve the hotel car from airport to hotel for a seamless arrival. They also gave us a complimentary ride to the ferry terminal for our trip to Hvar. Excellent complimentary breakfast and coffee. Sandra at the front desk was very knowledgeable of the area and the restaurants and very helpful! We will be back for sure next trip.

We were met by the hotel staff at our arrival at the gate to the old town and escorted to our hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was beyond helpful in every aspect. Have even arranged a golf cart to drive us and our luggage to the bus depot!

Large room with high ceilings. Plenty of space. Very convenient location as your right in the walled city. The staff was most accommodating in all manners. Had to leave early morning for flight out, so they prepared a box breakfast for us, and the hotel staff even escorted us to the taxi pickup area at 5:00 AM to ensure we found it outside the walled city. Would stay again if in Splt.

Perfect location in the center of everything. Easy to get to from the water and the staff went above and beyond. They provided help with luggage from our arrival point and gave us a packed breakfast on our long tour day and towels to take on another excursion.

Beware hotel room description is misleading. We had the studio suite and the description said '1 king bed/2 single beds and 1 queen bed'. However the room DOES Not have a queen bed, it is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. When we complained, staff blamed it on Hotel.com, but didn't really do anything it. Breakfast is awful - don't bother. Breakfast is next door to the hotel. Staff are rude, very limited choice, no explanation as to what is included in the breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, which were not cooked thoroughly and gave us a funny stomach. Toast was burnt, and when asked for another toast the second one was burnt again! However, location is amazing and extremely convenient. Hotel is spotless and room was very clean.
