The Marist Hotel Kadikoy

Very good stay at the hotel, Clean, all the essential needed to rest and get ready to visit the city. Close to the water front, Metro, kadikoy markets and restaurants.... Slightly bad sound insulation but didn't bother us that much the road is that very busy

I could not use hot water. When I checked out, I explained a staff, but he only said "ok".

This was my second stay at The Marist Hotel Kadikoy, and once again everything was excellent. I came back for a reason. The hotel is a real hidden gem among so many options in Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect. You’re just a short walk from the Kadikoy ferry terminals, which makes it incredibly easy to hop on a ferry and reach other parts of Istanbul in no time. At the same time, all the main streets, cafés, restaurants, shops, and the lively atmosphere of Kadikoy are only a few minutes away on foot. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel feels like a comfortable little base to come back to after a long day exploring the city. For me, the combination of location, convenience, and overall experience is hard to beat. If I return to Kadikoy again, The Marist will definitely be one of my first choices. Highly recommended!

Really lovely staff and clean rooms. Good location and not too far from main train station. Room was on the smaller side but great value for what it is.

The location is great, the hotel itself is fine, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. We stayed for 7 days, and every time we placed the cleaning tag on the door, the staff only replaced towels, refilled toilet paper, and emptied the bins. The room was never properly cleaned — the floors remained dusty throughout our stay, and no wet cleaning was done at all. For the price, I expected a much better level of cleanliness and housekeeping service. Even after a one-night stay, rooms are usually cleaned thoroughly after checkout, so during a week-long stay I expected at least three proper cleaning. This definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, the hotel is good overall.
