This is not a hotel. Extremely unsafe. Hotel mark very small and barely visible ; even the next door neighbors dint know it exists!! No one answering the door bell for 15 minutes after the taxi dropped us off a 100 m away in the next street. The man finally arrived from the outside, not sure who this is?! Not a weird in English but accommodating. 27 steps in a very narrow staircase to the elevator. The tiny reception at the top with more steps. The room very hot. AC not working. No other guests seem. No other personnel. The bathroom dirty. There was a molded and smelly orange in the tiny refrigerator. There are no plugs for chargers etc. The shower like warm. The place is very creepy with the feel that someone is watching you through a camera in the room. We had paid for four nights stay but slept the night and left the next morning. I asked the man for half refund through Google translate and he declined. I chose this place based on your reviews. Don't go there.

My wife and I stayed at Nine Istanbul for 2 nights. We found the check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious and the roof top view was awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff that provided great suggestions for checking out the local area and shopping.

Oda geniş ve konforlu. Fiyat performans açısından iyi. Konum muhteşem yürüyerek 2 dk da istiklal vs yakın. Ancak bir mimar olarak binadaki sorunlara değinmeden edemeyeceğim. Asansör yaklaşık 30 basamak çıktıktan sonra 1. Kattan başlıyor Ne yazık ki engelli ve yaşlılara uygun değil. Üstelik çalışırken titriyor ve çok ses çıkarıyor muhtemelen tamamen değişmesi gerekiyor çünkü üstünde etiket bile yok. Mümkünse hiç kullanmayın. Oda içinde değişmesi gereken aydınlatmalar var. Elektrik mekanik tesisat ciddi bakım onarım gerektiriyor. Yola bakan odada üst katta sifon çekildiğinde alt kata gürültü geliyor. Hafta sonu dışarıdaki eğlence mekanlarının sesi geliyor ama o kadar rahatsız olmadım.

A couple of steps off Istiklal Avenue. A good bunch of coffee-shops and cafes right by the hotel. Well-kept. I couldn't figure out heating. It wasn't too cold yet though, so I was fine without. But it kept me wondering... Other than that, it's quite nice. Would be lovely to have some breakfast, at least morning coffee or tea. Pleasant overall!

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dem Hotel nicht gut! Erst wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden und dann war kein Zimmer für uns frei, obwohl schon alles bezahlt war. Mitten in der Nacht durften wir ein Zimmer beziehen, das aber schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hatte. Das Hotel hatte sich nämlich zwei Wochen vorher überlegt, alles zu renovieren und so lebten wir auf einer Baustelle mit einem Zimmer, das nicht gereinigt wurde.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel diyebilirim. Kötü yorumlardan çok etkilenip gitmeden önce oteli arayıp Metin Bey ile görüştüm. Kendisi meramimi çok iyi anladı ve anlayışla karşıladı. çok nazik ve ilgili biri. Oda göründüğü gibi, fotoğrafta gözüken odayı verdiler. 4 numarada kaldık. Geniş ferah ve tertemizdi. Perdeler bile yumuşatıcı kokuyordu. Ayna tertemizdi. Odada tek eksik su ve diş macunuydu. Ama ben sorun etmedim çünkü marketler çok yakın dışarı çıkıp almıştık zaten. Eğer isteseydik eminim getirirlerdi. Konumu çok iyi. İstiklal’in göbeğinde. Galatasaray lisesinin karşısındaki sokakta. Ulaşım kolay. Metri yakin sishane durağına on dk yürüme mesafesi. Bu kadar merkezi bir yerde olmasına rağmen sessizdi. Çıkış saatimiz 12.00 imiş. Benim aklımda 14.00 olarak kaldığı için farkına varmadık 13.00te çıktık. Ama sagolsunlar sorun etmediler. Her şey için teşekkür ederim yine geleceğiz

I have been in Istanbul a lot of times. Every time I take new hotel and new district just for the sake of exploration. Nine Hotel might be located in one of the best places. Very close to all the main attractions and a lot of dining and shopping options all around. Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. Proprty is not new but its clean and veru comfortable. Best option for firsttimers, location will be very helpful. Higly recommend! Thank you Nine Hotel team!!!

Bizi karşılayan beyefendi ve konuştuğumuz kişi çok kibardı yeri de çok güzel merkezi. Ancak yastık yüzü çarşafta lekeler vardı bir sürü. Koltuk vs de lekeliydi telde yırtık vardı ve yer yapışkandı temizlik daha ciddi olabilir.

We had a very rocky start but with patience from both sides we managed to solve it more than well. Special thanks to Yucel that made the stay more pleasant with his service to help you out with everything you need and make you comfortable. Great location, well connected to all areas, beautiful rooms. Big road outside that didn’t bother me but if you are easy disturbed or travel with kids maybe ask for a room on the other side.

This is not a hotel. Extremely unsafe. Hotel mark very small and barely visible ; even the next door neighbors dint know it exists!! No one answering the door bell for 15 minutes after the taxi dropped us off a 100 m away in the next street. The man finally arrived from the outside, not sure who this is?! Not a weird in English but accommodating. 27 steps in a very narrow staircase to the elevator. The tiny reception at the top with more steps. The room very hot. AC not working. No other guests seem. No other personnel. The bathroom dirty. There was a molded and smelly orange in the tiny refrigerator. There are no plugs for chargers etc. The shower like warm. The place is very creepy with the feel that someone is watching you through a camera in the room. We had paid for four nights stay but slept the night and left the next morning. I asked the man for half refund through Google translate and he declined. I chose this place based on your reviews. Don't go there.

I have been in Istanbul a lot of times. Every time I take new hotel and new district just for the sake of exploration. Nine Hotel might be located in one of the best places. Very close to all the main attractions and a lot of dining and shopping options all around. Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. Proprty is not new but its clean and veru comfortable. Best option for firsttimers, location will be very helpful. Higly recommend! Thank you Nine Hotel team!!!

My wife and I stayed at Nine Istanbul for 2 nights. We found the check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious and the roof top view was awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff that provided great suggestions for checking out the local area and shopping.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dem Hotel nicht gut! Erst wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden und dann war kein Zimmer für uns frei, obwohl schon alles bezahlt war. Mitten in der Nacht durften wir ein Zimmer beziehen, das aber schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hatte. Das Hotel hatte sich nämlich zwei Wochen vorher überlegt, alles zu renovieren und so lebten wir auf einer Baustelle mit einem Zimmer, das nicht gereinigt wurde.

The hotel is not bad, the bathroom could be cleaner. The owner is very nice, a young man, always at your service. The location is excellent, in the heart of Taksim, the metro and bus station are nearby, as well as a night club. We only needed the hotel to spend the night, so we are very satisfied

We had a very rocky start but with patience from both sides we managed to solve it more than well. Special thanks to Yucel that made the stay more pleasant with his service to help you out with everything you need and make you comfortable. Great location, well connected to all areas, beautiful rooms. Big road outside that didn’t bother me but if you are easy disturbed or travel with kids maybe ask for a room on the other side.

İşletme sahibi oldukça güleryüzlü ve nazik. Otelin konumu çok iyi, 1 dakika sonra İstiklal caddesine çıkıyorsunuz. Odanın içi, genişliği bizi oldukça rahat hissettirdi. İstanbul’a geldiğimde kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğim.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel diyebilirim. Kötü yorumlardan çok etkilenip gitmeden önce oteli arayıp Metin Bey ile görüştüm. Kendisi meramimi çok iyi anladı ve anlayışla karşıladı. çok nazik ve ilgili biri. Oda göründüğü gibi, fotoğrafta gözüken odayı verdiler. 4 numarada kaldık. Geniş ferah ve tertemizdi. Perdeler bile yumuşatıcı kokuyordu. Ayna tertemizdi. Odada tek eksik su ve diş macunuydu. Ama ben sorun etmedim çünkü marketler çok yakın dışarı çıkıp almıştık zaten. Eğer isteseydik eminim getirirlerdi. Konumu çok iyi. İstiklal’in göbeğinde. Galatasaray lisesinin karşısındaki sokakta. Ulaşım kolay. Metri yakin sishane durağına on dk yürüme mesafesi. Bu kadar merkezi bir yerde olmasına rağmen sessizdi. Çıkış saatimiz 12.00 imiş. Benim aklımda 14.00 olarak kaldığı için farkına varmadık 13.00te çıktık. Ama sagolsunlar sorun etmediler. Her şey için teşekkür ederim yine geleceğiz

Oda geniş ve konforlu. Fiyat performans açısından iyi. Konum muhteşem yürüyerek 2 dk da istiklal vs yakın. Ancak bir mimar olarak binadaki sorunlara değinmeden edemeyeceğim. Asansör yaklaşık 30 basamak çıktıktan sonra 1. Kattan başlıyor Ne yazık ki engelli ve yaşlılara uygun değil. Üstelik çalışırken titriyor ve çok ses çıkarıyor muhtemelen tamamen değişmesi gerekiyor çünkü üstünde etiket bile yok. Mümkünse hiç kullanmayın. Oda içinde değişmesi gereken aydınlatmalar var. Elektrik mekanik tesisat ciddi bakım onarım gerektiriyor. Yola bakan odada üst katta sifon çekildiğinde alt kata gürültü geliyor. Hafta sonu dışarıdaki eğlence mekanlarının sesi geliyor ama o kadar rahatsız olmadım.

Loved the rooms, very modern. The guy at the reception was really nice and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from taksim and istiklal. We stayed four nights, and so glad we chose this hotel for our stay!

A couple of steps off Istiklal Avenue. A good bunch of coffee-shops and cafes right by the hotel. Well-kept. I couldn't figure out heating. It wasn't too cold yet though, so I was fine without. But it kept me wondering... Other than that, it's quite nice. Would be lovely to have some breakfast, at least morning coffee or tea. Pleasant overall!
